The study aims to design the information system of fiber optic core management based on Android at PT.Telkom Kebumen. This study used qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and literature study that related to research. The software development method used waterfall. The problem of the research result are data processing of core management still using Ms.Excel so that the data received by technicians is not accurate because the data changes and data additions are slowly, and to looking for data is too difficult because the data that saved  on Ms.Excel is too much. There are suggestions that submitted, designing a new information system that can help the job so that can be more effective and  efficient. By utilizing the advanced android technology which owned by  all technicians.

This research was aimed to know the current of Work Order Information System at CV Sirna Miskin Bandung, to find out the problems facing, and to know how to cope these problems. Based on the research result, it turns out that the problems of work order data processing is still manual by using Spreadsheet application, so that the detail information of work order such as status, work duration, who’s working on it and report processing became slower and less accurate.To resolve these problems, it is neccessary work order information system design with an integrated database was needed for simplify the process of managing data, so that the information needed an report processing became faster, complete and precise.Data collection methods was using observation, interview and literature study, while the method of this information system design was using object oriented method with the UML (Unified Modelling Language) and implemented using framework PHP Codeigniter and MySQL as database. Iteration method was used as for the software development.The suggestion given is : 1) Perform maintenance, develop, and update to the system which designed sustainably, 2) Developing system to becomes larger by including other business process, 3) Create system for mobile version to improve accessibilty.

The Asset Management Information System is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Plantation Office, to obtain information about assets that is more targeted and easy to obtain. In writing this thesis, the author only discusses the problem of designing a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service. The research objective was to identify and design a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service and the Asset Management Information System Design using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this thesis is obtained by two methods, namely literature study related to library books and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this thesis. Asset Management Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff in the field of administration to record and input asset data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Office has followed procedures and uses a computer with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP, and MySQL programming languages as the database.

The article use advanced GIS and spatial database technology to implement the management of delimiting the boundary of forests data, whose functions include the data inquiry and brows, importing and exporting data, reports statistics and making maps. It provides a management system for forest protection and delimiting the boundary of forests administration. Combining the Shaanxi Forest zoning Management Information System, the article introduces the application of geographic information technology in the forest protection and plan.

The total potential for zakat profession is IDR. 139.07 trillion, or 59.5 percent of Rp's total national zakat potential. 233.8 trillion. Meanwhile, the realization only reached IDR. 3.9 trillion or 2.8%. This study aims to analyze the zakat profession from the sharia and regulatory dimensions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and literature study. The research data was obtained by collecting and reviewing previous research results that were relevant to the theme. The results showed that zakat profession from the sharia dimension is obliged to follow the text of the Alquran and the fatwas of the ulama to meet the ‘nisab’ limit. Meanwhile, on the regulatory side, professional zakat is comprehensive. It is indicated by the presence of regulations at the macro, meso, and micro levels. Thus, professional zakat has strong legitimacy and can encourage optimizing the collection and distribution of zakat.

In order to reduce risks and increase the speed of new information technology (IT) product or service development as well as to satisfy customers’ demand, end users’ involvement has become one of the most important issues. The chapter aims at the presentation of the user role in information system development and the activities of prosumers in e-learning. The first part of the chapter covers literature review referring to studies on end users’ involvement in the information system (IS) development process. In the second part of the chapter the opportunities of prosumption development on the Internet are discussed. Particularly, the author focuses on e-learning purposes development and IT-supported communication among e-learners. The third part of the chapter covers a proposal of the architecture model as well as a discussion on methods of information system design for the prosumption development.

Abstract. Introduced the current situation drainage network of Zhenjiang and the problems of traditional information management, combined geographic information technology and decision support technology, using vb as a tool to develop Zhenjiang drainpipe network management information system, tell the structure and the target function, describe the completed part of the system, shows the results of JiangBin Hospital pilot project, the established system improves the shortcomings of traditional drainage network management, raises efficiency.
