New heterocyclic compounds contain triazole ring (play very important role in photostabilization as UV absorber) synthesized by reaction between the di Schiff base (compound 3) with aromatic alkyl halide (Benzyl bromide) and shows there activity as photostabilizer for polystyrene through exposure to the UV-Light (300 hours). Finally Infrared spectroscopy, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and instrumental methods were used to characterize products and their structures.

An uncomplicated, high-yielding synthetic route has been developed to constitute complicated heterocycles, applying domino, click and retro-Diels–Alder (RDA) reaction sequences. Starting from 2-aminocarboxamides, a new set of isoindolo[2,1-a]quinazolinones was synthesized with domino ring closure. A click reaction was performed to create the 1,2,3-triazole heterocyclic ring, followed by an RDA reaction resulting in dihydropyrimido[2,1-a]isoindole-2,6-diones. The absolute configuration, concluded by the norbornene structure that served as a chiral source, remained constant throughout the transformations. The structure of the synthesized compounds was examined by 1H and 13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) methods.

heterocyclic derivative contain triazole ring was synthesized and characterized the product and their structures by infrared spectroscopy, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and instrumental techniques. Compound (4) was synthesized by reacting of Schiff base (3) with an three moles of alkyl halide (p-phenyl phenacyl bromide). Final product played an important role in photostabilizer of polymer (PS), and showed the activity as a photostabilizer when exposed to UV light (300 hours).

: Nowadays, heterocyclic compounds act as a scaffold and are the backbone of medicinal chemistry. Among all of the heterocyclic scaffolds, 1,4-Dihydropyridine (1,4-DHP) is one of the most important heterocyclic rings that possess prominent therapeutic effects in a very versatile manner and plays an important role in synthetic, medicinal, and bioorganic chemistry. The main aim of the study is to review and encompass relevant studies related to 1,4-DHP and excellent therapeutic benefits of its derivatives. An extensive review of Pubmed-Medline, Embase and Lancet’s published articles was done to find all relevant studies on the activity of 1,4-DHP and its derivatives. 1,4-DHP is a potent Voltage-Gated Calcium Channel (VGCC) antagonist derivative which acts as an anti-hypertensive, anti- anginal, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-tubercular, anti-cancer, anti-hyperplasia, anti-mutagenic, anti-dyslipidemic, and anti-ulcer agent. From the inferences of the study, it can be concluded that the basic nucleus, 1,4-DHP which is a voltage-gated calcium ion channel blocker, acts as a base for its derivatives that possess different important therapeutic effects. There is a need of further research of this basic nucleus as it is a multifunctional moiety, on which addition of different groups can yield a better drug for its other activities such as anti-convulsant, anti-oxidant, anti-mutagenic, and anti-microbial. This review would be significant for further researches in the development of several kinds of drugs by representing successful matrix for the medicinal agents.

The title Schiff base compound, C28H21Cl2N3O, was synthesized by the condensation of 1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-methyl-4-(4-methylbenzoyl)-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one with 1-aminonaphthalene. Thep-tolyl ring is normal to the pyrazole ring, with a dihedral angle of 88.02 (14)°, and inclined to the naphthalene ring system by 78.60 (12)°. The pyrazole ring is inclined to the naphthalene ring system and the dichloro-substituted benzene ring by 63.30 (12) and 11.03 (13)°, respectively. The amino group and carbonyl oxygen atom are involved in an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond enclosing anS(6) ring motif. There is also a short C—H...O contact involving the carbonyl O atom and the adjacent benzene ring. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C—H...π interactions, forming a three-dimensional structure.

The title Schiff base compound, C17H16N2O6, has an E configuration with respect to the C=N bond, with a dihedral angle between the two benzene rings of 31.90 (12)°. There is an intramolecular O—H...Onitro hydrogen bond present forming an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, molecules are linked by pairs of O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming inversion dimers enclosing an R 2 2(4) ring motif. The dimers are linked about an inversion centre by pairs of C—H...O hydrogen bonds, which enclose R 2 2(22) loops, forming chains propagating along the [10\overline{3}] direction. Hirshfeld surface analysis and fingerprint plots show enrichment ratios for the H...H, O...H and C...H contacts, indicating a high propensity of such interactions in the crystal. Both the nitro group and the CH3–CH2–O– group are positionally disordered.
