Logistic center’s location for goods distribution in Republic of Srpska can be asserted on many parameters from whom two has vital importance: geographical position and size of traffic flow. Special significance of these center’s are logistical diversity, especially where different branches of traffics are involved. Starting factors for developing such a center in Republic of Srpska are position on roads, rails and corridors. Main purpose of these centers are command gathering, sendig commands to transport vehicles, depo good if necessary, forming transport units and delivery. There are seven main criteria: social, law regulation, ecological, technical, economics and organization. To define these criteria survey is used, also every criteria is evaluated. Applying ARAS mathematical method Doboj city is determined to be optimal location for logistical center development.

Abstract: A new photovoltaic (PV) farm is proposed to be integrated in GHARDAIA bus distribution network (Gh-17 bus), this paper studies the optimal location of this PV farm in the distribution network. The study is done in IEEE-14 bus then it is validated in Gh-17 bus network, the constraints considered for the choice of the optimal location are the stability margin, power loss and critical clearing time (CCT) in case of line fault. The simulation results are given using the PSAT.

Researchers and policy makers have explored the possibility of restricting the use of housing vouchers to neighborhoods that may positively affect the outcomes of children. Using the framework of a dynamic model of optimal location choice, we estimate preferences over neighborhoods of likely recipients of housing vouchers in Los Angeles. We combine simulations of the model with estimates of how locations affect adult earnings of children to understand how a voucher policy that restricts neighborhoods in which voucher‐recipients may live affects both the location decisions of households and the adult earnings of children. We show the model can nearly replicate the impact of the Moving to Opportunity experiment on the adult wages of children. Simulations suggest a policy that restricts housing vouchers to the top 20% of neighborhoods maximizes expected aggregate adult earnings of children of households offered these vouchers.

AbstractThis article aims to provide the seafarer with a tool to calculate the deviation for a righted ship in any geographical position using only the information available on board. In this way the accidental errors in the deviation card are reduced and the latitude error is made negligible. Moreover, an experimental application of this method is carried out on board a tanker to compare the latitude error in different positions at sea.
