Due to the excess operating life of the operating coke oven batteries in Ukraine, it is necessary to systematically carry out repairs to maintain the proper technical condition of the fixed assets of the coke oven production, primarily coke oven batteries. The article provides definitions of such concepts as the system of scheduled preventive maintenance of industrial buildings and structures, the system of maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, maintenance, current repairs, major repairs, and the like. A classification of coke oven masonry repairs according to the scope of work, conditions and time of performance is stated, as well as documents regulating the procedure for their implementation are named. A brief overview of the types of repairs that are used to maintain the technical condition of coke oven batteries: preventive and current repairs (gunning, etc.), Medium repairs (partial relocation of the heads of the regenerator walls, heating walls and replacement of the reflowed packing), overhaul, which consists of partial re-laying a group of furnaces in a cold state (repairing furnace masonry with shifting walls to different depths, repairing and replacing reinforcement, repairing and replacing chimney and gas supply fittings). The main defects of coke oven battery masonry, which are subject to major repairs, are listed. It is noted that the cold group partial relocation of the furnaces is performed with gradual cooling and heating, which requires a complete or partial cessation of operation of the chambers adjacent to the ones being repaired (buffer and semi-buffer furnaces). It is emphasized that the work performed as part of the overhaul is determined by the technical condition of the battery, regardless of its age. It is noted that in modern conditions, the most effective is the relocation of the extreme and pre-extreme verticals of the coking chamber to a depth of 4-6 verticals on both sides without disconnecting the repaired chamber from heating. Keywords: coke oven battery, service life, technical condition, types of repairs, regulatory documentation. Corresponding author Fidchunov A.L., e-mail: [email protected]

The aim of the work is to find relevant indicators for assessing the relationship between investments in fixed assets in agriculture, gross output of the industry, and agricultural exports using tools for modeling the impact of innovation and investment development on increasing production and export potential in the context of the formation of an export-oriented agricultural economy. The modeling methodology and the proposed estimating and forecasting tools for diagnosing and monitoring the state of sectoral and regional innovative agricultural systems are used to analyze the relationship between investments in fixed assets in agriculture, gross output of the industry, and agricultural exports based on the construction of the classification of Russian regions by factors that aggregate these features to diagnose incongruence problems and to improve institutional management in regional innovative export-oriented agrosystems. Based on the results of the factor analysis application, an underestimated role of indicators of investment in agriculture, the intensity and efficiency of agricultural production, were established. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, the established five groups of regions were identified, with significant differences in the level of investment in agriculture, the volume of production of the main types of agricultural products, and the export and exported food. The research results are of practical value for use in improving institutional management when planning reforms and transformations of regional innovative agrosystems.

A new geophysical prospecting technique developed by the author was effectively applied for these purposes in 1994–2005 within the architectural complex of the Kazan Kremlin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The author has developed and successfully employed a unique gravity monitoring technique consisting in independent measurements at set points and at certain time intervals in the architectural complex of the Kazan Kremlin. The results of the geophysical monitoring and geodetic surveys conducted in open areas and inside architectural monuments offer new opportunities in preserving ancient buildings. Because geophysical monitoring can identify the negative impact of active geological processes on foundations of buildings, mitigation measures can be taken in timely manner. However, because the Kazan Kremlin is a state historical and architectural museum reserve, another objective is to maintain its exterior and renovate its green design. The above technology can also be used to analyze the technical condition of high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, underground railway systems and other structures, and significantly prolong their operating life.

Thermographic control of electrical equipment allows you to draw preliminary conclusions about the technical condition of insulation, contact joints, windings, structural elements and cooling systems of electrical equipment of voltage classes 0.4 ÷ 750 kV. However, it should be borne in mind that the results of temperature measurement and assessment of the thermal state of electrical equipment are influenced by such factors as: environmental conditions, qualifications of personnel performing thermographic control and data interpretation, the need to improve regulatory documents for assessing the thermal state of electrical equipment and develop unified algorithms analysis of the results of thermographic examinations and gradation of the development of defects in electrical equipment. Modern research in the field of thermographic control of electrical equipment is developing in several directions, namely: the use of automated (stationary or mobile) systems for collecting thermographic data; development of algorithms for processing thermal images that reduce the influence of extraneous noise on the values of the measured temperatures, select the image of the object being examined, select the optimal level of contrast of the thermal image to detect thermal anomalies; using statistical processing of thermal fields of thermal monitoring objects and making decisions about the thermal state of equipment using neural networks, machine learning and expert knowledge. Automation of the analysis of thermographic control data is an urgent scientific and practical task, the solution of which will improve the quality of maintenance, repairs, extension of the operating life and operational management of electrical equipment in conditions of a significant level of aging of the main production assets of electric companies and change of generations of staff. Measuring current transformers of voltage classes 330 ÷ 750 kV are critical elements in the distribution schemes of electric power and in electric networks, and their technical condition directly affects the reliability of electric networks and power supply to consumers. The paper considers the reasons for the development of defects in current transformers of voltage classes 330 ÷ 750 kV, and also proposes relationships to take into account the influence of the air flow rate and the actual value of the emissivity of the structural element of the current transformers, as well as elements of the algorithms for analyzing data from thermal imaging surveys to reduce the influence of environmental factors and qualification level of the personnel performing the analysis, diagnostic results.

