The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of netizens towards hashtag 2019GantiPresiden on the Twitter. This type of research is descriptive quantitative approach, with survey methods. The variable studied is a single variable. The respondens in this study were all Following Twitter accounts @resitashabrina which were actively participated by 54 people who used the #2019GantiPresiden. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive analysis through a quantitative approach using frequency distribution assistance to determine the results of the study. Based on the results of research conducted on 54 respondents, namely netizens from all @resitashabrina following accounts about netizens 'perceptions on the Twitter page it can be concluded that netizens' perceptions are seen from stimuli (messages, hashtag knowledge), organisms (understanding, attention, acceptance of Tagar) and response (hashtag effect) on the Twitter page is still quite doubtful, in this case it is said to have not been effective among netizens, especially the following account @resitashabrina as a microblog media with the distribution of scores from each indicator namely the First Stimulus indicator with an overall score of 80.6, Second Organism with an overall score of 68.41 and Third Response with an overall score of 58.3. Other than doubtful assessment is still a large score considering that some answers were written by some respondents with a score distribution of 30.9. So that the netizens' perception of #2019GantiPresiden is still known and conveyed, and still gets the attention of netizens.

 AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The problem examined in this study is that there are still schools that tend to be not transparent in managing school funds. The objectives of this study were: 1) to find out how the school funds management was described, 2) to find out whether the school was transparent in managing school funds and 3) to find out whether the school was accountable in managing school funds. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Tool for collecting data about transparency and accountability with non-test techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the transparency of fund management at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung showed a transparent category with a percentage of 81.95% of the management accountability of the funds showing an accountable category with a percentage of 85.04%. Keywords. transparency; accountability; school fund management AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya sekolah yang cenderung tidak transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengelolaan dana sekolah, 2) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah dan 3) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah akuntabel dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data tentang transparansi dan akuntabilitas dengan teknik non tes dalam bentuk kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pengelolaan dana di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung menunjukkan kategori transparan dengan persentase 81,95% akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana menunjukkan kategori akuntabel dengan persentase 85,04%. Kata Kunci: transparansi; akuntabilitas; pengelolaan dana sekolah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using illustrations in digital literature on taking meaning from a reading. This study uses a quantitative approach. The intended respondent is a reader of a book with illustrations totaling 71 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. while the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the existence of illustrations in digital literature affects a person in taking the meaning of a reading, many factors that influence this such as intelligence is classified as influential and reading ability is also classified as influential. In general, the percentage chosen by respondents is around 75%-100% and if it is confirmed with a predetermined category, this percentage means that the illustrations contained in digital literature do indeed affect the taking of meaning from a reading. and from the interval it can be said that it is in the influential category.

<em>The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Intellectual Capital on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variable. The type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used are descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, and path analysis.The results of this research indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility has significant affects on profitability, Intellectual Capital has no significant affect on profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility has significant affect on the firm value, Intellectual Capital has no significant affect on the firm value, profitability has significant affects on the firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility has significant affects on the firm valuewith profitability as an intervening variable, and Intellectual Capital has no significant affects on the firm value with profitability as an intervening variable.</em>

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This study examines the religious values ​​contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the aspects of love that most influence on 101 subjects with husband and wife status. The subjects in the study were married couples whose marriage ages were 1 to 10 years. This study uses a love scale which consists of three aspects, namely, desire, intimacy and commitment. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis to see which aspects influenced love. From the results of the research,  from the data of the subject as many as 101 people, there were 20 subjects who had a love for the high category, (19.8%), the moderate category was 66 subjects (65.4%) and the low category was 15 subjects (14.851%). ). From the aspect of love, desire shows that the research subjects who have high desire category are 25 subjects, with a percentage value of 24.752%. Research subjects who have high category intimacy are 17 subjects, with a percentage value of 16.831%. The component of love, namely commitment, shows that the research subjects who have commitment in the high category are 16 subjects, with a percentage value of 15.841%. From the research results, the aspect of desire has a big influence on love.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek cinta yang paling berpengaruh pada 101subyek berstatus suami  dan istri. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah pasangan suami istri yang usia pernikahannya 1 sampai 10 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala cinta yang terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, hasrat, keintiman dan komitmen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat aspek mana yang berpengaruh dengan rasa cinta. Dari Hasil peneltian  dari data subjek sebanyak 101 orang, terdapat subjek yang memiliki rasa cinta dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 20 subjek, (19,8%), kategori sedang sebanyak 66 subjek (65,4%) dan kategori rendah sebanyak 15 subjek (14,851%) . Dari Aspek cinta, hasrat menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki hasrat dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 25 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 24,752%. subjek penelitian yang memiliki keintiman dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 17 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 16,831%. komponen rasa cinta yaitu komitmen menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki komitmen dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 16 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 15,841%. Dari hasil penelitian aspek hasrat yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap cinta.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah teachers in Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency in 2021. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study is all teachers in madrasah-Ibtidaiyah in Lingsar district of West Lombok Regency which amounted to 102 teachers. This research sample amounted to 50 teachers spread across Ibtidaiyah madrassa of Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis, both simple regression and double regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Kacamatan Lingsar West Lombok Regency with a contribution of 57%.
