Assets consist of immovable and movable objects, both tangible and intangible assets, which are included in the fortune of an agency, organization, business entity or individual. The wrong management of assets will be bad for the company so that it is resulting in losses. Utilization of assets cannot be carried out optimally because they are not clearly identified, making it difficult to know which assets can still be used or when it is time to replace them and when it is time to carry out maintenance. Assets really need to be managed and utilized properly in order to maintain high asset value and to achieve optimal use and utilization of assets so as to provide more benefits for the company. The purpose of this research is to develop an asset management information system called SIMA+. The system development methodology used is prototyping. The system design uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 with the programming language Visual Basic, the system output design uses Crystal Report, and data storage uses Microsoft SQL Server 2014. The result of this paper is a system that is expected to have the ability to maintain asset value, asset service life, and asset security, minimizing asset utilization transaction errors and can adjust asset data recorded in the system and physical asset data.

Penentuan jurusan siswa adalah masalah yang selalu dihadapi pada saat tahun ajaran baru di sekolah menengah kejuruan. Hal ini mendorong pihak sekolah untuk bekerja lebih cepat dan akurat ketika menentukan jurusan siswa yang terbagi kedalam tiga jurusan, yaitu rekayasa perangkat lunak, multimedia dan teknik komputer jaringan.  Akan tetapi, ketiadaan sebuah sistem dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut menyebabkan pengolahan nilai tes dan minat siswa menjadi tidak maksimal karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang mengolahnya, sehingga penentuan keputusan jurusan siswa seringkali tidak sesuai dengan rule yang telah ditetapkan pihak sekolah bahkan bersifat subjektif. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Jurusan Siswa (SPK-PJS) merupakan sistem terintegrasi yang dapat membantu penanganan data siswa, data nilai tes dan minat siswa dalam penentuan jurusan secara cepat dan tepat berdasarkan rule yang telah ditetapkan pihak sekolah.  Pengolahan data dalam menentukan jurusan siswa akan semakin mudah, cepat dan tepat dengan adanya sistem yang dikembangkan ini. Sistem ini juga mampu melakukan manajemen data, manajemen proses, manajemen laporan yang bersifat real time dan update juga memiliki manajemen sistem keamanan yang dapat mengatur hak akses setiap pengguna yang berinteraksi dengan sistem. Pembangunan SPK-PJS diawali dengan pendefinisian sistem, analisis sistem dengan model proses Waterfall, kemudian dalam hal perangkat pemodelan digunakan diagram alir data, rancangan basis data menggunakan MySQL, rancangan antar muka sistem, implementasi dan pengujian sistem menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2005 dan Crystal Report 9.0.Berdasarkan pengujian yang sudah dilakukan pada SPK-PJS, secara fungsional sistem ini sudah memenuhi persyaratan prosedur sistem yang ada dan juga dapat menghasilkan keluaran yang diharapkan, sehingga sistem ini siap untuk diimplementasikan pada kenyataan sesungguhnya. Determination of student program is a case always faced in the new year of school at vocational high school. It interests the school to work quickly and accurately while determining student program which is divided into 3 programs, they are software engineering, multimedia and network computer technique. But, no existence of a system in finishing the case causes scoring input and student’s interest become not maximal due to limitation of human resource who handle it, so decision making of student program sometimes is not based on rule which is the school management even subjectively. Decision support system of student’s program determination is integrated system which can help student data handling, scoring data, interest, to determine student program quickly and accurately based on the rule which has been determined by school policy. By the existence of this system, data handling in program determination will be every easy, rapidly and accurately, so it enable to do data management, process management, a real time report management update and security system management. The development of SPK-PJS is started by defined system, analyzed system, with waterfall process model, then in modeling device is used the flowchart, basic data program using by MySQL, system interface program, implementation system examination using Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Crystal Report 9.0. Based on the examination executed on SPK-PJS by this functional system has fulfilled system procedure requirement that provided and also can produce the expected output, so this system is ready to implement on the real fact.

Student study service is a community service, education and research activity that is carried out in an interdisciplinary and intra-curricular by dividing students into each group in certain location. Its group and location were determined by applications that produce alternative choices in making decisions on the distribution of student study service groups evenly through certain methods and criteria. The research applied the analytic hierarchy process method, where problems were simplified in a hierarchy including 3 components, such as goals, assessment criteria and alternative choices. The criteria were gender, department, and location potential. Applications of system builder were Visual Basic .NET, SQL Server and Crystal Report. The results were to facilitate distribution according to the criteria balanced and time of student study service efficiently. By the application, it assisted administration staff to determine student study service distribution and was able to be developed into various features and criteria.