Models for the balance sheet, the trading account and the profit and loss account; 8. A section on cost accounting, including a description of the system adopted, terminology, rules for computing product costs, an explanation of the perpetual inventory method and the procedure for the classification of expenses into fixed and variable categories; 9. Statistical accounts necessary to analyze the company's situation and establish a national accounting system (see point 4 in the previous section). General Features of the 1947 Plan The plan offered a simple, logical and flexible structure, while introducing the most advanced cost accounting techniques of the time (the homogeneous sections method described earlier). Termi nology and presentation were largely borrowed from the account ing tradition. The chart of accounts (see Appendix) classes were chosen in accordance with the two traditional objectives of finan cial accounting: the determination of the firm’s situation and the analysis of the year's results. The plan used the decimal system to number accounts and classes of accounts. The main classes of the plan were as follows: Balance 1. Permanent capital (capital, reserves, liabili-sheet ties); accounts 2. Fixed assets and investments; 3. Stocks; 4. Third-party accounts (receivables and payables); 5. Financial accounts (short-teim loans and borrowing, short-term investments, cash); Operating 6. Expenses, classified by type; accounts 7. Revenues, classified by type; 8. Profit and Loss accounts; 9. Cost accounting accounts; 10. Statistical accounts. This structure made it easy to prepare the balance sheet which was established from the accounts of the first five classes. Unlike the 1942 Plan, the order of appearance of the accounts on the balance sheet was the same as in the chart of accounts. Ac counts were first classified according to the duration of use or realizability for assets (short or long-term) and according to the

Effective production activities of organizations is impossible without the concept implementation of the constant reproduction of capital assets, a significant part of which is represented by buildings and structures for various functional purposes. Increased deterioration of industrial buildings does not allow to solve such important tasks as improvement and automation of production processes in their entirety, and has a negative impact on the working conditions and safety of personnel. The analysis of scientific and normative literature is showed that the issue under consideration requires further research. Author’s approach to the reproduction of capital assets, the use of which allows to increase the management decisions efficiency on the basis of a complex of tasks for the joint estimation of damage and deterioration, planning of works under the given constraints with the use of mathematical apparatus and technological solutions for monitoring the technical condition of buildings is presented in the article.

Technologies for the trenchless rehabilitation of pipelines using various types of coatings have been used for almost half a century. Considering that the assumed life expectancy of such renewed pipelines is 50 years, it will be necessary to assess their technical condition in the near future. The aim of this article is to attempt to answer the question "Do existing damage classification methods allow for the full and reliable assessment of the sewers already renewed with rehabilitation coatings?". The scope of the article, and its original part, is to describe how the problem of damage assessment of rehabilitation coatings has been included in various methods of classification of underground infrastructure pipelines, and conducting a comparison that compares these methods in terms of the damages described. An interpretation of the results of the research on rehabilitation coatings operated in various time periods, starting from those recently applied to those operating for over 30 years, was also made. The result of the analysis is to present the differences and deficiencies in the damage classification methods discussed.

Sensing devices are commonly used for the detection and classification of subsurface objects, particularly for the purpose of eradicating Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) from military sites. UXO detection and classification is inherently different to pattern recognition in image processing in that signal responses for the same object will differ greatly when the object is at different depths and orientations. That is, subsurface objects span a multidimensional space with dimensions including depth, azimuth and declination. Thus the search space for identifying an instance of an object is extremely large. Our approach is to use templates of actual responses from scans of known objects to model object categories. We intend to justify a method whereby Genetic Algorithms are used to improve the template libraries with respect to their classification characteristics. This chapter describes the application, key features of the Genetic Algorithms tested and the results achieved.
