Turning to reality the new goals set by the federal state educational standards requires using means (methods or instruments) adequate to the relevant anticipations by the teacher as well as the active assimilation and inclusion of the new educational technologies into his/her professional activities and implementation of activity-based models for arranging the teaching and learning process. The article addresses the transformation of the modern educational process and the role of digitalization in achieving the educational results in line with the modern society’s requirements.

With the introduction of inclusive education, children with disabilities of various nosological groups (hereinafter referred to as HIA), with absolutely different states of intelligence, are active participants in the educational process. Federal state educational standards of primary general education for students with mental retardation (intellectual disabilities) and children with disabilities are being successfully implemented. Along with others, these regulatory documents guarantee and implement the right of these categories of students for education. And determine whether it will qualify or not. Competent selection and implementation of educational technology teacher for students with disabilities is of paramount importance. It is obvious that at the present stage of development of education it is not enough to form in this category of students only the volume of life competencies. It is necessary to work on a certain amount of the academic component, regardless of the state and depth of the student’s intellectual disability. At the moment, an increase in the requirements for primary general education is recorded. Special Federal state educational standards are developed for primary general education. A number of psychological and pedagogical problems that are associated with the preparation of children with disabilities for further education in the middle level of secondary schools are becoming topical. This problem can be solved by inclusive educational technologies.

The educational and methodological manual reflects the theoretical aspects of the basics of designing innovative pedagogical technologies. The article presents the practice of designing author's pedagogical technologies, selection criteria, creation algorithm and ways of designing new pedagogical technologies. As an example, the methodological support of the technology for the implementation of the system-activity approach in the educational process of the school, created taking into account the federal state educational standards of general education, the professional standard "Teacher", the national system of teacher growth and within the framework of the national project "Education", is presented. It is addressed to the administration of educational institutions, teachers, and all those interested in the design of educational technologies.

The article is  devoted to  the  role of  project activities in  the  development of  legal competence in  bachelors of  psychological and pedagogical  education. The  emphasis is on  the  new generation of  Federal State  educational Standards, which indicate the  importance of  legal preparation for professional activities in accordance with regulatory legal acts in the field of education. Рассматривается вопрос представлений педагогов образовательных учреждений о роли школьного психолога в современном образовательном процессе. Подчеркивается особая роль школьного психолога, осуществляющего психологическую поддержку всех субъектов образовательного процесса в условиях внедрения федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов. Представлены результаты изучения экспектаций педагогов об основных целях деятельности, направлениях и формах работы педагога-психолога в условиях реализации федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов. Дана характеристика представлений педагогов о профессионально важных качествах школьного психолога, работающего в современных образовательных условиях. В перечень наиболее значимых профессиональных качеств школьного психолога вошли: доброжелательность, жизненный опыт, интеллектуальность, любовь к людям, ответственность, отзывчивость, стремление к сотрудничеству, уважение к личности, умение работать в команде, умение слушать. Описаны основные задачи, выделяемые педагогами, которые, по их мнению, являются наиболее приоритетными в рамках деятельности школьного психолога по отношению к разным субъектам образовательного процесса. Выделены значимые социально-психологические условия профессиональной деятельности педагога-психолога в реализации федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов. Выявлена высокая степень заинтересованности педагогов образовательных учреждений в сопровождении педагогом-психологом образовательного процесса в современных условиях. The article deals with the question of the ideas of teachers of educational institutions about the role of a school psychologist in the modern educational process. The special role of the school psychologist, who provides psychological support to all subjects of the educational process in the context of the introduction of federal state educational standards, is emphasized. The article presents the results of studying teachers’ expectations on the main goals of activity, directions and forms of work of a teacher-psychologist in the conditions of implementation of federal state educational standards. The characteristic of teachers’ ideas about professionally important qualities of a school psychologist working in modern educational conditions is given. The list of the most significant professional qualities of a school psychologist includes: benevolence, life experience, intelligence, love for people, responsibility, responsiveness, desire for cooperation, respect for the individual, ability to work in a team, ability to listen. The main tasks identified by teachers are described, which, in their opinion, are the most priority within the framework of the school psychologist’s activity in relation to different subjects of the educational process. Significant socio-psychological conditions of professional activity of a teacher-psychologist in the implementation of federal state educational standards are highlighted. A high degree of interest of teachers of educational institutions accompanied by a teacher-psychologist of the educational process in modern conditions is revealed.

