Experimental investigation of dusty plasma characteristics in AC discharge system
In the present work, the effect of size of zinc dust particles onAC argon discharge characteristics are investigatedexperimentally. The plasma characteristics are determined byusing optical emission spectroscopy (OES) techniques. Theresults illustrated that the electron temperature (Te) in the presentand absent of Zinc dust particle is reduced with increasing ofpressure. The electron temperature decreases with increasing ofZinc dust size. Excitation temperature Tex is reduces withincreasing of Ar pressure in present and absent of zinc dustparticles. The present of Zinc dust reduce the Tex of Ar in bothZinc dust size. The electron density increasing in the present andabsent of both zinc dust size. Furthermore, the introduced of zincdust in AC discharge increasing of ne.
