This study aims to analyze the sales strategy applied to the Brunei Eletronik store amidst the weakening condition of the Indonesian economy due to the covid-19 pandemic. The method in this study was carried out with a qualitative approach to analyze the marketing strategy applied by the Brunei Eletronik store with primary data sources obtained from data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature studies. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that a number of new facts related to the strategy implemented by the Brunei Eletronik store during the Covid-19 pandemic, sales decreased at the beginning of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, especially the West Aceh region due to reduced community activities outside the home, but with the use of technology in business strategies to increase sales, income gradually improves and increases. From the results of data analysis and literature review, to improve marketing strategies, Brunei Eletronik stores can apply the SWOT analysis method in increasing sales in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This research aims to determine and examine mountainously about the satisfaction of airlines and Perum lppnpi management through of air traffic flow management in I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This research used qualitative method with research subject namely airline, ATFM Operator and Perum lppnpi management. Data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interview. Researchers implement the adoption Zeithaml and Bitner's Servqual Technique. The result of data analysis in this study indicate that the quality of service through ATFM are well guarded, but significantly factor of that quality is reliability, why? Because the consumer has been satisfied with a good service, fast and punctuality.

This study aims to describe and determine marketing strategies in maintaining customer loyalty on deposit products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Sub-Branch. Besides that, the aim of this study is to find out what achievements and obstacles exist in BMT UGT Kraksaan sub-branch in maintaining customer loyalty. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of this study are the marketing strategy used by BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan sub-branch, which prioritizes employee friendliness and responsiveness, where in this study the responsive attitude shown by BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan sub-branch is always accommodating complaints from customers for the good of BMT in the future.

This study aims to determine the factors that cause stress levels, resilience factors, and barriers for health workers in dealing with Covid-19 patients at the Denpasar City Hospital. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by displaying the participation of researchers, triangulation techniques using various sources, anchovies and methods, and persistence of observation. Research informants are doctors and nurses. The results showed that: The factors that influence the stress of health workers in dealing with Covid-19 in Denpasar City hospitals are the heavy workload during the pandemic, the lack of quality of work support facilities for health workers and the stigma of society towards health workers. The factors possessed by medical personnel for resistance to stress are the presence of self-motivation in the form of mindfulness and moral and professional responsibility as health workers, motivation from the patient's family as well as motivation and support from the organization. The obstacles encountered by health workers are the lack of quality and quantity of work support facilities and various patient behaviors that hinder the healing process of Covid-19 patients.

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have a major role in Indonesia’s economy. In order to grow, MSMEs need the capability to conduct marketing in the digital world. The advancements in digital technologies have made it possible for a cost-effective and hassle-free Digital Marketing adoption. However, the number of MSMEs that have adopted Digital Marketing is still low. Therefore, this study aims to find out what factors that affect Digital Marketing adoption and its benefits. This study will also analyze the implementation of Digital Marketing by MSMEs in Indonesia. This study uses literature study method. This study shows that there are various factors affecting Digital Marketing adoption. This study also shows that various research results have shown that Digital Marketing Adoption can improve the performance of MSMEs. In regards to Digital Marketing implementation in Indonesia’s MSMEs, this study shows that training and mentoring activities by Centers for Research and Community Service of various Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia are very beneficial for MSMEs.

This study aims to describe the role of Islamic financial institutions in the empowerment of micro, small and medium enterprises. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that BSM helps UMKM business progress through financing with competitive profit sharing and supports UMKM business development through programs, such as the blessing of Ramadan with very light profit sharing, year-end programs as well as light profit sharing and also finance the renovation of business premises, procurement merchandise, and procurement of tools and facilities and infrastructure for business.

This study aims to know and analyze about Hybrid Entrepreneur and the strategy of Hybrid Entrepreneur in the New Normal Era. The research setting is the physical environment with a qualitative approach. Key Informan is a Hybrid Entrepreneur determined by Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was done by interviews, observations and documentation. The data source is from sources that can be used as a Hybrid Entrepreneur model and process by using Strategy Management approach with technical analysis of strategy formulation is based on a three-stage framework of strategy formulation with analysis tools Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, External Factor Evaluation Matrix, Strengths-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats Matrix and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. The conclusion are to become a Hybrid Entrepreneur should be based on expertise, while also having the ability to take opportunities and the courage in making business decisions. Market Penetration Strategy is the most appropriate strategy in facing competition in this New Normal era with the best long-term strategy is Integration Strategy, which is to increase the sales network directly to consumers, then increase control over suppliers for product innovation development, and increase competitiveness among others by acquiring competitors.

Employee performance is very important in order to achieve the goals of a company, and to achieve the goals of the company it is necessary to have a good quality of employee performance. In order to be able to create or build the quality of a performance, the company must motivate each employee so that they can produce good quality performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how the evaluation of organizational culture in supporting employee behavior at PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. This evaluation covers the culture of applying motivation and direction regarding the work discipline carried out by the company. the research was conducted to all employees of PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. which amounted to 1200 people, and the sample of this study were 92 employees who were the total sample from each department. The data analysis technique is obtained from the results of data calculations using multiple linear titrations. and will obtain results that determine that a culture of motivation and application of work discipline greatly affects employee performance.

Universities in Indonesia, including in Bandung, inspite of being a social organization, it must be able to compete with the foreign universities. Internal Marketing approach is one way to analyze the strengths of Internal Resources owned by a service company. This study examines the mediating role of satisfaction in trust and commitment relationships with loyalty in a University in Bandung. Sample size is 162 respondents whom taken by self-administered questionnaires from bureau academic staff of X University. This research shows that satisfaction is still a major consideration that cause loyalty, since there is a fully mediating role of satisfaction in trust and loyalty relationship. It means that trust should be elaborated into satisfaction firstly before turn into loyalty. The authors also make some recommendations, especially the recommendation that satisfaction is still an important factor in determining loyalty, It means that a universities in Bandung should developed employees’ satisfaction to survive in the borderless economic competition.

The sector of world air cargo industry has become broader becoming one of the most integral parts of the global economy, as a significant airport company in Indonesia, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), AP2, builds Cargo Village of the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to provide the best air cargo service providers to meet the competition in the global market. This research aims to investigate the most suitable Construction Staging scenario of the Cargo Village construction project for investment decision by using business issue analysis and financial analysis. This study uses mixed methodology, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The qualitative method in this study aims to assess the external conditions and AP2 resources, by TOWS Analysis method. Meanwhile, quantitative research methods are used to conducting Financial Feasibility in form of Capital Budgeting Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for several scenarios of development staging. The result shows that AP2 continuously improves its capabilities and core competencies as the internal strength to balance the threat from outside the company and is prepared to start taking advantage of the opportunity available from the external environment to gain more knowledge to take a new step for comprehensive cargo business. the construction of Cargo Village is feasible to be done by the three scenarios of development staging. This research found that Development scenario of finishing the construction on the main cargo terminal building, which has the biggest investment cost prior to the construction of warehouse and additional services such as perishable and transhipment, gives the best result with the largest value of NPV & IRR and less payback period.