The transition from traditional educational paradigm to competence one has marked new ways of higher educational institutions development. The implementation of modern Federal state educational standards requirements has determined the need to use modern specialist methods in training that develop students’ competence and the ability to carry out highly qualified professional activities. Higher education institutions face the task of implementing technologies that contribute to the development of practical orientation of students, their independence in this process. The purpose of the article is to reveal the experience of using situational-game technologies of training, as one of the most practice-oriented, aimed at activating students’ students, contributing to professional competence development. The concept of "technology" came to education from the sphere of production. Technologization implies a clear subordination to a certain algorithm of actions, so the technology allows you to achieve specific results in the allotted amount of time. In the field of professional education, technology has changed, but its meaning remains the same-the regulation of the activities of the subjects of the educational process to achieve the planned goals. The article defines the essence of educational technologies in the training of University students, reveals the features of their application, the role and advantages of situational and game technologies of training in the conditions of implementation of the competence approach. The research given in this article shows the importance of game educational technologies and the prospects of their use in the training a highly qualified, creative specialist who can quickly solve professional problems in non-standard ways.

Worked out is the analyzes of development of the Kazakhstan system of standardization of higher education on the example of several generations of state educational standards. Their features are examined in structural terms, as well as in terms of the requirements for the compulsory minimum of the educational content, the level of preparedness of graduates and learning outcomes. The dynamics of transformations in the context of expansion of universities academic freedoms, the ratio of compulsory and university components of educational programs is shown. The role of educational and methodological associations of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the development of the regulatory and legal support of the educational process is emphasized. The relevance of introducing the competence-based approach in higher education on the basis of combining educational and professional standards is noted. It is shown that inconsistent and hasty reforms, uncompetitive level of teachers’ remuneration, expanding bureaucratization, underdeveloped quality assurance culture do not contribute to the successful modernization of higher education.

The article is devoted to psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process in the children´s educational institution, based on the formation of professional skills of teachers, psychological culture of their parents, in turn, versatile, fully develop the child forms in his capacity to a level corresponding to the age peculiarities and requirements of the modern world. The main result of the activities of the psycho-pedagogical support preschool, which is consistent with both the social needs of the population and the requirements of the federal state educational standards, is an adaptation of children at all levels of training to the rapidly changing life of society, to ensure the organization of educational process aimed at constructive formation of the child´s personality.

The article is devoted to the currently relevant topic of involvement in activities, but not the organization’s personnel, but future HR-managers in their learning process. The article presents various theoretical approaches to the defi nition of the concept of «involvement», «involvement of students», «student engagement», and also analyzes the factors infl uencing the degree of involvement of students in the learning process. A brief review of the literature on the study of the problem of involvement is given, the purpose of which is to form a general idea of the relevance and diffi culties in assessing involvement. The author off ers the experience of assessing the level of involvement of future specialists in the fi eld of personnel management in the process of their study at the university as an important factor in their successful development in a future profession. The author presents the results of a comparative analysis of changes in the level of involvement of students in the situation of using diff erent teaching methods in different years of study. The article focuses on the problem of the formation of professional competence of future HR-managers in the process of their training, and the connection of training success with involvement as a factor of motivation and increased interest in future professional activities. The article has a practical orientation, since studying the involvement of students in training will make it possible to adjust both the content and methods of training future HR managers taking into account not only the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education, the professional standard of a personnel management specialist, the requirements of employers, but also the needs of the students themselves.

In this paper the author draws attention to the role of the federal state educational standards as the element of the anti-corruption state policy. Elements of anti-corruption behavior are reflected in the education plans of educational institutions, are becoming the part of the education plans for the secondary and higher educational institutions. They play the important role in the federal state educational standards.
