Guidance or development of education personnel is an effort to empower, advance and improve the work productivity of every teaching staff that is available at all levels of organizational management and education levels (schools). The aim of this coaching activity is the growth of the ability of each educational staff which includes the growth of his knowledge, insight into his thinking, attitude towards his work and skills in carrying out his daily duties so that work productivity can be increased. Each personnel is entitled to a promotion if it meets the requirements required for promotion. Evaluation is needed to know the level of an object being evaluated. The Role of Teachers in PTK Administration In staffing administration it is more focused on teachers as civil servants. A prospective teacher can become a civil servant if he has been through teacher recruitment. Recruitment is a management activity that seeks to obtain one or more prospective employees who are truly potential to occupy certain positions or carry out certain tasks in an institution

Administration of educators and educational staff is the overall process of educator activities which includes planning, organizing, directing, reporting, coordinating, monitoring and financing, using or utilizing available facilities, both personal, material, and spiritual, to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. The strategy for the development of educators and education personnel includes a fairly complex process and steps. The method used in writing this article is SLR. the purpose of writing this article is to find out how to foster and develop educators and education staff, and to find out how promotion, evaluation, and role of teachers in managing the administration of educators and education staff.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to find out and analyze the rights and obligations of educators and educational staff, so that PTK knows what their role will be someday. That's why promotion can have a high motivational value. Dismissal of Civil Servants is a dismissal that causes the concerned no longer to be a Civil Servant. Dismissal from a civil service is a dismissal that causes the concerned to no longer work in the State organizational unit, but is still domiciled as a Civil Servant. Evaluation is an important activity to find out the progress or results achieved by schools in carrying out their functions according to plans that have been made by each school. The evaluation carried out is a comprehensive evaluation concerning the management of all fields within. The teacher is one component in the education system that has a very large role in achieving educational goals. The role of the teacher is not just to convey knowledge to students. However, when viewed broadly the teacher also acts as an education administrator.

Even so, it is possible for someone's career to travel to the top of his career. In an effort to develop this educational staff, the role and commitment of the leadership is needed. Because not infrequently the development activities are hampered because there is no commitment and leadership to want to develop its staff. Thus the need for staff development is always an important agenda that can be carried out cooperatively between the leadership and the parties they lead. The method used in making this scientific article is a qualitative method, where as the object of study is a national journal and a book as a reference. In staffing administration it is more focused on teachers as civil servants. Public servants are those who, after fulfilling the conditions specified in the applicable legislation, are appointed by authorized officials and are entrusted with duties in a state office or accompanied by other State tasks determined based on applicable laws.
