Social and community relations are a process of communication between the school and the community to increase community understanding of the needs and educational activities as well as encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. The above definition contains several important elements, namely the existence of the same interests between the school and the community. to meet the expectations of the community, the community needs to participate in the development of the school. and to increase participation it requires good cooperation, through efficient two-way communication.

Husemas is a process of communication between schools and the community to increase community understanding of the needs and activities of education and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. School and community relations administration principles are Integrity, Continuity, Simplicity, Coverage, Constructiveness and Adaptability. School and community relations administration techniques are written techniques and oral techniques where written techniques include small booklets at the beginning of the school year, pamphlets, news of student activities, Good news notes, Booklet on how to guide children. While oral techniques include home visits, parent calls, meetings, demonstration techniques, electronic engineering. School and community relations administration processes, namely program preparation, implementation / organization and supervision. Where the teacher is an important key in Husemas activities in secondary schools. There are a number of things that teachers can do in their husemas activities, namely: Assisting schools in implementing Husemas techniques, Making themselves better in society and In carrying out all these, teachers must implement their code of ethics (teacher's code of ethics)

This article aims to describe the understanding, principles and techniques, as well as the process of school and community relations administration, and also the role of school personnel in the administration of school and community relations. In this article, the author uses the method of studying literature by collecting literature (materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of administration of school and community relations and then concludes all the material or material obtained by developing it in the form new knowledge or insight. Administration of school and community relations is a process of communication between the school and the community to increase community understanding of the needs and educational activities and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. The principles of administration of school and community relations are grouped into five forms, namely: simplicity, continuity, coverage, integrity, constructiveness, and adaptability. While the techniques of administration of school and community relations are written, oral, demonstration, electronic, and collaboration. And the process in the administration of school and community relations is divided into three, namely the preparation of programs, implementation / organization and supervision.

The discourse on "Community engagement and commitment” is a critical subject that requires the interest of individuals within communities to fully participate in activities that address community needs. A meaningful citizen engagement reaches out beyond physical inclusion to incorporate the generation of thoughts and deliberations. In addition, it includes the commitments to leadership process in decision-making and the involvement of community members in the administrative responsibility. Among the elements that propel individuals to take an interest to participate in local governance need to assume a functioning role in bettering their very own lives, satisfying social or religious commitments feeling a need for a sense of community, and other quantifiable benefits. This study conceptualizes what community engagement, models, and frameworks is about and that can be used as a guide, to inspire communities in meeting various challenges relating to their interest in participation and cooperation. The study does not claim to cover all the accessible and significant human sociology on public cooperation literature. Qualitatively, the study gave an outline of the basic ideas that shed light on community participation, cooperation and commitment to duty and responsibility. As the study adopted a qualitative approach, mostly secondary source was consulted to address the research question. The findings show that the instrumental way to deal with citizens’ concerns, with attention to results and adequacy is considerably more far-reaching than the more transformative method. Furthermore, people ought to review challenges related with gathering politicization of improvement and participatory structures, the absence of responsibility towards organizing community interest, the absence of limit capacity among partners, poor access to data or information, and inability to perceive and work intimately with community-based associations. It was then recommended that the community and different partners take part in the discussions that prompted the last record, as this is required by the South African Municipal Structures Act.

The popularity of schools will be high if they are able to create quality school programs that are relevant to the needs and shared aspirations and from these programs are able to produce individuals who are intellectually and spiritually established. With this popularity the school exists and is progressing.

Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories.

Defined as a single enterprise community, Flin Flon's development was largely dictated by the policy of the Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Company Ltd. In its formative stage, the H.B.M.&S. assumed responsibility for both industrial and community expansion, but as the opportunity arose, the Company divested itself of community oriented projects. By 1946, when Flin Flon was granted town status, the Company has largely removed itself from direct involvement in community affairs. This evolving tendency on the part of the H.B.M.&S. to separate industrial and community interest corresponded to the fulfillment of labour needs. Essentially, Company participation in community development was directly related to labour supply, so much so, that when H.B.M.&.S finally perceived a guaranteed labour force, it withdrew from community affairs.

The principle of integrity implies that all school relations activities with the community must be integrated, in the sense that what is explained, conveyed and presented to the community must be integrated information between information on academic activities and information on non-academic activities. The Principle of Continuity This principle means that the implementation of school relations with the community must be done continuously. The principle of Simplycity This principle requires that in the process of school relations with the community carried out both personal communication and communication groups of parties providing information (schools) can simplify various information presented to the community. The Coverage Principle is a comprehensive information notification. Constructiveness Is a principle that is constructive. The Principle of Adapability Program for school relations with the community should be adjusted to the conditions in the community environment.
