Well this article was made aiming to find out how important administrative advice and infrastructure is in education. Where in this writing technique is derived from the introduction, the contents of the summary regarding the administration of facilities and infrastructure consisting of understanding, process, and the role of the teacher related to the material this time and the conclusions of this article. Which is where the conclusion of a school or institution of social education is in desperate need of supporting facilities namely facilities and infrastructure in schools. Which is where the administration of facilities and infrastructure is facilities and equipment both directly and indirectly used to support the educational process, especially the teaching and learning process so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. By running the administrative process of facilities and infrastructure properly, the activity includes a Goods Procurement Planning; Prequalification of Associates; Procurement of goods; Storage, Inventory, Distribution; Maintenance, Rehabilitation; Removal and Exclusion; and Control. And for that besides school is very dependent on facilities and infrastructure to facilitate learning of students, teachers are also very instrumental in the administration of facilities and infrastructure by conducting supervisors on facilities and infrastructure and being involved in planning and utilization of facilities and infrastructure in schools.

In the world of education, schools need a suggestion and infrastructure to support the course of the learning process that goes well. This article is intended to explain the understanding and how the process of administration of facilities and infrastructure and the role of the teacher in administration of advice and infrastructure. Administration of Facilities and Infrastructure is a facility for equipment and equipment both directly and indirectly used to support the educational process especially the teaching and learning process so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. With the chronology of operational activities / administrative processes of educational facilities and infrastructure which include: Procurement of Goods Planning; Prequalification of Associates; Procurement of goods; Storage, Inventory, Distribution; Maintenance, Rehabilitation; Removal and Exclusion; and Control. Where in the whole series of activities is a harmonious whole and in its systematics it must be avoided from the emergence of confusion and overlap in authority, responsibility, and supervision in order to avoid the emergence of wasteful costs, energy, and time. And for that the teacher is very instrumental as a supervisor and involved in planning and utilization of facilities and infrastructure in the school.

The success of learning objectives is determined by many factors including the factor of the teacher in implementing the teaching and learning process, because the teacher can directly influence, foster and improve student intelligence and skills. To overcome the above problems and to achieve educational goals to the fullest, the role of the teacher is very important and it is hoped that the teacher has a way / model of teaching that is good and able to choose the right learning model and in accordance with the concepts of the subject to be delivered. The emergence of covid-19 has a significant impact on the world of education, especially in the teaching and learning process. The government through the Minister of Education appealed for the implementation of the teaching and learning process to be carried out with Online learning. Based on the appeal, SDN 2 Kalijaga until now is still carried out learning activities through online, Then teaching and learning activities are carried out with digital devices such as smartphones and laptops. However, based on observations on the ground digital devices such as smartphones are not used wisely, smartphones are used for online games and tiktok. This is due to students' lack of digital literacy about utilization, use, and impact. Therefore, devotional activities focused on cultivating digital literacy in elementary school children in Kalijaga village with socialization and mentoring methods to students of SDN 2 Kalijaga. The results of the devotion showed that the role of teachers and parents is very important to direct and control the use of smartphones. Furthermore, students' understanding and skills in finding useful content for lessons in school are seen to increase after socialization and mentoring.
