This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. This study aims to: 1) to test and analyze the effect of training on motivation, 2) the effect of HR development on motivation, 3) to test and analyze the effect of training on employee performance 4) to test and analyze the effect of HR development on employee performance 5) to test and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance 6) to test and analyze the effect of training on employee performance through motivation, 7) to test and analyze the effect of HR development on employee performance through motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Rekasis Gigatama with a sample of 81 respondents. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was an effect of training on motivation 2) there was an effect on HR development on motivation 3) there was an effect on training on employee performance 4) there was an influence on HR development on employee performance 5) there was an influence on motivation on employee performance 6) no influence training on employee performance through motivation, and 7) there is an influence of HR development on employee performance at PT. Rekasis Gigatama through motivation.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

Leadership is one of the factors that have an important role in achieving the company's vision and mission. The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. (GSI). There were three hypotheses tested: 1) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction, 2) The influence of leadership on employee performance, and 3) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. in Jakarta. Sampling is done on a census basis (saturated samples). The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis, with the help of smart PLS software. The results of statistical test analysis obtained that leadership variables have a real (significant) effect on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. In addition, job satisfaction variables also affect employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that leadership factors greatly affect the company's performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 285 employees and a sample of 167 respondents. This research was conducted in the Engineering Department, PT. Semen Padang by using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis technique and is operated through SPSS 16.0. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation directly had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation through job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, compensation through satisfaction work on performance has no significant effect.

Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results show that: 1) there is an influence of leadership and work environment on motivation, 2) there is an influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction, 3) there is an effect of motivation on job satisfaction, 4) motivation does not play a role in improving leadership and work environment on job satisfaction at PT CIPTA TPI (MNCTV).

The results showed that: 1) there was an influence on career development and motivation on job satisfaction, 2) there was an influence on career development and motivation on employee performance, 3) there was an effect on job satisfaction on employee performance and 4) there was no influence on career development and motivation on performance employees through job satisfaction PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa.

Abstract: The increasingly tight competition especially in the field of service in hospital business where everyone is tying for maintain their existence within the scope of the organization. The focus of this research was to analyze the direct and indirect influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and the role of OCB as the mediator of job satisfaction on the performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang employees. The approach used in this research was quantitative approach.The sample collection technique used was simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 61 employees of RSI Aisyiyah Malang nurses. Data collection was using questionnaires, while data analysis was done by using path analysis. The results showed that 1) there was a direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang nurses. This meant that the performance of RSI Aisyiyah nurses was better if job satisfaction felt by the nurses was better too. 2) there was indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang. 3) OCB mediated the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Basically, companies need not only qualified, capable and skilled employees, but most importantly they are willing to work hard and are eager to achieve optimal work. One of the things that can optimize employees in work is with business progress, because with the business progress of employees can perform their duties to the maximum in accordance with the set targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervisory leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction that contribute simultaneously and significantly to work business progress PDAM Malang Velage employees. In accordance with the principal problems and research objectives that have been formulated, then this type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research is 157 employee PDAM Malang Velage. Data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on the data analysis found that : (1) the supervision of leadership and work motivation influence simultaneously and significantly to job satisfaction, (2) the supervision of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect the business progress , and (3) the supervision of leadership and motivation of work simultaneously and significantly affect business progress through job satisfaction.
