Building water supply and drainage is one of the important courses of construction engineering technology. It is a construction project that must be considered in modern building construction. It is directly related to people’s daily production and life. It has a very distinct practicality. Its teaching content is also accompanied by materials and Building technology upgrades and continuous improvement. This article discusses the problems existing in the teaching of building water supply and drainage, and proposes corresponding teaching reform measures for the problems found, in the hope that the teaching of building water supply and drainage can achieve better teaching effects.

The reform of the current education system has put forward higher requirements on the teaching of colleges and universities. On the one hand, teachers should be responsible for teaching students‘ knowledge and improving students' cultural literacy. On the other hand, they should cultivate students' comprehensive practical ability and innovative ability. Civil engineering major is an important major to train talents for China's economic development. The educational reform of colleges and universities should constantly improve the quality of practical teaching of civil engineering and cultivate talents with strong comprehensive ability for China's economic and social development. At present, the research on the teaching reform of civil engineering is deepening, aiming at improving the quality of civil engineering teaching and promoting the reform of construction course teaching. This paper mainly studies the cultivation of students' innovation ability by the reform of civil engineering practice teaching.

The advanced talents with applied technique should be composite, creative talents in the background of macroscopic engineering. Whereas some engineering training center have not transformed from the metalworking practice mode which can not adapt itself to the requirements of talents cultivation in 21 century, our university reform the contents of practice teaching and innovate the teaching mode of engineering training, integrate and optimize the internal teaching resources and strength the deep cooperation with enterprises under the guidance of the conception of “Macroscopic Engineering”. We structure the engineering training practice teaching platform with intercross of many subjects in order to cultivate the engineering quality of students in muti-measures. The students received the cultivation in the aspects of engineering conception, engineering practice ability and creative ability, which we received unprecedented teaching results.Keyword: Concept of “Macroscopic Engineering”; Intercross of many subjects; Practice Platform; Engineering Quality

The practice teaching is an important part of excellent talent education for engineering management major and it is also the key way of culturing creative ability. Firstly, the current problems of practice teaching for engineering management major were analyzed. Then, a professional dynamic optimization system of practice teaching was established .Finally, a series of teaching reform measures were put forward, such as building the new practice bases, adopting the reasonable practice mode, culturing the double-quality teaching team, reforming the practice teaching methods, strengthening the laboratory information construction, improving the evaluation mechanism and so on, which can provide effective quality assurance for culturing excellent project management personnel.

Construction Engineering and Management is a broad area of civil engineering practice which includes: (1) planning and engineering of the temporary facilities for construction sites; (2) management of the construction process; and (3) rehabilitation, repair and maintenance of engineered facilities, where the traditionally distinct design and construction roles of participants have become merged. The broad scope of this field, combined with the empirical nature of many facets of construction engineering and management practice, have led to a significant amount of expert system activity in this domain.

Practice teaching is an important educational task for hydropower construction engineering major in vocational and technical colleges. Guided by Conceive Design Implement Operate (CDIO), students could get hands-on experience from practical projects under experiential learning environments, and then develop engineering capacity and project literacy. Due to the introduction of CDIO, the original unrelated and dispersed curriculums became comprehensive and continuous engineering design trainings in the form of projects. Students were divided into groups. The ability of thinking and problems solving for practical engineering could be easily cultured by a collection of comprehensive group trainings, such as program discussions, designs, and drawings.
