Artikel ini dituliskan bertujuan untuk menguak nilai-nialai Integritas dari seorang pemimpin Kristen (Rohani). Mengenai Prinsip dan aplikasinya dalam sebuah kepemimpinan, dengan menggunakan penelitian pendekatakan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berdasarkan sumber refrensi dari penelitian ilmiah dan sumber lainnya (Literature Research) yang dirangkum secara sistematis guna ekspolorasi informasi yang actual dan komprensif. Sehingga di intrepretasikan dan di tuliskan dalam beberapa poin penting yang dapat menjadi suatu acuan bagi seorang pemimpin Kristen di era sekarang ini, guna menghadapi suatu zaman yang di sebut generasi milenial, adapun beberapa temuan nya adalah: Integritas moral yang Fundamental dalam Pemimpin Kristen. dan Nilai-Nilai Integritas Kepemimpinan Kristen dalam multidimensi situasi masa kini. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan integritas merupakan modal penting yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang individu yang akan duduk di sebuah kursi kepemimpinan terkhususnya kepemimpinan Kristen (rohani)

Through comparative literature research and qualitative analysis, this article considers the development of Alevi identity and political agency among the diaspora living in a European democratic context. This affects the Alevi emergence as political actors in Turkey, where they have no official recognition as a distinct religious identity. New questions regarding their identity and their aspiration to be seen as a political actor confront this ethno-religious group defined by common historical trauma, displacement, massacre, and finally emigration.

In the daily work of office workers, the comfort of the office chair has a great impact on the staff’s work efficiency and human health. Sitting on the office chair for a long time may cause diseases such as cervical, shoulder, and lumbar spine. This article uses online literature research, brand analysis, and offline field research to understand the current status and deficiencies of office chairs, find design points and design directions, and based on ergonomics and sitting analysis research, design general office chairs for female white-collar workers to achieve a comfortable and healthy office purpose.

The evaluation and assessment of the level of pain calves are experiencing is important, as the experience of pain (e.g., due to routine husbandry procedures) severely affects the welfare of calves. Studies about the recognition of pain in calves, and especially pain management during and after common procedures, such as castration, dehorning, and disbudding, have been published. This narrative review discusses and summarizes the existing literature about methods for pain assessment in calves. First, it deals with the definition of pain and the challenges associated with the recognition of pain in calves. Then it proceeds to outline the different options and methods for subjective and objective pain assessment in calves, as described in the literature. Research data show that there are several tools suitable for the assessment of pain in calves, at least for research purposes. Finally, it concludes that for research purposes, various variables for the assessment of pain in calves are used in combination. However, there is no variable which can be used solely for the exclusive assessment of pain in calves. Also, further research is needed to describe biomarkers or variables which are easily accessible in the field practice.

Background:Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune disease whose precise aetiology is still unknown, but the high heterogeneity of its manifestations and clinical course is presumably due to the occurrence of different mechanisms and alterations at different levels and pathways [1]. Sequencing was done on a 100X coverage, and reads have been aligned to the human reference genome (GRCh37/hg19 assembly) using the Burrows–Wheeler Alignment tool (BWA). The mean sequencing depth on target regions was 170X for patient 1, 205X for patient 2, moreover, 99.50% of the targeted bases had at least 10X coverage for all the three donors. The resulting single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) have been analysed through a step-by-step process based on their frequency population (using Genome Aggregation Database), their predicted effects on the protein (using VarSome) and a literature research about the genes carrying them. Moreover, genes previously associated with a pro-thrombotic tendency and with APS have been analysed in the two patients.Results:Starting from more than 120000 SNPs for each patients, the analysis led to reduce the list of SNPs of interest to 27 missense mutations. The complete literature research regarding the genes carrying these mutations allowed to further reduce the number of selected genes, focusing on those that exert a role potentially involved in APS pathogenesis and development. In particular, these genes (PLA2G6, HSPG2, BCL3, ZFAT, ATP2B2, CRTC3 and ADCY3) take part in the immune response and the vascular homeostasis. Genes potentially involved in APS pathogenesis and development are highlighted in bold.No mutations on genes known to be associated with a pro-thrombotic state (F5, F2, MTHFR, F13A1, PROC, PROS1, FGB and SERPINE1), or on genes previously associated with APS (B2GPI, PF4V1, SELP, TLR2, TLR4, GP Ia, GP1BA, F2R, F2RL1, TFPI, F3, VEGFA, FLT1, and TNF) have been found in the WES analysis.Conclusion:To some extent, this can be seen as a proof of concept of the complexity of APS. We report the case of a 68-year-old immunocompetent patient with a dilatation of the ascending aorta, intraluminal vegetations, and pseudoaneurysmatic bulging who presented with unilateral fungal endogenous endophthalmitis 8 days after coronary angiogram. The isolated pathogen resulted to be Magnusiomyces capitatus, a filamentous, yeast-like fungus that can be commonly found in normal human microflora, with an immunosuppression-related pathogenicity. A literature research revealed a single case of ophthalmic infection – a keratitis – caused by this pathogen. Furthermore, we add a review of mycotic endophthalmitis related to aortic infection.
