This study examines how firm size and profitability can influence ERC through timeliness. This research is exploratory. The test model used is the path analysis model. The population used by this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling method. The number of companies that met the assessment criteria was 58 companies, so that the number of observations during 2014 - 2018 was 290 observations. Data collection techniques using documentation data. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistics and classical assumption tests and path analysis. Based on the results, it can be concluded that company size and profitability do not have a positive effect on timeliness, company size and profitability that are interacted with the EU has no effect on ERC, while the timeliness of submitting financial reports that are interacted with the EU has an effect on ERC. Firm size and profitability have no effect on ERC with timeliness as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine how the influence of asset structure, profitability, company size, and liquidity on capital structure partially or simultaneously. The data used in this study were taken from financial reports that can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or www.idx.co.id and their respective websites from the manufacturing companies in the cosmetics and household equipment< subsector. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique and gets the results of 5 company samples that fit the research criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the asset structure has no significant effect on the capital structure with the calculated T calculation value of 1.664, and a significant value of 0.112, profitability has a significant effect on the capital structure with the calculation result of the calculated T value of -3.720 and a significant value of 0.001, company size has a significant effect on capital structure with the calculated T value of - 2,950 and a significant value of 0.008, and the liquidity has a significant effect on the capital structure with a calculated T value of -8,082 and a significance value of 0,000. While the simultaneous structure of assets, profitability, company size, and liquidity have significant effect on capital structure with the calculated F calculation of 34.620 and a significant value of 0.000.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of company age, company size, auditor reputation and auditor change on auditor switching. The data used in this study are annual and financial reports on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The method of sampling data using purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. Based on the sampling method, a sample of 230 companies was obtained. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that company size, auditor reputation and auditor switching had no effect on audit report lag and company age had a positive effect on audit report lag.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Timeliness is information that ready to be used before losing meaning by companies who use financial statements and their capacity is still available for make a decision. The determinant factors in this study are profitability, solvency and firm size. By using purposive sampling method, obtained research samples of 30 companies. The dependent variable of this study is timeliness measured by the date the audited annual financial statement is submitted to BAPEPAM by using a dummy variable. The independent variables in this study are profitability, solvency, and firm size. Profitability is measured using return on assets (ROA), solvency is measured by the debt to assets ratio (DAR), and firm size is measured by natural log of total assets. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are the solvency has a significant and positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while profitability and company size do not have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting

Company is going public in Indonesia are required to publish their financial reporting that have been audited by an external auditor in accordance with the specified time. However  in practice there are still companies that are late in submitting financial reporting. This research  aims to examine the effect  of tenur audite, audit opinion and size company to audit delay in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2015-2017. The population in this reserch is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 with total number of 152 companies. The sample selected by random sampling with the number of samples calculated by the Solvin Formula, and obtained the result of 60 of minimum samples.  The data analysis technique used  F and t examined. . The results of the study show that simultaneously tenur audite, audit opinion and company size have a significant effect on audit delay. While partially tenur audite and audit opinion have a  significant effect on audit delay, and company size does not significantly effect on audit delay.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, managerial ownership and company size on earnings management in the manufacturing companies of the automotive sub sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, namely the determination of samples based on certain criteria, the sample used is 4 (four) automotive sub sector manufacturing companies and components that have met the specified criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially tax planning has a positive and not significant effect on earnings management while managerial ownership and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. However, simultaneous tax planning, managerial ownership and firm size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. From the results of this study, researchers provide some suggestions for further research to get better results because the results obtained by researchers are still lacking and further research needs to be done.
