This article was created with the aim of understanding the reader about basic knowledge about education administration. Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all personnel and material resources that are available and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. This article discusses the basic concepts, processes and scope of education administration. writing this article using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the first step taken is researchers find relevant theories then make conclusions about the material obtained, then analyst data has been found, then create new researchers who analyze based on information.
