The energy of solar radiation is a powerful energy reserve at the surface of the globe which is about twenty billion kW. This amount of energy is more than 100 times greater than the amount of necessary energy for the whole planet; besides the usage of this powerful energy radiator is not associated with polluting substances that pollute the planet. The usage of solar energy nowadays is very important, as the problem of using traditional energy resources is especially acute, because of their irreplaceability and increase in their cost. At the plants of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the industrial production of building materials today, a trend is outlined for the use of non-traditional types of energy, and mainly solar energy at the stage of heat treatment, where steam heating was traditionally used. In these researches, development in the direction of temperature treatment of polystyrene concrete was considered. The purpose of the research is the development and practical implementation of the technology of production of polystyrene using solar energy. The results of the conducted researches confirmed that the usage of solar thermal treatment methods for the thermal treatment of polystyrene concrete is effective in weather conditions for the southern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan which refers to areas with dry and hot climatic conditions. Detailed studies of polystyrene concrete under high-temperature weather conditions have been carried out and introduced into production. The usage of heliotechnology for the production of polystyrene concrete improves the quality of manufactured products, also makes it possible to reduce the energy costs of traditional energy covered by the use of solar energy.

<p>Nowadays, with the continuous development of economy and society, the frequency of electromechanical installation projects in various industries is getting higher and higher. With the continuous improvement of mechanization level, the requirements for business personnel engaged in mechanical and electrical installation engineering are getting higher and higher. Electromechanical installation is a very important part in construction engineering. Only through continuous innovation, technical renewal and transformation, can the engineering function be effectively guaranteed and the economic benefit be increased. As urban construction enters the fast lane, people's requirements for the quality of life are gradually improved. The installation of construction electromechanical projects is the most prominent link in construction engineering, so construction units should pay attention to the installation of engineering electromechanical projects. The emphasis of engineering electromechanical installation is the control of installation quality and the innovation of installation technology. Based on the author's practical experience, this article first emphasizes the necessity of electromechanical installation, and then explains the relationship between construction engineering and electromechanical installation in combination with engineering practice, aiming at emphasizing the irreplaceable role of electromechanical installation in construction engineering.</p>

As a new constructional material, composite sandwich panels are applied in engineering more often than ever. This paper focuses on the structure and foreign research status of sandwich panels which are used in practical engineering problems that need attention. The structure of the composition of the sandwich panel, force characteristics and analysis methods, a set of load-bearing thermal insulation, sound insulation and decoration in one of the new sandwich insulation composite wall form, can comprehensively address architectural, structural safety, and contradict the thermal insulation performance and durability problem. Thus they can be better applied to the engineering practice and meet the development requirement of building energy-saving and adaptation of housing industrialization.

"Practical training" is very important in construction engineering, especially for the construction engineering major of application-oriented undergraduate colleges. For students to master professional knowledge, it is necessary to carry out effective practical teaching. Generally speaking, teachers carry out practical training at the practical training base. Therefore, college leaders and teachers have always been very concerned about the construction of training bases. This article analyzes the construction of the construction engineering training base focusing on how to build a practical training base in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, in order to train more construction engineering professionals to meet the needs of social development.