In the Simultaneous General Election in the Election of Regent, Deputy Regent, Legislative, President, Vice President as election organizer, namely the General Election Commission (KPU) of Purwakarta Regency. Assisted by the District Election Committee (PPK), the Voting Committee (PPS) formed by the Purwakarta Regency KPU to carry out the General Election at the sub-district level and at the village level. Updating voter data in managing Election Data at General Election organizers that do not yet have voter data managed into a database, especially at the sub-district, village / family level, so that the District Election Committee (PPK) has difficulty managing Voter Data. The method used in designing the information system for processing voter data based on the Desktop Application uses Visual basic 6.0, Crystal report 8.5 and DBMS MySQL, which has a real database for managing voter data that can provide appropriate information in the implementation of the General Election. The method used in this research is Waterfall.The purpose of this research is to build a system that can process desktop-based voter data management so as to produce a report on recapitulation of voter data per district, recapitulation of voter data based on Village and based on TPS, double data processing, and recapitulation of deletion data based on criteria.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung nilai efektivitas dari sebuah mesin atau peralatan. Jika nilai OEE ≥ 85%, maka mesin dapat dikatakan efektif. Jika nilai OEE < 85%, maka mesin tidak efektif dan akan dilakukan analisis untuk mencari akar permasalahan, di antaranya menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem penghitung nilai efektivitas mesin forming menggunakan metode OEE. Limit switch dan Arduino UNO digunakan untuk mengambil data output dari mesin, seperti jumlah produksi, total durasi kerja mesin, dan total durasi mesin berhenti. Data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio (C#) dan  disimpan dalam database sehingga dapat ditampilkan dalam bentuk laporan bulanan menggunakan Crystal Report. Pengujian lapangan sistem ini dilaksanakan untuk menghitung OEE pada mesin die form. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian tersebut, sistem penghitung ini berfungsi dengan baik dalam menghitung OEE mesin die form tersebut, yang dalam hal ini berada dalam kisaran 59,05% s.d 97,17% (efektivitas di bawah nilai World class standard).

Sistem penggajian merupakan fungsi yang sangat penting untuk memberikan kompensasi kepada para pegawai berupa gaji sebagai kontribusi mereka kepada organisasi atau instansi yang rentan terhadap masalah. Pengolahan data penggajian pada instansi Dinas Kehutanan Propinsi Sumatera Utara masih manual, sederhana dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pengolahan datanya yaitu menggunakan sistem komputer sederhana menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Suatu sistem yang baik harus memberikan informasi pada waktunya, dengan data-data yang akurat, cepat dan efisien dalam proses pengolahannya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Dinas Kehutanan Propinsi Sumatera Utara adalah kesulitan ketika perhitungan gaji, pembuatan rekapitulasi gaji, data pegawai dan absensi, sering terjadi dublikasi data, dan pembuatan laporan-laporan dengan format yang tidak standart. Faktor utama yang harus diperhatikan adalah mengenai penggajian pegawai, adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat perancangan aplikasi penggajian pegawai yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses perhitungan gaji lebih akurat dan membuat laporan lebih cepat dengan format yang standart sehingga dapat mengurangi kesalahan-kesalahan yang ada dan menghasilkan laporan yang standart. Pembuatan Perancangan Aplikasi Pengolahan Gaji Pegawai Pada Dinas Kehutanan Propinsi Sumatera Utara ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.Net, Microsoft Office Access, dan Crystal Report. Hasil pembuatan aplikasi ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pihak instansi.

