In accordance with the technological advances of web-based information delivery via the internet has more value, because the information can be delivered easily, quickly,  spacious and interactive. Because this way, information is simply inserted into the web and within seconds the information can be accessed globally.  Submission of this information has not been used in Ngebruk Islamic Junior High School, Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. Submission of the information in these schools still use manual way, such as by mail, bulletin boards, or orally. Surely this way less effective and efficient, since it requires a lot of expenses such as the purchase of paper, printing machine and maintenance, ink, and its scope was limited to the scope of the school.To reduce the above problems, the delivery of information in this school need to use web media created with the PHP programming language and MySQL. PHP is a programming language that is used to allow users to process information on the web, while MySQL is the software used to store the information on the web. Once the web is run online, the school entered information to the web, can be accessed via intenet by anyone without the limited space and time

The Semantic Web concept is an extension of the web obtained by adding semantics to the current data representation format. It is considered a network of correlating meanings. It is the result of a combination of web-based conceptions and technologies and knowledge representation. Since the internet has gone through many changes and steps in its web versions 1.0, 2.0, and Web 3.0, this last call of smart web, the concept of Web 3.0, is to be associated with the Semantic Web, since technological advances have allowed the internet to be present beyond the devices that were made exactly with the intention of receiving the connection, not limited to computers or smartphones since it has the concept of reading, writing, and execution off-screen, performed by machines. Therefore, this chapter aims to provide an updated review of Semantic Web and its technologies showing its technological origins and approaching its success relationship with a concise bibliographic background, categorizing and synthesizing the potential of technologies.

The purpose of this research was to know the effectiveness of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning Islamic education in junior high school tunas dharma Lampung Selatan. The technique of data analysis used qualitative analysis, namely the research discussesed about the problem how the effectiveness of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning islamic education in junior high school tunas dharma Lampung Selatan. Based on the results of the data from the research and after the data was analyzed, it can be concluded that the Application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) runs effectively realized by several indicators included: In the learning process which used the Internet as outlined in the RPP, able to create and design on the web, able to answer issues related to Information and communication Technology (ICT) which contained in interviews and increase students learning result of Class IX A. The average score on the cognitive side, namely above the KKM was 29 students or 80.55% and below the KKM was 7 students or 19.44%.

Abstrak- Pemrograman Desktop adalah program aplikasi yang mampu beroperasi tanpa mengandalkan jaringan internet. Penggunaan program desktop biasanya digunakan untuk membuat program yang akan dioperasikan tanpa memerlukan jaringan internet dengan area kerja berada disatu lokasi saja. Sedangkan program web pemakaiannya sangat bergantung pada jaringan internet agar bisa menghubungkan antar pengguna. Pilihan menggunakan program desktop atau program berbasis Web ditentukan oleh kebutuhan dan implementasinya. Jika implementasinya hanya untuk lingkungan perusahaan yang berada di satu tempat, program sebaiknya menggunakan program berbasis desktop. Namun, jika perusahaan memiliki lokasi terpisah di beberapa daerah, penggunaan program berbasis web lebih tepat. Namun banyak programmer, terutama pemula yang enggan menggunakan pemrograman desktop karena dalam membuat laporan harus menggunakan aplikasi pembuat laporan khusus seperti Crystal Report. Kesulitan yang dialami untuk menggunakan aplikasi khusus ini adalah tidak tersedianya aplikasi dalam sistem sehingga perlu diadakan secara khusus. Dalam membuat laporan kadang dirasa agak rumit karena tampilan laporan harus diseting secara manual. Sedangkan dalam bahasa pemrograman berbasis web untuk menampilkan informasi bisa langsung dibuat dengan mudah dalam program itu sendiri tanpa harus menggunakan aplikasi tambahan. Jadi membuat laporan dengan program berbasis web lebih mudah. Untuk menghindari kesulitan para pemrogram dalam membuat laporan tentang program desktop, peneliti mengintegrasikan program berbasis Web dengan pemrograman berbasis desktop dengan tujuan mempermudah membuat laporan. Kata kunci: Pemrograman Desktop, Implementasi, Integrasi, Crystal Report. Abstract- Desktop Programming is an application programmer capable of operating without relying on the internet network. The use of desktop programs is usually used to create a program that will be operated without the need for internet network with work area located in one location only. While the web program in use is very dependent on the internet network that can connect between users. The choice of using a desktop program or a Web-based program is determined by its needs and implementation. If the implementation is for a single enterprise environment the program should use a desktop-based program. However, if the company has a separate location in some areas the use of web-based programs is more appropriate. But many programmers, especially beginners who are reluctant to use desktop programming because the report must use a special report maker application such as Crystal Report. The difficulty experienced to use this particular application is the unavailability of apps in the system so it needs to be held specifically. In making the report is sometimes considered a bit complicated because the report view must be manually setup. While in web-based programming language to display information can be directly made easily in the program itself without having to use additional applications. So making reports with web-based programs is easier. To avoid the difficulty of programmers in making reports about desktop programs, researchers integrate Web-based programs with desktop-based programming in order to facilitate reporting Researchers perform desktop-based integration with web-based programming to make reporting easier. When transacting, store sellers still use simple media for information delivery, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and word of mouth.  The purpose of creating this application is to expand promotional media and make it easier for consumers from inside and outside the city to place orders online.  In the process of creating the website using PHP programming language and Mysql as database.  The final stage is to conduct a trial over the Internet.

