Logistic center’s location for goods distribution in Republic of Srpska can be asserted on many parameters from whom two has vital importance: geographical position and size of traffic flow. Special significance of these center’s are logistical diversity, especially where different branches of traffics are involved. Starting factors for developing such a center in Republic of Srpska are position on roads, rails and corridors. Main purpose of these centers are command gathering, sendig commands to transport vehicles, depo good if necessary, forming transport units and delivery. There are seven main criteria: social, law regulation, ecological, technical, economics and organization. To define these criteria survey is used, also every criteria is evaluated. Applying ARAS (A new Additive Ratio Assesment) mathematical method Doboj city is determined to be optimal location for logistical center development.

Purpose. Scientific justification of the idea on the acknowledgment of the role of priority basic constitutional principles as grounds for the constitutional law regulation of the state policy in the PRC. Methodology: dialectics, hermeneutics, synergetics, philosophical conceptology. Conclusions. Holding a discussion on the approaches of the modern comparative linguistics to the identification of the development principles of the Chinese legal system, the author suggests referring the Chinese legal system to the socialist one with national peculiarities, historical succession, Chinese traditions occupying an important place in the development of the socialist principle of democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China. The author notes that the key constitutional principles of organization of government in the PRC are established and developed using the elements of two legal families (far eastern, socialist) and taking into account the Chinese specifics of the ideological origination and development of the Communist Party of China based on the ideas of K. Marx, V. I. Lenin, Chinese leaders and other supporters of the democratic centralism principle. Based on the provisions of the first chapter of the Constitution of the PRC, the author singles out 32 categories of the key principles of the constitutional law formation of the Chinese state directly or indirectly forming the powers of government authorities, state policy fundamentals. Scientific and practical significance. The conclusions of the article are aimed at systematization of the key constitutional principles of organization of government in the PRC classified into: basic, economic, social, law enforcement, administrative-territorial and additional ones. The priority basic principles singled out by the author are designed to form the grounds for the constitutional law regulation of the state policy.

Right at the beginning of its work, geomorphology working group of the National council for geo- heritage has separated 200 relief objects and suggested them for enrolling into the geo heritage list. It has separated particularly the objects of mundane, European and Balkan significance. Most of them are interesting for tourist visits and are demanding a certain approach to valorization, so that right economical and social objects can be achieved. The objects of geo heritage in Serbia are placed in the primary and complementary tourist values which means they have different attractive zone and provide more kind of tourism. In the process of tourist valorization of the objects of geo heritage, we respect internal factors external factors and inlay work. Tourist-geographical position and level of attractiveness is of special significance so in dependence of that are local, regional, republic, national and international values being treated suitable for developing an adequate kind of domestic and foreign tourism.

AbstractThis article aims to provide the seafarer with a tool to calculate the deviation for a righted ship in any geographical position using only the information available on board. In this way the accidental errors in the deviation card are reduced and the latitude error is made negligible. Moreover, an experimental application of this method is carried out on board a tanker to compare the latitude error in different positions at sea.

Optimization of phase offset for adjacent intersections is the key parameter regarding coordinated control of traffic signal for adjacent intersections, which decides the effect of the coordinated control for adjacent intersections. According to characters of saturated traffic flow of Chinese urban road, this thesis establishes a model for optimization of phase offset for adjacent interactions and finds a solution from such model by adopting genetic algorithm. The model is verified by actual traffic flow datum of two adjacent signal intersections on Changan Avenue. Then a comparison is made between the optimization result of such model and that of the existing mathematical method and SYNCHRO model, which indicates that the model established by this thesis can reduce the delay suffered by vehicles at the intersections and increase the traffic efficiency of the intersections.

Grain boundaries have long held a special significance to ceramicists. In part, this has been because it has been impossible until now to actually observe the boundaries themselves. Just as important, however, is the fact that the grain boundaries and their environs have a determing influence on both the mechanisms by which powder compaction occurs during fabrication, and on the overall mechanical properties of the material. One area where the grain boundary plays a particularly important role is in the high temperature strength of hot-pressed ceramics. This is a subject of current interest as extensive efforts are being made to develop ceramics, such as silicon nitride alloys, for high temperature structural applications. In this presentation we describe how the techniques of lattice fringe imaging have made it possible to study the grain boundaries in a number of refractory ceramics, and illustrate some of the findings.

This paper presents Pavlov's contribution to the development of biological-oriented personality theories. Taking a short description of Pavlov's typology of central nervous system (CNS) properties as a point of departure, it shows how, and to what extent, this typology influenced further research in the former Soviet Union as well as in the West. Of special significance for the development of biologically oriented personality dimensions was the conditioned reflex paradigm introduced by Pavlov for studying individual differences in dogs. This paradigm was used by Russian psychologists in research on types of nervous systems conducted in different animal species as well as for assessing temperament in children and adults. Also, personality psychologists in the West, such as Eysenck, Spence, and Gray, incorporated the CR paradigm into their theories. Among the basic properties of excitation and inhibition on which Pavlov's typology was based, strength of excitation and the basic indicator of this property, protective inhibition, gained the highest popularity in arousaloriented personality theories. Many studies have been conducted in which the Pavlovian constructs of CNS properties have been related to different personality dimensions. In current research the behavioral expressions of the Pavlovian constructs of strength of excitation, strength of inhibition, and mobility of nervous processes as measured by the Pavlovian Temperament Survey (PTS) have been related to over a dozen of personality dimensions, mostly referring to temperament.
