Husemas is a process of communication between schools and the community to increase community understanding of educational needs and activities and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools.The above definition contains several important elements, as follows:a. There is a common interest between the school and the communityb. To meet the expectations of the community, the community needs to participate in the development of the schoolc. To increase participation requires good cooperation, through efficient two-way communication.2. Principles and techniques of administration of school and community relationsa. Principles of administration of school and community relationsThis principle implies that all school relations activities with the community must be integrated, in the sense that what is explained, delivered and presented to the community must be integrated information between information on academic activities and information on nonacademic activities.Usually it often happens that schools do not inform or cover up something that is actually a school problem and need help or support from students' parents. Therefore schools should anticipate the possibility of misperception, misinterpretation of the information presented by completing accurate information and data complete, so that it can be accepted rationally by the community.This is very important to improve the assessment and trust of the community or parents of the school, or in other words school transparency is needed, especially in the era of reform and the information age, the community will be more critical and dare to give a direct assessment of the school.

While oral techniques include home visits, parent calls, meetings, demonstration techniques, electronic engineering. School and community relations administration processes, namely program preparation, implementation / organization and supervision. Where the teacher is an important key in Husemas activities in secondary schools. There are a number of things that teachers can do in their husemas activities, namely: Assisting schools in implementing Husemas techniques, Making themselves better in society and In carrying out all these, teachers must implement their code of ethics (teacher's code of ethics)

This article discusses the administration of school and community relation. The existence of schools is driven by the needs of the community, because educational responsibilities are governed by the responsibilities of the community, family, and government. Based on these relationships, the relationship is always enhanced. But something is seen. Changes in nature, goals, and methods of teaching relationships. On the other hand, the community also demands the change in education. In Indonesia, the relationship between schools and the community has been established. This article reviews the body of literature concerning low-profit limited liability companies and conducts a critical analysis of the “flaws” frequently cited in the literature as problematic within the form. Analysis of the low-profit limited liability company (L3C) is conducted in the larger, global context of social enterprise, with emphasis on the social purpose company of Belgium and the community interest company of the United Kingdom as points of comparison. Findings demonstrate that the most commonly stated criticisms of L3Cs are in fact inaccurate. A deeper critical analysis of the form reveals that this choice of entity is advantageous on several levels for both social entrepreneurs and private charitable foundations. This piece furthers the literature by dispelling the myths surrounding L3Cs, providing counterarguments to the existing criticisms of the form and providing the business community with accurate information regarding the benefits of L3Cs for social enterprise.

Abstract INTRODUCTION The most common, aggressive malignant brain tumor is Glioblastoma (GBM) with patient median survival of 15–21 months. Patients with GBM face devastation of diagnosis, disease-burden, and hardship of seeking accurate information regarding treatment options. Evolving technology-enhanced methods of learning challenge traditional ways patients with cancer are educated and create an educational paradigm shift. The device manufacturer of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields)) has developed innovative supplementary educational platforms to compliment healthcare provider (HCP) education of patients-caregivers with GBM treated with TTFields. This report aimed to evaluate these supplementary educational platforms. METHODS Emerging technology methods were employed to address patient-caregiver frequently asked questions, which included queries regarding treatment overview, mechanism of action, treatment initiation, and management to potentially ease the emotional burden of patients-caregivers seeking TTFields information. The TTFields educational platforms included incorporation of Web program, Buddy Program, Open-House Program (live and webinar), Chalk-Talk Video, and Facebook. RESULTS Educational platforms connecting potential and current TTFields patients-caregivers via live/webinar Open-House events ensured patient support. The phone-based Buddy Program allowed for direct 1:1 discussions between potential and current TTFields patients-caregivers. Patient-caregiver surveys revealed 100% would recommend the program to others (n=91); 98% were satisfied with the call experience (n=90); 76% felt the most valuable takeaway was speaking to someone who understands their situation (n=82). Of ambassadors, 98% felt they helped address registrants’ concerns (n=150). A dedicated TTFields Facebook page and first-ever, industry-led Facebook Live event (national broadcast; patients-caregivers discussed unique issues) were launched. Additionally, vignettes (eg, videos, written stories) were shared through a dedicated patient-caregiver website and YouTube channel. CONCLUSIONS In an ever-growing information age, it is important that HCPs become aware of innovative ways to reach and provide education for patients with brain cancer. Emerging technology utilization may improve GBM supportive care, by improving communication channels and potentially easing burden.