This research aimed at: 1) analyzing and describing the development of web-based interactive learning media, 2) analyzing and describing the effectiveness of web-based interactive learning media. The approach of this research was descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this research were the students of 7th grade of Junior High School. The instruments that used were the validation sheets of media and material experts, students’ response questionnaires, and test. The data analysis was done by calculating the score of each indicator to find out the validity, students’ responses, and the students’ learning outcomes.  Based on the validation result that obtained from the analysis of media validation, it was obtained the averages of 3,56 and it was very valid and the result of material validation analysis obtained the averages of 3,29 that meant valid. Therefore, the learning media was stated as proper to be tested.  However, the analysis result of students’ response analysis was obtained the averages of 87%, in which the learning media got very good response both of students and the students’ learning outcomes that showed the percentages of students achieved the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) in the score of 75 as much as 100% with a very high criterion. Therefore, the web-based interactive learning media was stated as effective and could be used in the learning process.

Abstract Now days the use of internet access is a priority for everyone. One of the internet media that is often used today is a hotspot network. Hotspot use at vocational high school (SMK) plus nurul Hakim using Indiehome wifi router. By default the hotspot security on this device uses a single password for all users connected to this hotspot network. This causes the security of the hotspot network is not safe, inefficient time and increases the workload of the Hotspot manager to change password at every change. Based on these problems, research is conducted that aims to create a web-based online hotspot registration system by using the PHP Programming Language, MikroTik PHP Class API, and MySQL Database. The results of this study are expected to be a solution to overcome the problem of hotspot service on vocational high school plus nurul Hakim kediri. If utilizing this hotspot registration system will help users register quickly. Keywords words: system register hotspot, API Mikrotik, PHP, MysQl, Mikrotik.

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.

The authors discuss issues relating to the feasibility of a Web-based database for facilitating communications between university researchers and industry. They have constructed an experimental Web-based Technology Bank that provides examples of university research which might be of interest to manufacturing companies. They are using this database as a focus of discussion on the usefulness of electronic communications for technology dissemination. The portfolio of research products, and the Web site on which it is housed, are currently being presented in a series of workshops for senior executives in small and medium sized manufacturing companies. Views are also being gathered from technology intermediaries. Analysis of the data so far has highlighted potential problems in disseminating information on the Internet and has also enabled the authors to identify and understand users' profiles.
