Profitability is the ability or ability of the bank to obtain profits or profits. The problem of profitability is very important because the bank's income is the main target that must be achieved by the bank because the main purpose of the bank is to achieve profit or profit. The higher the bank's profitability, the better the bank's performance. The formulation of the problem in this study is: whether the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) simultaneously or partially affect the profitability of PT. BPR. Duta Bali for the period 2014-2018? This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially between the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) to Profitability at PT. BPR. Duta Bali for the period 2014-2018. The technique of taking samples in this study uses judgmental sampling. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, Determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results of the study indicate that the Loan to Deposit Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Profitabiltas. Operational Costs Operational Income has a significant positive effect on profitability. Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operational Costs Operational Income has a significant effect on profitability at PT. BPR. Duta Bali for the period 2014-2018.

The formulation of the problem in this study are does the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affect profitability, Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO) affect profitability and Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operational Income Operational Costs affect Profitability. Public Bank for the 2014-2019 period. Data were analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, Determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed that the Loan to Deposit Ratio had a negative and significant effect on Profitabiltas. Operating Costs Operating Income has a negative and significant effect. Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operating Costs Operating Income has effect on profitability at commercial banks for the 2014-2019 period. Keywords : LDR, BOPO and profitability

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of production costs and operating costs on net income in the consumer goods industry sector for the 2015-2019 period. The sample selection uses a sampling technique. In order to obtain a sample of 15 companies and a total of 75 data. The regression analysis analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis through classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study indicate that partially production costs have an effect on net income and other research results partially operational costs have a significant effect on net income. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are impacts of tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax holdings (X3), on formal compliance of taxpayers (Y). The population in this study is the taxpayers registered with KPP Cibitung who live in RW 030 Tambun South. The samples consist of 100 taxpayers using an explanatory sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have a significant positive effect on taxpayers’ formal compliance (Y). Meanwhile simultaneously tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2) and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have significant positive effects on taxpayers’ formal compliance of (Y), with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.444 or 44.4%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the deviations in the implementation of crediting procedures and the implementation of government policies affect the bad debts. The population in this research is credit customers of PT. BPR Prima Mulia Anugrah Padang Branch with Samples of 63 people using Slovin formula. Required data is obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that the irregularities in the implementation of crediting procedures has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the implementation of government policy has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the irregularities in the implementation of lending procedures and the implementation of government policies have a significant positive effect simultaneously on bad debts.

This study aims to examine the effect of Tamara savings productsmand promotions on customer decisions to save at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA.The variables used in this study are the dependent variable namely customer decisions (Y) and the independent variable consisting of the product (X1), promotions(X2). The type of data used in this study is quantitative  data. The accumulated data used in this study are  primary data from quenstionnaires and use purposive sampling techinique, data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, R test using the SPSS 16 program, The population in this study are customers at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA, the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents, the results showed that the product had a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save, the promotion of Tamara savings had a significant positive effect on kep the customer delegate saves, products and promotion of Tamara savings collectively have a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save.

This study aims to analyse the effects of Dividend Per Share, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin simultaneously and partially on stock price. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other. The method of purposive sampling was used in this sample of research. The sample of the research from twenty companies, only eleven are selected because the financial statement from each company are complete since 2013-2017.  The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By using regression analysis, this study provides evidence that Devidend per Share have significant positive effect on stock prices. Earning per Share have significant positive effect on stock prices. Net Profit Margin have significant negative effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of Number of Visitors and Levies to Local Revenue partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this research is probability sampling that is monthly data of Sunan Giri (X1), Sunan Giri (X2) Retribution from Tourism and Culture Office of Gresik Regency. So that got 72 sample research. This research uses quantitative approach method and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that some of the variable of the number of visitors did not have an effect on the Local Original Income, Retribution of merchants have a significant positive effect on the Original Revenue. Simultaneously variable Number of Visitor and Levy have significant effect to Original Income of Gresik Regency.Keywords: Number of Sunan Giri Religious Tour Visitors, Sunan Giri Tourism Retribution, Gresik District Original Income.

Quality of service, physical facilities and trust are things that affect customer satisfaction. This study aimed to find out how the quality of physical facilities services, and trust can have an influence on consumer satisfaction at Taman Langitwi Resort & Spa in Karangasem district. This study also aims to determine the quality of service, physical facilities, trust and customer satisfaction at Taman Langitwi Resort & Spa in Karangasem district. Data analysis using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis, determination analysis, partial significance test (t-test) and simultaneous significance test (F-test) results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between service quality, physical facilities and simultaneous trust in customer satisfaction at Taman Langitwi Resort & Spa in Karangasem Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Operational Costs, Growth in Investment Returns, Contribution and Profitability to Asset Growth in Sharia Insurance Companies in Indonesia 2013-2017. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses 21 data samples. Data is obtained from each of the Sharia Insurance Company's Financial Reports. The results showed that the variables of operational costs, growth in investment returns, contributions and profitability have a significant effect on asset growth simultaneously in sharia insurance companies in Indonesia. The variables of growth in investment returns, contributions and profitability have a significant positive effect partially, while the operational cost variable has no significant effect.Keywords: Operating Costs, Growth in Investment Returns, Contribution, Profitability, Asset Growth
