<p><em><span lang="EN-ID"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;">One of the primary objectives of the company is to maximize the firm value. The firm value is theperception of investors to the company which is mostly related with the stock price. The stock price is formed from investor’s demand and supply of the company’s shares, so the stock price may be used as a proxy for the firm value. This research is meant to test the influence of dividend policy,investment decision, and Return on assets (ROA) to the firm value. The samples of this research are 8 food and beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2016 periods are in accordance with the determined criteria. This research is conducted by using purposive sampling method. The data source of this research has been retrieved from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis of this research is done by using regression of data panel analysis with the instrument of Eviews version 8 application . The result of this research shows that the dividend policy has influence to the firm value,investment decision has influence to the firm value, and Return on assets (ROA) does not have any influence to the firm value.</span></span></em></p><strong><em><span lang="EN-ID">Keywords: </span></em></strong><em><span lang="EN-ID">dividend policy, investment decision , Return on Assets (ROA), firm value.</span></em>

<p>This paper examined the impact of leverage, investment decision, dividend policy and profitability on the firm value of the automotive sector companies from 2010 - 2016. There are 12 firms chosen using a purposive sampling technique implementing specific criteria. Those firms are publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Panel data regression (Pooled OLS, Fixed Effects, and Random Effects) is used in this research. The results have shown that leverage, dividend policy and profitability, have a positive and significant impact on firms' value. A rise in these factors will lead to an increasing stock price, whereas even though has  has a positive impact, but investment decision not a substantial effect on company value.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen, kebijakan leverage, keputusan investasi dan manajemen laba terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2015-2018. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 41 perusahaan, sedangkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan dengan periode data selama 4 tahun, sehingga data yang akan disajikan menjadi 40 data. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kebijakan dividen, kebijakan leverage, keputusan investasi dan manajemen laba berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 75,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 75,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.This research aims to the effect of dividend policy, leverage policy, investment decision, and earning management on value company of mining listed at Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2018. The total population are 41 companies, while the sample size in this study is ten companies with a data period of 4 years so that the data will be presented as 40 data. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method, while data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study concluded that the dividend policy variable, leverage policy, investment decisions and earnings management affect the value of the company, while based on the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained value of 75.1%. This shows that overall the variables affect the firm value of 75.1%, while the remaining 24.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research leverage.

Firm value is investor’s view on the company which is related with stock price that may foster a positive signal to open the investment opportunities. This research aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, investment decision, firm size and managerial ownership on firm value of consumer good industry sector at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample is selected using purposive sampling method on 11 companies. Furthermore, the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The Results of research showed that dividend policy and investment decision have significant positive effect on firm value. But firm size and managerial ownership have significant negative effect on firm value.

This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This research focus is on the pharmaceutical company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population in this study was 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method, and then, based on the predetermined CRiteria, obtained eight samples of companies that will be tested in this study. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the IDX, BI, and their respective companies. This study's results indicate that only the Current Ratio and Return On Assets partially have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant influence on stock prices.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability and liquidity on dividend policy and firm value. It also examines the role of dividend policy as an intervening variable between profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by Tobin's Q, dividend policy is measured by dividend payout ratio (DPR), profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA) and liquidity is measured by current ratio (CR). The population of this study is companies registered in List of Sharia Securities consisting of more than 300 companies. Samples were taken as many as 100 companies with a purposive sampling method. The observation period is 3 years (2016-2018). To test hypotheses using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that profitability is significant and positively effect on dividend policy, while liquidity does not affect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while liquidity has no effect on firm value. Another result of dividend policy is able to be as an intervening effect on profitability of firm value but not as an intervening liquidity relationship to firm value.

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the effect of profitability, liquidity and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted at the consumer goods industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 period. The number of samples in this study were 17 companies with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a non-participant observation method, through financial statement data published on the IDX's official website, www.idx.co.id. The results of the analysis showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value. Liquidity and dividend policy have a significant negative effect on firm value. This means that profitability is the main factor that most influences the value of the company and is considered by investors to invest. The established entity has the aim to increase the value of the company. the company's stock price can be a reference for valuing a company. This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of profitability and ownership structure on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is in the form of annual company report data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2016. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that profitability and dividend policy had a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while the ownership structure had no effect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy variables proved to have a significant effect on firm value, while ownership structure did not affect company value.

The purpose of this research is conducted to analyze factors the extent of influence (Liquidity - CR), (Leverage - DER), and (Dividend Policy - DPR) that can occur with (Firm Value - PBV). Manufacturing Industry Company was chosen because of fluctuations in stock prices that surged from the Composite Stock Price Index. The theory used is the signaling theory, trade-off theory, and dividend policy theory. The data used are secondary data with a sample collection method using purposive sampling. Where the research population is used is manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 observation period a number of 157 companies, with the final sample of this research obtained 34 selected companies that became the sample criteria. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis, with the help of the application E-views version 9.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the research partially revealed that the variable (Leverage - DER) had an influence on (Firm Value - PBV) while the variable (Liquidity - CR) and (Dividend Policy - DPR) have no influence on Firm Value. And the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 16.64%.

The object of this study is a banking company whose shares are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period, and the sampling method was census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the financial performance of banking shares. And the research variables are Stock Price (Y), Return on Assets (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Price Earning Ratio (X3), Earning Per Share (X4). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of testing the hypothesis then the conclusion is Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per share, positive and significant impact on the share price, while Return on Assets, Dept To Equity Ratio, Earnings Per share no significant effect on stock price.
