Abstract— Literary works are works of art created by the author, through the writing of literary works that he makes, writers or authors use their imagination and are expressed through words, forming language as a form of his imagination. For this reason, understanding of literary works cannot only be studied for its intrinsic elements, but also for its extrinsic elements. The author's Sleeping Exercise Book for Poetry Collection “Joko Pinurbo” presents poetry titles that are very interesting and easy to remember by literary lovers and audiences. Based on this, the researcher is interested and wants to prove and describe the uniqueness and attractiveness of the poetry titles of "Joko Pinurbo" Poetry Sleeping Exercise Book, especially in the style of language used in the work. Keywords—: Literary works; Poutry; language style.

Abstract— Literary work, directly or indirectly, is the realization and imagination of the author as a reflection and the reality that the author gets from society. Literary works can be found through the life forms of society. Thus, literary works cannot be separated from the elements around them. Literary work along its journey always implicate man, humanity, life, and life. In essence, literary works are born for the surrounding community. Literary works are the products of authors who live in the social world. That way, short story literary works in the form of fairy tales are the author's imaginative world that is always related to social life. Abstract— Researchers want to find out how people with disabilities understand the content of news on television broadcasts, specifically decoding nonverbal communication on news broadcasts. Basically the communication process (message exchange) will not run well if it is not supported by various communication elements or components, namely encoding. Therefore, in communicating there are so many obstacles and constraints experienced by communication agents. Physical barriers become one of the obstacles in communication. When communicating, one's physical imperfections become a problem in the delivery and reception of messages (information). In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods and interpretive paradigms to get accurate results. After conducting research on persons with hearing impairments, the researcher saw that the resource persons could not encode or decode perfectly, the resource persons were only able to absorb a little information that was conveyed. The resource person is not able to make messages according to a certain code the cause is the unclear tempo of the sign language column movement that is too fast so the resource person is unable to capture the message conveyed by the interpreter. Keywords—: News; Communication; Encoding; Decoding; Deaf.

Abstract— General election to be one of public concern because in the process leaders will be selected both at the executive and legislative levels. Television media makes the implementation of elections as the content of choice to be broadcast to the public. If the national election is packaged in a broadcast program on national television, then the holding of regional head elections or local elections becomes the material for broadcast programs on local television. East Java is the province that held simultaneous regional elections in 2018, both the election of the Governor and the election of Regents and Mayors. This moment was then managed by TV9, which was one of the local televisions in East Java to present a dialogue program called Ruang Pilkada. From this background, the researcher wanted to find out how the results of the discussion presented in the broadcast program were related to the East Java elections. Talks from the speakers were important to describe as references to the next election. This study uses a case study method and collects data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result is that the regional election broadcast program can provide an overview of the implementation of the election in accordance with the expected stages and processes of democracy. The discourse in the broadcast program is a reference that the socialization and discussion that educates the public will have an impact on the implementation of a safe and dignified local election. Keywords—: broadcast media; television program; East Java regional election;TV9.

Abstract— Covid-19 is a virus that has been struck all of countries in this world, including Indonesia. The pandemic of Covid-19 virus has changed various aspect of human life, especially in education. In this situation, all elements must be able to adopt and continue learning activities. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the various challenges of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Virtual learning is the most appropriate one to continue teaching learning process even without meeting directly. However, virtual learning model still needs evaluation because not all parents are able to provide facilities which are needed by the students. Therefore, learning techniques that is used must be adjusted with the students’ ability so that teaching and learning activities can run effectively. Keywords—: Covid-19; Pandemic; Virtual Learning.

Abstract— Hacktivism is becoming a trend that is being loved globally. The hacktivism trend was born at the same time as the information technology revolution, especially when people became increasingly dependent on smartphones and the internet. This has more or less affected aspects of cybersecurity in various countries. Because generally hacktivism appears with socio-political motives. Many countries have made cybersecurity one thing to study before deciding to cooperate with other countries. Also for Indonesia, cybersecurity has become an important factor in seeing national security. Abstract— The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia made many changes in various sectors. The education sector is no exception, which is forced to change the learning system, which was originally face-to-face in schools, must be replaced with an online learning system. Even though technological developments have progressed, in reality the mastery of information and communication technology has not been mastered properly. Those who are involved in online learning also feel that they have not been able to implement it optimally. There are many obstacles and difficulties experienced by educators, students, and parents when implementing online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in in Beji Hamlet, Sawiji Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. The result is that learning with online media is possible to be effective for students who are in areas where internet access is smooth, the facilities and infrastructure are supportive, and are not technologically illiterate. Keywords—: Effectiveness; Online Learning; Covid-19 Pandemic.

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of gender equality contained in the Kartini film through the semiotic study of Roland Barthes. Roland Barthes's analysis is used to find out the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth in an image contained in artistic visualization, act, and dialogue in the film "Kartini". The results of this study that the connotation meaning of the Kartini film in the perspective of gender equality is an effort to fight for gender equality by Kartini as a woman who likes to write and teach literacy to others while denotative meaningthe effort to fight for gender equality in Kartini's film is that Kartini struggles through the path of literacy because literacy is a good way to fight for gender equality, with literacy she breaks Javanese culture which considers women unequal to men andhave abilities below men.Keywords: Semiotics, Kartini, Gender equality. Keywords—: Semiotics; Kartini; Gender Equality.

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (2) to describe the Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (3) to determine the influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. The population in this study were residents or community members who were members of the Bansdes Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 75 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The findings of this study are (1) Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency are classified as good; (2) Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency is classified as Good; (3) There is an influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. Keywords—: village-owned enterprise; community welfare.