The Batik is a company which produces apparel from the raw materials until the finished goods. It is called production. By the production, the company aims to produce high quality products with proper list price. Finally, the company will be able to compete with other companies. The purpose of this Last Project is to produce the application of The Computerization of Accounting System for Cost of Goods Manufacture with cost method process determine the list price so it can assist the disposal section in accounting process. The method used in this research was collecting the data including observation method, interview method, and literature technique. The process in making the application of The Computerization of Accounting System for Cost of Goods Manufacture with cost method process on Nur Hasida Batik in Sragen used a computer with Visual Basic 6 program, MySQL, and crystal report. The result of this Last Project Report is The Computerization of Accounting System for Cost of Goods Manufacture based on Orders which includes: goods data input, raw materials data input, labors costs data input, factory overhead data input, the transaction cost of goods, the transaction of the accounting for cost of goods manufacture and list price. It is also included the report of commodities’ data, the report of labors costs data, the report of commodities data, the report of factory overhead data, the report of the accounting for cost of goods manufacture and list price. Keywords: Raw material, labor cost, overhead, cost of goods manufacture

Abstract: Supervision of inventory is very urgent to be done by entrepreneurs who aim to support corporate decision making so that the ideal inventory is obtained. By applying the FIFO (First In First Out) method of stock inventory that comes first, it will be sold or utilized first by the company itself. This means that the goods (same form, type, and name) are first purchased, the item will be sold first. This aims to avoid the expired of these items. The target of the results of this study will be to review the extent of existing procedures and can present information as well as to produce an up-to-date information system to achieve work efficiency. With the application of the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model to the computerized inventory system and also which is equipped with the 2010 visual basic programming language and crystal report reports can help in quick decision making. Implementation with the RAD system to realize inventory information systems has been able to produce products with qualified results. The designed application has been able to complete transaction requirements and manage inventory information with the FIFO method. Keywords: FIFO (first out); Inventory; RAD (application Development)         Abstrak: Pengawasan terhadap persediaan barang sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan oleh pengusaha yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan sehingga didapatkan persediaan yang ideal. Dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) stok persediaan yang datang pertama kali maka akan dijualkan atau dimanfaatkan terlebih dahulu oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Artinya bahwa barang (bentuk, tipe dan nama yang sama) yang pertama dibeli maka barang tersebut akan pertama dijualkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari expired dari barang-barang tersebut. Sasaran dari hasil penelitian ini nantinya untuk meninjau sejauh mana prosedur-prosedur yang ada dan dapat menyajikan informasi sekaligus untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mutakhir sehingga tercapainya efisiensi kerja. Dengan penerapan model RAD (Rapid Application Development) pada sistem persedian barang yang terkomputerisasi dan juga yang dilengkapi dengan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan laporan crystal report dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Implementasi dengan sistem RAD untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi persediaan barang telah mampu menghasilkan produk dengan hasil yang mumpuni. Konsep sistem pendukung mengambil keputusan yang berbasis komputer saat ini berkembang sangat pesat. Banyak metode yang digunakan untuk membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kerumitan melalui proses pengumpulan data menjadi informasi serta ditambah dengan faktor-faktor yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pengambilan keputusan.Tujuan peneltian ini adalah Untuk Membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemberian kepada siswa smk negeri 06 kota bengkulu Menggunakan Metode simple additive weightng. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan pada pembuatan Aplikasi ini adalah dari sistem manual atau konvensional menuju pengembangan sistem (sistem elektronik) dengan menggunakan model waterfall. Metode pengembangan sistem air terjun merupakan rangkaian kegiatan atau kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam sistem pengembangan mulai dari analisis masalah, analisis sistem aktual, analisis sistem baru, perancangan, implementasi sistem dan uji coba.Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan aplikasi Visua Basic 2010. dan didukung dengan database microsoft acces 2007 dan crystal report sebagai pembuatan laporannya

Color blind test system is needed in various needs such as the management of a driver's license, prospective students in Certain institutions, prospective employees or employees in government and private agencies. The development of a computer-based test system color blind color blind tests aims at activities that produce normal eye Conclusions on sealing, partial color blindness and total color blindness. The method used to complete this research is Ishihara, which was discovered by Dr. Shinobu Ishihara. For the construction of the Ishihara color-blind method of testing using the stages of analysis, design and implementation. The developed test system aims to be used as a color blind tests for the health test requirements as a requirement for prospective employees at PT JAVA GLOBAL FUTURES Medan. To build this color blind test system used MS-Visual Studio 2010 and the results were made using Crystal Report 2010. This research has produced a Color Blind Test System with the Ishihara roomates Computer Based Method is used for the color blind tests at PT JAVA GLOBAL FUTURES Medan. With the output in the form of computer screens and paper prints when using a printer connected to a computer in the form of a Health Certificate with test results in the form of a normal eye vision, color blindness partial or total color blindness.
