Occupational health services shall be an effort to provide occupational health and safety protection to workers' communities, which have the objective of maintaining and improving the health status of the working-class community, Preventing the occurrence of health problems and protecting workers from health hazards and placing workers in the work environment in accordance with their physical and psychological abilities workers. Objective Analysis research is to analyze the completeness of facilities, workforce competencies to the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety in Puskesmas District of Tulungagung. The design used in the study was cross-sectional. The population is Puskesmas District of Tulungagung. The sample size was 32 respondents Health Center by using simple random sampling technique. Independent research variables are Infrastructure and Labor Competencies. The dependent variable is the implementation of Safety Management. Data was collected using kuesoner, then the data were analyzed using linear regression test with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05. The results showed more than half of the health center has the facilities and infrastructure K3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) is complete as many as 23 respondent’s health centers (76.7%), more than half Puskesmas. as having the competence K3 Officers who are not trained as much as 23 respondents health centers (76.7%). more than half of Puskesmas.have health and safety management that less as much as 19 respondent of health center (63,3%). The result of statistical test shows that there is no influence between K3 infrastructure and worker with K3 management (0,340). The result of statistic test obtained by Pseudo R square value at Nagelkerke is 0,086, which means infrastructure and competence in explaining MK3 implementation is 0,086 (8,6%) and there are 91,4% other factors outside model in implementation of safety and health management MK3).The conclusion of this study is that occupational health safety management can be influenced by many factors. All the supporting factors in the implementation of occupational health safety management should be synergized to achieve optimal work safety objectives.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is aimed as an effort to create a workplace that is safe, healthy, free from environmental pollution, so that it can reduce and or be free from work accidents and occupational diseases and can have an impact on increasing work efficiency and productivity. The need for implementation and Monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System at PT. Mujur Lestari must have a good corporate culture and be able to contribute to SMK3. For that PT. Mujur Lestari makes implementation and Monitoring to minimize the risk of work accidents for employees. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Mujur Lestari, totaling 81 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire while the analytical method used was multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was an influence between knowledge on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) at PT. Mujur Lestari with a tcount greater than ttable, the effect of applying the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) with a tcount greater than ttable, the effect of Monitoring on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) with a greater tcount from ttable and there is no relationship between the implementation and Monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The conclusion shows that the knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), the application variable has a positive and significant impact on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) and the Monitoring variable has a positive and significant effect on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. In the Minister of Health Regulation Number 66 of 2016, concerning occupational health and safety in Hospitals, a hospital is a workplace with a high risk of safety and health. In addition, in the context of managing and controlling risks related to occupational health and safety in hospitals, it is necessary to organize occupational health and safety in hospitals to create hospital conditions that are healthy, safe, and comfortable. The occupational health and safety reported there was still an accident occur at the Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. This study was to overview the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital in 2020. This research was a qualitative descriptive study with an in-depth interview and observation approach conducted at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital from January to December 2020. The population is all workers registered as employees at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Informants in this research were those who have the authority and knowledge about the immplementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) in Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Concerning the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) have not been implemented optimally. It is expected that Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital implemented of occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) optimally.

Abstract The environment of health care workers (HCWs) is considered as one of the most hazardous settings due to the nature of their work. In the Philippines, this continues to be overlooked in terms of programs and services on occupational health and safety (OHS). One possible reason for this is the existing information gap on OHS which limits data comparability and effective monitoring and assessment of interventions. This study assessed the OHS system in 13 barangay health centers in a selected city using the 6 building blocks of a health system framework. Assessment was done through walk-through surveys, documents review, and key informant interview. Qualitative data from the interview were coded using NVivo while quantitative data were summarized using EpiInfo. Results showed that there remains to be gaps in terms of improving occupational health and safety in local health centers. In terms of leadership and governance, a general policy on OHS for all local health centers was found to be lacking and in effect, an absence of health and safety committees. In terms of financing, the lack of a separate budget specific for OHS programs and services was also found to be a limitation. As a result, there was no OHS personnel identified and only one staff had valid training on OHS among all 13 health centers. There was also no established information system for OHS in place. Only 2 out of 13 health centers have Safety Inspection Reports while only three have Workplace Environment Monitoring Report. Based on the results of the study, there is a general need for improvement in terms of the occupational health and safety system in the city where the health centers were situated. Among all the elements of the occupational health and safety system, the lack of an overarching policy on OHS resulted in the absence of health and safety committees, inadequate budget and worker specific services for OHS, lack of related trainings and workshops, and poor information and reporting system. Key messages Data on conditions of OHS systems in the local health center setting are limited, thus the study provides information on areas of improvement for health systems strengthening. There is a need for policies on OHS in the local health center setting to strengthen the system for improved service delivery, information management and financing for OHS.
