Based on observations in the Masbagik Utara Village, businesses using internet connections from well-known ISPs in their business activities, and this is considered to be less economical in the e-Commerce activities. Therefore, research is conducted to analyze, design and implement rt / rw.net by giving the wifi network name "brembuk.net" which is expected to help provide a choice of solutions related to internet connection that will be used by e-Commerce businesses in Masbagik Utara village. The research uses PPDIOO method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize). The implementation of the brembuk.net computer network as rt / rw.net to support e-Commerce is one of the way to access cheap and stable internet and unlimited quota to access the internet in doing business for online businesses in Masbagik Utara village.

Information Technology (IT) is increasingly progressing. Nowadays, the success of a business of the organization/company is highly dependent on the IT infrastructure used. Therefore, organizations/companies have to manage their IT service to be optimal to their customers. Looking at this matter and the increasing dynamics of XYZ University, then Data and Information System Center (Pusdatin) - an IT provider of XYZ University began implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) from 2013 using the latest version of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), namely ITIL v3 as a framework for implementing ITSM in its business processes. However, along the way, there are still some problems happen in Pusdatin in order that ITSM can actually support and align with the objectives of XYZ University. Through this paper, the authors want to explain how the implementation of ITSM at Pusdatin, identify the problems related to the implementation of ITSM, and provide the solutions for each problem. The methods used are direct observation to Pusdatin, conductan interview with the Head of Pusdatin and Staff of Pusdatin, and also perform a literature review of books and papers that discuss about ITIL. The result of this research is that ITSM process of Pusdatin generally works quite well but there are still some shortcomings because ITSM is not 100% implemented in all areas.

The use of cloud computing is becoming widespread, but systematic study of its managerial implications is lacking. This paper examines cloud computing in the context of other major changes in Information Technology (IT) and explores the revolutionary transformations and challenges which bring to IT management. Cloud computing has a high reliability, low cost and good availability. With the increasing use of technology in modern era, there is a growing requirement of information technology infrastructure management. Over some decades in the past, organizations have put their efforts in the development and application of information technology to collect, analyze and process the data. Various computing paradigms have been employed for the purpose and needs have emerged for enormous infrastructure.Cloud Computing is evolving as a key computing platform for sharing resources that include infrastructure, software application and business processes. Virtualization is a core technology for enabling cloud resources sharing (Liang et al. 2009). Virtualization refers to the abstracting of a form of technology away from its original environment. The benefit derives from being able to redeliver it in a virtual (or “logical”) form capable of the same functionality as the original, but with greater flexibility (Tata Communication White Paper 2012). This paper presents how Cloud Computing service model – Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) can be used to meet the increasing demands of the Information Technology Infrastructure Management and how Cloud Computing paradigm can prove to be future solution for such systems. With IaaS, IT services can be delivered as a subscription service, eliminating up-front costs and driving down ongoing support costs.

Computer Network Learning is one of the teaching and learning processes in the compulsory Computer Networking course in a study program in the computer science family. Dick and Carey designs are the general components of a learning material from the procedures that will be used in learning to produce the desired learning outcomes. Furthermore, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is one of the frameworks that is part of Service Management in IT governance to make it easier to evaluate IT services and to find out things that must be developed in that service. The purpose of this study was to produce a design concept in the ITIL-based dick and carey model of computer network learning design. The method used is a literature review that utilizes all available reference sources. The result achieved is the ITIL-based Dick and Carey model computer network course concept which will create a quality computer network learning design.

Enterprise Architecture is the organising logic for business processes and Information Technology infrastructure, the purpose of which is to create a more effective organisation in the context of the business’s strategy and goals. However, the ability to measure the effectiveness of any activities initiated under the guise of Enterprise Architecture is limited, even more so in those organisations, such as government agencies, that do not recognise financial return on investment. In this chapter the author introduces the concept of Knowledge Management, linked to the strategic outcomes of Enterprise Architecture and proposes a maturity model framework for the measurement of Enterprise Architecture implementation. The aim of this chapter is to provide a basis for discussion of a wider Capability Maturity Profile with architectural frameworks to help develop and measure the benefits of implementing frameworks and architectures.

IT Service Management (ITSM) is a management concept in providing information technology services properly and successfully to customers, it can also be a method of processing philosophical systems that are centered on the IT service consumer perspective on the company's business. The service management of an organization is basically implemented in the form of the functions of the organization's functions (functions) and the processes that are carried out (processes) in managing and changing the resources (resources) of the organization into the values expected by the customer. ITIL or the summary of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library is a general framework that describes best practices that provide guidance on how Information Technology (IT) service providers should run IT service management. One of the organizations that provide IT services is PT. Telkom, which has an IndiHome application for customers who want to use internet or cable TV services. This research evaluates maturity level the information technology infrastructure that supports IndiHome's business processes at PT. Telkom Bengkulu. So that with this assessment can see the achievement of performance at PT. Telkom Bengkulu. The focus of this research is the domain service operation on ITIL V3.

Referral Communication System of Public Safety Center 119 SATRIA is an integrated maternal, neonatal and other emergency referral communication system in Banyumas Regency and has been used in all health service facilities in Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems that occur in its implementation conducted by the Health Service Facilities in Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted using the in-depth interview method with 6 respondents from 5 agencies, and it got 4 themes that were discussed, namely the Difficulty Level of Application Usage, Internet Connections, Human Resources, and Solutions as well as Anticipation. Qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach that is the implementation of the PSC 119 SATRIA referral system application by the Health Service Facilities in Banyumas Regency. Results from the 4 themes in the discussion conducted to 5 respondents stated that there were no problems in 3 themes, except the Internet Connection. The speed of the internet connection in the referral process through the online referral application system is very influential on the speed of the referral response time. In other words, it also affects the development of patient health, reducing mortality due to late referral. Problems that occur in each institution where respondents work are due to slow internet connection so that the process of referral communication from referrers to recipients is hampered.   Keywords: Referral, Referral System, Response Time

Databases are the main need for every computer application to store, process and modify data. One important problem faced in databases is the availability of adequate information technology infrastructure in managing and securing data contained in the database. Data stored on the database must have protection against threats and disturbances. Threats and disruptions can result from a variety of things, such as maintenance, data damage, and natural disasters. To anticipate data loss and damage, replication of the database system needs to be done. The replication mechanism used by researchers is multi-master replication. The replication technique is able to form a database cluster with replication time of fewer than 0.2 seconds.