In the information age, technology has become one of the things that are growing more rapidly, one of the technologies is the internet. From the use of the internet, it can also be used by sales that have Android mobile-based bread ordering information systems. By only using a cell phone, system users can order bread. This can be a tool in the special community in ordering bread. As with computers, mobile phones can also install a variety of software or software that they want. Besides, android phones can also be used for transactions. Like making a bread order transactions through an android phone. The stages that will be carried out by the author for the application development process include analysis and needs, application design, and application interface design, so that the application is made easy to use. The ordering system designed can make it easier for admin to view order details, check stock, manage customer data by using a database as a storage medium, and can also provide customers to buy stock of bakery goods available at these outlets to provide accurate information. The SMART method has been proven to be implemented in searches based on user preferences, and gives different results if the value of the criteria entered is different. However, conventional search methods are still provided in addition to searching for goods using the SMART Method.

The discourse on "Community engagement and commitment” is a critical subject that requires the interest of individuals within communities to fully participate in activities that address community needs. A meaningful citizen engagement reaches out beyond physical inclusion to incorporate the generation of thoughts and deliberations. In addition, it includes the commitments to leadership process in decision-making and the involvement of community members in the administrative responsibility. Among the elements that propel individuals to take an interest to participate in local governance need to assume a functioning role in bettering their very own lives, satisfying social or religious commitments feeling a need for a sense of community, and other quantifiable benefits. This study conceptualizes what community engagement, models, and frameworks is about and that can be used as a guide, to inspire communities in meeting various challenges relating to their interest in participation and cooperation. The study does not claim to cover all the accessible and significant human sociology on public cooperation literature. Qualitatively, the study gave an outline of the basic ideas that shed light on community participation, cooperation and commitment to duty and responsibility. As the study adopted a qualitative approach, mostly secondary source was consulted to address the research question. The findings show that the instrumental way to deal with citizens’ concerns, with attention to results and adequacy is considerably more far-reaching than the more transformative method. Furthermore, people ought to review challenges related with gathering politicization of improvement and participatory structures, the absence of responsibility towards organizing community interest, the absence of limit capacity among partners, poor access to data or information, and inability to perceive and work intimately with community-based associations. It was then recommended that the community and different partners take part in the discussions that prompted the last record, as this is required by the South African Municipal Structures Act.

How schools can convince the community or the community how to ensure schools can convince the community and the community if you want the school can convince the community and the community, this school can help success in inviting and giving direction and guiding, and also maintaining the school is a shared responsibility between the school and Public.

Epidemics have traditionally been viewed as the widespread occurrence of infectious disease within a community, or a sudden increase above what is typical. But modern epidemics are both more and less than the diffusion of viral entities. We argue that epidemics are ‘fire objects’, using a term coined by Law and Singleton: They generate locative fears through encounters that focus attention on entities that are unknown or imprecisely known, transforming spaces and humans into indeterminate dangers, alternating appearance and absence. The Ebola epidemic of 2014 had more complex impacts than the number of infections would suggest. We employ multi-sited qualitative interviews to argue that locative fear is the essence of modern global epidemics. In the discussion we contrast Ebola with both the Zika epidemic that followed and the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

General surgery remains a broad and unclearly defined specialty in small and medium-sized communities, where general surgeons perform more subspecialty and non-core procedures than their urban counterparts. It is unclear what specific procedures are being performed or whether today’s residents are being trained to meet community needs. We surveyed the members of the British Columbia (BC) Surgical Society and found that only 3% of BC’s surgeons believe today’s graduates are “definitely prepared” for a broad-based community practice. We also identified several non-core procedures performed more frequently by general surgeons in small and medium-sized communities. General surgery residency is narrowing its focus despite the fact that community general surgeons are maintaining a broad-based practice. To meet the needs of smaller communities, residency programs need to address the discrepancies that exist between the emphasis within the current training structure and the practice of our community surgeons.

This article discusess the relationship between schools and the community. This article was made using the literature review system method, in which the author collects information on the administration of school relations with the community from various sources such as journal, the internet and others. School relations with the community is a means that very instrumental in fostering and developing the personal growth of student in schools. Schools and commuities have a very effective and efficient relationship. Instead the school must also support the achievment of goals or fulfillment of the community, especially educational needs. Administration of school and community relations is a process of communication between the school and the community to increase community understanding of educational needs and activities and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. This article was created increase the reader’s understanding of the administration of school and community relations, and it is hoped that the reader will be able to draw conclusions about the administration of school and community relations in this manner wisely.
