Angka kesehatan ibu di Indonesia masih menjadi masalah di Negara ini. Beberapa program yang didirikan oleh Departemen Kesehatan untuk mengurangi masalah adalah Safe Motherhood Initiative, Gerakan Sayang Ibu, Making Pregnancy Safer, dan Expanding Maternal and Antenatal Survival (EMAS), Poskedes, Program perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K). Sementara itu, peran puskesmas sangat penting dalam kaitanya dengan hal tersebut diatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya Puskesmasdalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu di Puskesmas Ch M Tiahahu di Kota Ambon. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pedekatan studi kasus,. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara kepada tenaga kesehatan terkait dengan upaya – upaya yang sudah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan maternal serta melakukan observasi dalam pelaksanaan upaya – upaya yang dilakukan Puskesmas. Analisa data yang dipakai adalah jenis interaktif dengan mengumpulkan hasil wawancara, memilih data, penyajian data, terahkir mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dua tema yaitu Puskesmas sebagai pelaksana program yang menjadi mandate dari dinas kesehatan dan tantanganserta upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan ibu. Sebagai kesimpulan upaya yang telah dilakukan Puskesmas dalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu melalui 4 program kesehatan dengan melaksanakan Program kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA), Layanan perawatan antenatal (ANC)10T, Perencanaan kehamilan dan pencegahan komplikasi, Program pemberian makanan tambahan. Upaya dilakukan untuk mencapai keberhasilan program dengan menjalankan pekerjaan lintas sector dan lintas program, mengunjungi rumah –rumah, dan menerapkan Program Indonesia sehat (PIS-PK). Namun, upaya tersebut tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan oleh dinas kesehatan setiap tahun 558 ibu karena dua factor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu mobilitas kota lebih tinggi dan persepsi pemilihan layanan kesehatan.Kata Kunci : Kesehatan Ibu, Upaya, Puskesmas Maternal health issue in Indonesia are still a problem   in this country. Some program that established by Ministry of Health to reduce the problem are Safe Motherhood Initiative, Mother’s Love Movement, Making Pregnancy Safer, and Expanding Maternal and Antenatal survival (EMAS), Poskedes, Program planning for delivery and prevention of complications (P4K). Meanwhile role of community health center is vital in relation with mentioned above. This study ais to identify the efforts of Community Health Center in improving maternal health statue in the Ch M Tiahahu health center in Ambon City. A qualitative methodis applied and approach hed with case studies research. Data collection is done through interviews with healthworkers and also do observations among them. Data is analysed with interactive type by gathering the results of interviews, selecting data, presenting data, finally drawing conclusions. The results showed two themes that are Community Health Center as the primary service program implementer is a mandate from the health department and the challenges and efforts of Community Health Center in improving quality maternal health services. In Conclusion efforts that have been carried out by the Puskesmas in improving Maternal Helath through 4 health program by carrying out the Mother and Child Health Programs(MCH), Antenatal care services (ANC) 10T, Maternity Planning and Prevention of Complications (P4K) programs, supplementary feeding. Efforts were made to achieve the success of the program by running cross-sector and cross-program work, visiting home’s, and implementing a healthy Indonesia program (PIS-PK). However, the efforts did not reach the targets set by health annually 558 mother’s because, of two factors that influence high mobility and the perception of health service choice.Keywords : Maternal Health, Efforts, Community Health Center

Abstract: Malaria is a re-emerging disease (can spread back by the large number) and still being a problem in Indonesia. This disease is caused by Plasmodium. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors towards malaria in This was an analytical observational study with a case control approach (retrospectively) in the working area of Mayumba Community Health Center, Morowali, Middle Celebes Province. Samples were 94 respondents and the ratio of cases and controls was 1:1, therefore, there were a total of 188 peoples obtained by using the simple random sampling. From the results it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between behavioral factors (knowledge, attitude, be out of the house at night, and hanging clothes in the house) and the incidence of malaria in Mayumba Health Center. It is advisable to the District Health Department and Community Health Center Morowali Mayumba to conduct a survey aiming to determine entomology vector bionomic which will be useful against malaria.Keywords: behavior, malaria incidenceAbstrak: Malaria merupakan penyakit yang re-emerging (menular kembali secara massal) dan masih merupakan masalah di Indonesia. Penyakit menular ini disebabkan oleh Plasmodium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko terhadap kejadian malariadi wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mayumba Kabupaten Morowali Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Jenis penelitian ialah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control (retrospektif). Besar sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 94 responden, dengan perbandingan antara kelompok kasus dan kontrol 1:1 sehingga total sampel sebanyak 188 orang. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara faktor perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap, keluar rumah pada malam hari, dan menggantung pakaian di dalam rumah) dengan kejadian malaria di Puskesmas Mayumba. Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Morowali dan Puskesmas Mayumba agar melakukan survei entomologi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bionomik vektor yang akan berguna dalam upaya penanggulangan malaria.Kata kunci: perilaku, kejadian malaria

BACKGROUND: Exclusive breastfeeding for babies from birth to 6 months is still not in accordance with the expected target. This happens because there are many factors that influence and are the background of the success of exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Samatiga Public Health Center in West Aceh Regency, Indonesia. AIM: Analyzing the non-efficacy factors of exclusive breastfeeding in the Community Health Center Work area in Samatiga, West Aceh District, Indonesia. METHODS: The study design used cross-sectional which was successfully carried out in September–December 2019 involving a population of breastfeeding mothers with infants aged between 7 and 12 months in the Samatiga Community Health Center, West Aceh District. The determination of the sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique to 98 breastfeeding mothers. The data analysis uses univariate and bivariate using Chi-square statistical test. RESULTS: Based on the Chi-square correlation test, there was a significant relationship between the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers and the failure of exclusive breastfeeding (0.000 < α _0.005, RP = 39.952), breast problems (0.000 < α _0.005), RP = 39.8000), and maternal occupation ([0.000 < α _0.005], RP = 3.878). The role of health workers (0.000 < α _0.005), RP = 2.18333, maternal health history (p = 0.000 < α _(0.05), RP = 33.000), infant health history (0.000 < α _0.005), RP = 92.400, and myths develop in the community (0.000 < α _0.005), RP = 252.000. CONCLUSION: Factors related to the failure of exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Samatiga Health Center, West Aceh Regency include knowledge of breastfeeding mothers, breast problems, maternal work, the role of health workers, maternal health history, child health history, and myths that was developed in the community.
