This study aims to provide convenience for the company's management to solve problems in the process of selecting the best Brand Ambassador in promoting cosmetic tools. The problem identified in this study is the large number of prospective Brand Ambassadors, causing the management to find it difficult to determine the best Brand Ambassador. In this study, the decision support method applied is SMARTER which can determine the ranking results in the final decision using the level of importance of each parameter. The results of this study conclude that the selection of the best Brand Ambassador who is ranked first is A5 (Lucky) with a value of 0.653108466

In the selection of Honda Honda motorcycles, of course consumers want to get the best and right choice. On CV. Darmin Motor Tangerang City has a factor in the assessment. This assessment is based on criteria and alternatives such as price, design, product quality and other brands of Honda Motorcycle. Almost every consumer wants a matic motorcycle that is affordable, fuel efficient and comfortable to use. This decision support system uses the method (AHP) as a process in determining the best matic motorbikes. This can be useful to facilitate a decision-making related to a problem of selecting Honda Motorcycle so that there will be many criteria and alternatives for consumers. In this study, data acquisition was obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is processed using Microsoft Excel so ftware and expert choice software. The results of the study using the Expert Choice Software application showed that the first rank was Beat Sport CBS with a value of 0.514 or 51.4% next Vario 125 CBS with a value of 0.300 or 30.0% and ranked last 0.187 or 18.7%.

The amount of land for the current location of housing development has resulted in developers choosing the location of housing development regardless of the condition of the land, infrastructure, socio-economic. To overcome this problem a computer system is needed in the form of a GDSS that can assist in the selection of Housing Development Locations.This study aims to implement a GDSS with ANP and Borda methods to determine the selection of the right and fast housing development location. GDSS is needed because there are 3 Individual Decision Makers, DM-1  assessing based on Land Conditions, DM-2 assessing Infrastructure-based, DM-3 assess the Socio-Economic and Decision Maker based groups to make the final decision. The ANP method is used to weight the criteria from each alternative location, to the alternative ranking of housing construction locations for each individual Decision Maker. The Borda method is used to combine the results of ranking carried out by the Group Decision Maker so that it gets the final ranking as a determinant of the Location of Housing Development.The final result of this research is a decision support system that can help developers to get a priority recommendation according to the needs of the developer.

Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 7 (A7) memperoleh peringkat pertama siswa terbaik dengan nilai 0,184, selanjutnya adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0,170.   Kata kunci: AHP, Pemilihan Siswa Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Smartphones are already a must-have communication technology to make it easier to live your daily life. However, with so many choices can make consumers confused in determining the appropriate choice. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help in the simple process that can be applied to decision-making cases such as in smartphone selection recommendations with a wide range of attributes. In the case of this study, the results were obtained that the Realme X3 Superzoom smartphone scored the highest preference with a value of 22. With this research, it is hoped that this decision support system can help potential consumers to more easily consider in the selection of smartphones that suit their wishes or needs

The article presents a simple and clear decision support method for use when selecting lubricants for refrigeration compressors on the basis of tribological tests. The Bellinger method has been chosen. Moreover, the article shows the process of decision support for the selection of lubricants for various mechanisms of the mixing lubricating oil with refrigerant. For the mixing mechanism of a simultaneous intermolecular diffusion and natural convection, the mixture of polyester oils and R134a was selected, whereas, for the mixing mechanism of intermolecular diffusion alone, it was the mixture of mineral oils with R290 that was selected. There were simulations of several decision-making situations due to the decision maker’s attitude, such as economic, qualitative, and balanced. In each variant, the importance of particular criteria was subjectively assigned trying to reflect the decision maker’s attitude. The presented analysis indicates that the lubricity properties of oils and refrigeration mixtures must be taken into account; otherwise, disregarding them can have serious operational consequences. The decision on the selection of the proper lubricant for refrigeration compressors should be preceded by tribological tests allowing one to assess lubricity properties of oils and their mixtures with a refrigerant.

The selection of athletes with the best conditions is very required to follow various sports agenda that will be followed, to do the selection can be used decision support system by applying fuzzy logic as a tool of decision maker by doing the selection of variables used. Expected results with the use of this fuzzy logic obtained optimal selection with sufficient variables complete and the best athlete is a recommendation given and not made the final decision.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

Prepaid Card is a card that can only be used if there is a nominal number of pulses or data packets first. This card has an active period that varies depending on the policies and programs of each provider. Many card users are still confused about choosing a prepaid card that is good for use, so they really need information that can be used as a reference in choosing a prepaid card. In this study conducted to analyze a selection of prepaid cards using the TOPSIS (Technique For Order of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) method in determining alternative choices for all prepaid card users, using several assessment criteria, namely: Cost (C1), Feature Completeness (C2), Signal (C3), Promotion / Advertising (C4), and Service Quality (C5). And also by using 6 alternatives, namely: Telkomsel (A1), Axis (A2), IM3 (A3), XL (A4), US (A5), and 3 (A6). And the results of this study were ranked first, namely: 3 (A6) as the first rank with a value of 0.5286 followed by XL (A4) with a value of 0.5238 as the second rank, and Telkomsel (A1) with a value of 0.5027. IM3 (A3) with a value of 0.4988, Axis (A2) with a value of 0.4765, then the last US (A5) with a value of 0.1905. It is hoped that this research can provide a better input to all prepaid card users.Keywords: TOPSIS, decision support system, pematang siantar, prepaid card
