Administration of school and community relations is part of studying education administration and supervision. School is a formal educational institution, which can educate students in the supervision of an educator. One of the principles used is integrity, which means that all activities related to schools and communities must be conveyed clear information. This article is arranged systematically by gathering the study material in advance contained in book, journal and articles. The role of the teacher is very necessary in the implementation of community and school relations. Where teacher also must understand tehe existence of teacher’s code of ethics which are rules that must be implemented and must not be violated.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out what is the administration of school and community relations. The principles of administration of school and community relations include, namely, integrity, continuity, simplicity, coverage, constructiveness and adaptability. School and community relations techniques are written and oral techniques. The role of school personnel in the administration of school and community relations including, assisting schools in implementing Husemas techniques, making individuals better in the community and in carrying out all of this the teacher must implement the code of ethics. In writing this article, the writer does not go directly to the field to get surveys and material materials, but the writer uses literature studies or literature studies, namely searching and collecting material materials from various sources, namely, papers, articles, books, and journals. relevant to the administration of school and community relations.

The relationship between school and society is essentially a means that has a decisive role in the framework of efforts to foster growth and development of students in schools. The principle of administration of school and community relations is integrity, contiunity, simplicity, coverage, constructiveness, and adaptability. The techniques contained in the relationship between school and community are divided into three, namely written techniques, oral techniques, demonstrations, and electronics. The process of administration of school and community relations is the preparation of programs, implementation / organizing, and supervision. The role of teachers in the administration of school and community relations is assist schools in implementing Husemas techniques, make themselves better in society, and implement their code of ethics.

The relationship between the school and the community is the fabric of interaction that the school strives to be accepted in the midst of the community to get aspirations, sympathy from the community. in this article discusses the understanding, principles and techniques of administration of school and community relations. and the process and role of the teacher can be covered in this article. the writing technique in this article is SLR (System Literature Review). it is very important to know what is included in the scope of this administration. Quality communication between schools and the community is the key to determining the success of this PR management. If the relationship between the school and the community runs harmoniously and dynamically, the process of education and teaching in the school is expected to be able to achieve the vision and mission that is planned. Thus the school's output will be more qualified and able to answer the needs and demands of society.

This study aims to find out what is the importance of studying administration and supervision of education for prospective teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects of this study consisted of principals, boards of teachers and staff. Data collection consists of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include editing, categories, displaying data and interpretation. Conclusions in this study namely the importance of studying education administration is that we can know that the administration is an educational institution which is a major source of management in regulating the teaching and learning process in an orderly manner so that the most important goal is created at the educational institution.A profession is a position or job that demands expertise from its members. That is, it cannot be done by anyone who is not trained and is not specifically prepared to do the work. Education personnel are members of the community who are devoted and appointed to support the implementation of education. Included in the education staff are: heads of education units, educators and other education personnel.

The method used in writing this article is a literature study method, namely by collecting data from various literature sources. In the article explained that the curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and material of the lesson and the methods used as guidelines in the implementation of the learning process. The process of curriculum administration covers the fields of planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving the curriculum. Curriculum development requires a strong foundation and is based on the results of deep thought and research. And evaluation or assessment in the curriculum is useful to determine the level of achievement of the curriculum. Based on this we can know that the role of the curriculum in formal education in schools is very important and has a major influence in determining the achievement of educational goals. In the process, the teacher acts as a technical implementer, such as implementers, adapters, developers, and researchers.

This chapter focuses on the role of the school in redefining the collaboration between school and community. It argues that it is important to explore the purposes and mechanisms of school–community collaboration. The chapter considers why a school should pursue collaboration with the community, and what the mechanisms are by which schools and communities can interact with and mutually support one another. It focuses on three purposes, on the corresponding perspectives on why and how school–community relations can ‘work’, and on appropriate mechanisms for bringing this about. The first strand concerns school–community collaboration for the purpose of enhancing learning. Second, the chapter discusses school–community collaboration for the purpose of developing social capital. Third, it presents the notion of school–community collaboration for the purpose of building and developing the wider Jewish community.

Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories.
