The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using illustrations in digital literature on taking meaning from a reading. This study uses a quantitative approach. The intended respondent is a reader of a book with illustrations totaling 71 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. while the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the existence of illustrations in digital literature affects a person in taking the meaning of a reading, many factors that influence this such as intelligence is classified as influential and reading ability is also classified as influential. In general, the percentage chosen by respondents is around 75%-100% and if it is confirmed with a predetermined category, this percentage means that the illustrations contained in digital literature do indeed affect the taking of meaning from a reading. and from the interval it can be said that it is in the influential category.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

 AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The problem examined in this study is that there are still schools that tend to be not transparent in managing school funds. The objectives of this study were: 1) to find out how the school funds management was described, 2) to find out whether the school was transparent in managing school funds and 3) to find out whether the school was accountable in managing school funds. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Tool for collecting data about transparency and accountability with non-test techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the transparency of fund management at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung showed a transparent category with a percentage of 81.95% of the management accountability of the funds showing an accountable category with a percentage of 85.04%. Keywords. transparency; accountability; school fund management AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya sekolah yang cenderung tidak transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengelolaan dana sekolah, 2) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah dan 3) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah akuntabel dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data tentang transparansi dan akuntabilitas dengan teknik non tes dalam bentuk kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pengelolaan dana di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung menunjukkan kategori transparan dengan persentase 81,95% akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana menunjukkan kategori akuntabel dengan persentase 85,04%. Kata Kunci: transparansi; akuntabilitas; pengelolaan dana sekolah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of netizens towards hashtag 2019GantiPresiden on the Twitter. This type of research is descriptive quantitative approach, with survey methods. The variable studied is a single variable. The respondens in this study were all Following Twitter accounts @resitashabrina which were actively participated by 54 people who used the #2019GantiPresiden. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive analysis through a quantitative approach using frequency distribution assistance to determine the results of the study. Based on the results of research conducted on 54 respondents, namely netizens from all @resitashabrina following accounts about netizens 'perceptions on the Twitter page it can be concluded that netizens' perceptions are seen from stimuli (messages, hashtag knowledge), organisms (understanding, attention, acceptance of Tagar) and response (hashtag effect) on the Twitter page is still quite doubtful, in this case it is said to have not been effective among netizens, especially the following account @resitashabrina as a microblog media with the distribution of scores from each indicator namely the First Stimulus indicator with an overall score of 80.6, Second Organism with an overall score of 68.41 and Third Response with an overall score of 58.3. Other than doubtful assessment is still a large score considering that some answers were written by some respondents with a score distribution of 30.9. So that the netizens' perception of #2019GantiPresiden is still known and conveyed, and still gets the attention of netizens.

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

The problem that often occurs is that someone tends to carry the characteristics of the language he uses in other languages ​​when he learns and interacts with the language. This phenomenon has occurred in Indonesian students in learning Arabic at Ar Raayah University which influences the student's ta'bir syafahi. Based on this, the researcher wants to describe and analyze the forms and factors of the semantic intervention of Indonesian in Arabic from the aspects of  ta'bir syafahi that occur in STIBA Ar Raayah students. This research uses descriptive analysis method based on a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used is based on Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study indicate that semantic interventions have influenced the ta’bir Syafahi  for STIBA Ar Raayah students, which can be seen from the use of inaccurate words in the use of Arabic or the use of Arabic words based on the meaning understood in Indonesian. This happens because of the influence of the Indonesian language, lack of knowledge about appropriate vocabulary in the use of Arabic, lack of mastery of Arabic grammar, the assumption of false and correct sentences and taklid.

This research was conducted at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office to describe archival management in the administration of state administration in the Padang District Attorney's office. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball techniques, which means that data collection was carried out based on direct field results taken from interviews until the data obtained was saturated at the Padang District Attorney's office. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, which is to provide a comprehensive overview of the research. With the various methods used, it is hoped that this research can provide a clear and precise description of the data and problems that exist later. Archival management at the prosecutor's office has been carried out quite well, but the facilities and infrastructure are still simple and there are no archivist employees. However, the Padang District Attorney's office is trying to fix the problems of archival management with the attention of the leadership to the employees who manage the archives, adding facilities and infrastructure for archiving and as soon as possible to destroy archives that are no longer in use.

ABSTRAK: Kajian semantik adalah kajian yang berperan menyelidiki makna dan arti dalam suatu bahasa pada umumnya. Penamaan adalah proses pelabelan terhadap suatu benda, orang, atau peristiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk nama julukan orang dan (2) mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi nama julukan orang di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa aspek semantik meliputi bentuk, makna leksikal, serta faktor yang melatarbelakangi pembentukan nama julukan orang di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu simak dan catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa (1) bentuk-bentuk nama julukan orang didasarkan pada jumlah kata, kelas kata, serta sumber bahasa dan (2) faktor yang melatarbelakangi nama julukan orang di Dermo Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang terdiri atas pemendekan, peniruan bunyi, dan sifat khas.Kata Kunci: Nama julukan; penamaan; semantik> NICKNAMES OF PEOPLE IN DERMO MULYOAGUNG DAU DISTRICT MALANG REGENCY (STUDY OF SEMANTIC) ABSTRACT: Semantic is a study that has the role of investigating the meaning and meaning in a language in general. Sources of data in this study were informants at Dermo Mulyoagung, Dau District, Malang Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were listening and taking notes. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. Abstract. This research is motivated by indications of funds that should be funded by government funds, but still taken from the community. This study aims to look at the level of effectiveness of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) in State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in Bandung City. The approach in this study uses quantitative, and descriptive research methods. The population in this study were all State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) throughout Bandung as many as 15 State Vocational High Schools (SMKN). This research is census research. So that all populations will be sampled. Data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. Furthermore, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the study state that the effectiveness of the school operational assistance fund (BOS) in state vocational high schools (SMKN) throughout Bandung is quite effective with a percentage of 88.67%. Keywords. effectiveness; school operational assistance fund AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya indikasi dana yang seharusnya didanai oleh dana pemerintah, tetapi masih diambil dari masyarakat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) se-kota Bandung sebanyak 15 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus. Sehingga semua populasi akan dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat efektivitas dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) di sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri (SMKN) se-kota Bandung tergolong cukup efektif dengan persentase 88.67%. Kata Kunci. efektivitas; dana bantuan operasional sekolah

The purpose of this research was to find out how to Motivate and Training Facilities of Bengkulu Province Athletes for PON XX Papua. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study was all Bengkulu Province sports branches for PON XX Papua with 83 athletes and 16 trainers.  The instruments and data collection techniques that i used in this study was questionnaire and member check. The data analysis technique that i used was descriptive analysis with a percentage. The result of this research declared that athlete  training motivation is 85,40 % with the very well category and facilties-infrastructure training atlhete 1 branch of rock climbing was 6,25%  with the very well category 9 branch of volley ball, badminton, tennis, silat, boxing, wrestling, karate, diving PABBSI is 56,25% with good category and 6 branch football, muay thai, kempo, Athletic, swimming, and biliard is 37,5 % with the medium category based on result of this research can be concluded that motivation atlhete with very well category and facilities-infrasturcture with good category.
