The results of the preliminary study were obtained from 15 prospective biology teacher students related to the initial abilities that must be possessed to become a teacher and the implementation of learning in science learning. In general, 15 prospective teachers were of the opinion that it was not so different about the ability to have to become a teacher. Based on the results of the preliminary study, prospective teacher students already know the abilities that need to be possessed to become a teacher and in the implementation of learning students must be active but still not showing knowledge related to knowledge that combines content and pedagogical knowledge. One way to analyze the ability of prospective teacher PCK is through filling in documents consisting of Content Representation (CoRe). The data presented in the form of student response questionnaire analysis related to CoRe in terms of education and language and the results of test the validity and reliability of items. For linguistic aspects of CoRe instrument in general CoRe instrument have very high frequency, meaning that CoRe instrument that have been developed are able to be accepted and used properly by prospective biology teacher students at Muhammadiyah Metro University with a percentage 70%. For educational aspects of the CoRe instrument in general CoRe instrument have very high criteria, meaning that the CoRe instrument that have been developed are able to be accepted and used properly by prospective biology teachers at the Muhammadiyah Metro University with a percentage 73,33%.

This study aims to develop e-modules through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The type of this research was development research with the ADDIE model. The trial subjects were students of SMAN 1 Seberida. The research instruments were observation, interview, media expert validation questionnaire, material expert, biology teacher validation, student and student response questionnaire. Qualitative data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative descriptive observations and interviews and presented at the analysis stage, suggestions from media expert validators, materials, biology teachers, student and student responses were carried out descriptively and qualitatively and presented in the development stage. While the score of the biology teacher validation questionnaire was carried out using Descriptive statistics by presenting data through tables. The validation results of media experts, material experts and biology teachers on the e-module were 3.63, 3.62 and 3.71, respectively with valid category. The results of student and student response analysis obtained an average score of 89.98 and 87.7 which are categorized as very practical. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the electronic module with the Kvisoft flipbook maker is suitable for use as learning material and can be tested in direct learning.

This study aims to develop an e-learning tool based on video presentations to enhances attitudes, skills and pedagogical knowledges of prospective teacher students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is Research and Design (R & D) using the Plomp development model, which consists of 3 stages: a preliminary study, design, and assessment. Data collection was carried out through observation, device validation, distribution of response questionnaires, and assessment of student learning outcomes. The results of the data analysis show that at the preliminary study stage, it was found that there were still no devices that supported learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. At the stage of design was designed, including RPS, LMS Settings, and Video Presentations. At the assessment stage, it was found that all the tools developed had valid criteria, students gave a positive response to the small and broad trials respectively of 97.68%; 98.32% so that the tools developed were included in practical criteria. The assessment of learning outcomes in the aspects of attitudes, skills, and knowledge had average completeness on the small and broad trials respectively of 82.92%; 86.99% so that the equipment used was included in the effective criteria. Thus the device developed can be said to be feasible because it meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The development of e-learning based on video presentations can be used to enhance attitudes, skills, and pedagogical knowledge of prospective mathematics teacher students.

Ising core-shell model was proposed to reconstruct superparamagnetism hysteresis in nano-goethite (α-FeOOH). Core and shell set as antiferromagnetic and paramagnetic state respectively. Core and shell radius varies until the theoretical hysteresis fit with experiment hysteresis. At low temperature, the hysteresis reconstructed nicely with 55% antiferromagnetic core contribution and 45% paramagnetic shell contribution. At high temperature, the core-shell model show unrealistic result compared to the pure paramagnetic state.

Leather handycraft industry produces handicrafts such as bags, shoes, wallets, belts.  On production process atcutting division, work posture condition is too bent. A preliminary study on 20 workers found musculoskeletal complaints was greater than 50% at 16 items, mostly in upper limbs. Based on these complaints, research was on work posture using RULA and Sympton Questionnaire.  Research purposes was to determine the risk level and relationship with UEWMSDs on the worker. The result of RULA found that work posture with RULA score was 7 (seven) that means 3 (three) risk level that very high category, and needs to be repaired as soon as possible. Symptom Questionnaire answer related to worker's complaint, which are complaints of shoulder and arm pain was 50%, pain after work 1-4 years was 85%, duration of illness <1 hour was 85%, move to another part due to illness was 55%, pain increase when the activity was 100%, and pain reduce at rest was 90%. Base on the condition, it was needed to redesigned cutting table evaluated by RULA category 3 (three) based on anthropometry of workers

In this study, two sites from tea and apple growing sites were collected from Pyay village and Nine Mile village, Mindat district, Chin state of West Myanmar under a humid subtropical climate. The results of physicochemical properties of observed soils were neutral pH, favorable moisture, silty clay loam texture, very high content of organic carbon, organic matter and total nitrogen. However, the tea growing soil was very poor in phosphorus and potassium content. Moreover, both soils lack of available potassium. The content of heavy metals in both soils was not varied from each other and followed the order: Fe (iron) > Cu (copper) >Zn (zinc) > Pb (lead) > Cr (chromium) and was below the maximum allowed concentrations (MAC). Therefore, the studied soils are generally favorable for cultivation under the condition of application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. However, due to the regular application of fertilizers and pesticides, it is necessary to monitor these soils for PTE levels. Further research is recommended, which must include analyses of the physicochemical properties of soils to a two depths of 0-30 and 30-60 cm, especially for the area where fruit plants are grown. In addition, higher density of soil samples and sub-samples are necessary to produce a reliable dataset that will allow proper statistical analysis.
