Education and education personnel in the educational process play a superior strategic role in efforts to develop the character of the nation through the development of the desired personality and values. In terms of the learning dimension, the role of educators in Indonesian society remains dominant compared to technology that can be utilized in the rapidly developing learning process. The educational process, or more specifically the learning process, is played by educators who cannot be replaced by technology. Their function cannot be completely eliminated as educators and instructors for their students. Likewise with education personnel, they carry out administration, management, development, supervision and technical implementation to support the education process in the education unit.

Administration can be interpreted as an activity or business to help, serve, direct or manage all activities in achieving a goal. Meanwhile, educators are professionals who are involved in the process of learning and teaching, evaluating learning outcomes, conducting coaching and training, and conducting research and community service. And education administration that supports administration, management, development, supervision, and technical services to support the education process in the education unit. The purpose of the education of educators and education personnel who support the education system is to provide eligibility for educators in carrying out their duties both as educators and nursing staff in schools. Both the authors’ previous experience and the devoted literature highlight the particular role of teacher-student communication for the quality of graduates’ professional development and education. The research presented herein is based on a sociological survey conducted in a large university from north-west Romania, on more than 600 Economics Master’s students.The chief goal of our research is to determine efficient ways to improve the student training provided by the master programmes in Economics, by means of a better stimulation on the part of the teachers, a more efficient teacher – student communication, a better quality of the teaching materials employed and a greater relevance of the educational content for the particular area of specialisation pursued.After an initial review of the material resulted from the sociological survey, we continued to analyse the results in relation to the tiers of the communication process, the role of groups in the learning process and of the education process in the development of emotional intelligence.Within the current phase of our study, the underlying hypotheses are:(1) The training of Economics and Business Administration students provides them with opportunities of professional specialisation, while developing skills and abilities useful in everyday life.(2) The students’ training in Economics also entails an implicit educational process, which supports the development of their emotional intelligence.(3) Multiculturalism bears manifold benefits, both in terms of specialist professional training and on graduates’ attitudes and behaviour in the social life.This study allowed us to validate the hypotheses and to draw some interesting conclusions for the education of students enrolled in the university surveyed.

Teaching a communication language is not only grammatical patterns in which words are embedded, but it is also a function of the language. The function of the language – is the goal that must be achieved through written or spoken forms. Using the function of the language, you carry out the act of communication. The main goal in the communication process is to understand people, i.e. to understand the context. Culture is a central part to all types of the contexts. Understanding of the contexts implies that a person knows these cultural meanings related to time, place, person and circumstances. Many researchers define the main role of a teacher as a “driving force” in mastering cultural knowledge among students who study foreign languages during the education process.

Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure are all components that directly or indirectly support the course of the education process to achieve goals in education itself. Administrative activities in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure include; planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, utilization and maintenance, deletion, and supervision of educational facilities and infrastructure. The role of the teacher in the administration of school infrastructure: involved in planning the procurement of teaching aids, involved in the use and maintenance of teaching aids used by teachers, supervision in the use of practical tools by students. Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Administration is the entire process that is planned and carried out intentionally and conscientiously as well as continuous coaching of educational objects, so that it is always ready to be used in the Learning Process so that the Learning Process is more effective and efficient in order to help the achievement of educational goals that have been set.
