The established entity has the aim to increase the value of the company. the company's stock price can be a reference for valuing a company. This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of profitability and ownership structure on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is in the form of annual company report data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2016. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that profitability and dividend policy had a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while the ownership structure had no effect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy variables proved to have a significant effect on firm value, while ownership structure did not affect company value.

This study discusses and analyzes the Ownership Structure, External Factors, Internal Against Capital Structure, Dividends and Company Value. The population used in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using 37 companies. The data used are from 2010 to 2019, this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inference with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis shows: ownership structure does not oppose capital structure, dividend policy, and firm value, external factors affect internal factors, external factors do not oppose capital structure, external factors do not significantly influence firm value, internal factors related to capital structure, factors internal does not oppose dividend policy, internal factors oppose company value, capital structure opposes dividend policy, dividend policy has no effect on capital structure, capital structure is related to company value, and dividend policy is related to company value. The existence of competition requires companies to make various efforts to maintain the existence of the company and increase company value. The company value is indicated by the company's stock price. The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the effect of profitability, leverage and institutional ownership on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is secondary data in the form of financial statement data and annual reports of companies belonging to the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2018, totaling 138 companies. Data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that profitability, leverage and institutional ownership had a significant effect on dividend policy. The variables of profitability, leverage and dividend policy are proven to have a significant effect on firm value, while institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. The dividend policy variable is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, but it is not able to moderate the effect of leverage and institutional ownership on firm value.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. The value of the company can provide maximum shareholder prosperity if the performance is good. one of them can be measured by profitability and other factors that influence company value are dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in the Kompas 100 Index company. This research was conducted in all mining companies incorporated in the Kompas 100 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples, using the purposive sampling method is as many as 17 companies from 100 companies during the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique applied in this study is the regression analysis moderation. The results of the analysis produce, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on company value in the mining sector of the Kompas 100 Index. ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable on Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. The number of samples in this study are 28 Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange that provide regular dividends during the 2014-2018 period. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the company's Annual Report. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study found that profitability, leverage and dividend policy had a positive and significant effect on firm value, but liquidity had no significant effect on firm value. The moderating effect proves that the dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of the company, where the dividend policy belongs to the type of variable Quacy Moderator.Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Dividend Policy and Company Value

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, profitability and company size on firm value. In this study, company value is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER) is used as a proxy for investment decisions, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is used as a proxy for funding decisions, Devided Payout Ratio (DPR) is used as a proxy dividend policy, Return On Equity (ROE) is used as a proxy for profitability and natural logarithm (ln) is used as a proxy for measure of firm value. This study uses a purposive sampling method to determine the number of samples. The sample used in this study were 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published financial statements for the 2013-2017. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. The results showed that investment decisions had a positive effect on firm value. However, funding decisions had no effct on firm value, dividend policy had a negatif effect on firm value, profit had a positive effect on firm value and company size had a negatif affect the firm's value.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial ownership structure and earnings management on firm value in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The method used in this study is the census method. The population studied was 32 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The data collected were secondary data. Analysis of the data in this study used path analysis using SPSS V. 24. The results showed that the ownership structure and earnings management, simultaneously, had a significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The ownership structure, partially, has no significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Earnings management, partially, has a significant effect on the firm value of the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Exchange Indonesian Securities in 2014, and ownership structure does not significantly influence earnings management in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Keywords: ownership structure, earnings management, company value

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

A company that canincrease its value will also be able to improve the well-being of the owner or the shareholders. To a company that issues stocks in the capital market, the stock price in the stock exchange is the indicator of a companys value. Good company value is identified from the companys performance it is also identified from the stable or increasing stock price.This present study analyzed the influence of investment decision and market capitalization on company value. It involved companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and aimed to formulate a matter of consideration for investors. A quantitative descriptive method was employed to investigate the correlation and influence between variables. The result showed that: (1) investment decisionpartially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of 1.721 and significance value of 0.000 (2) market capitalization partially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of -0.163 and significance value of 0.041 (3) investment decision and market capitalization simultaneously influenced company value of companies listed in the JII with f-count value of 330.698 and significance value of 0.000. Moreover, the adjusted R2 test acquired value of 0.924. The number indicated that company value was influenced by investment decisionand market capitalization by 92.4 percent, while the rest 7.6 percent was due to other variables.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of leverage , earnings management , and ownership structure on firm value in state-owned companies . Based on a population of 18 state-owned companies listed on the Stock Exchange was taken 10 stateowned companies in 2008 to 2012 as the samples in this study according to the criteria of the study , a total of 50 years as a firm observational data . At the stage of data processing are affected data outliers firm by 2 years so the number of samples used in this study for 5 years amounted to 48 firm year . Data analysis was performed using linear regression analysis using SPSS for Windows 16.00. Simultaneous testing results show that leverage , earnings management , government ownership , and public ownership and a significant positive effect on firm value . Result partial test indicates that earnings management does not affect the value of the company , while leverage , government ownership , and public ownership negatively affect the value of the company .
