The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and individual characteristics on career development with motivation as an intervening variable. The object of this research is the Yogyakarta City Health Office. This study used a descriptive study using a quantitative approach with a total sample size of 35 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on Career Development, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Career Development,Individual Characteristics Culture has a positive and significant effect on Career Development, there is no positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Career Development with Motivation as an intervening variable, there is no positive and significant effect between Individual Characteristics on Career Development with Motivation as an intervening variable.

Marketing strategy has an important role for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The important role of the right marketing strategy will be able to attract consumers to buy the products. Currently, MSMEs in Indonesia are experiencing very rapid development, especially in the culinary field. "Sari Menir" is a MSME that produces peyek snack which is located at RT005/RW002, Plembon Lor, Logandeng, Playen, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in an effort to attract consumer buying interest in Sari Menir MSME. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The technique of determining the place using purposive area method. The research source was selected by purposive sampling method. The resource person in this study were Mrs Ratna Anjarwati as the manager and the daughter of MSME Sari Menir founder. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique was carried out through stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Sari Menir MSME using the marketing mix strategy in an effort to attract consumers buying interest. The marketing mix strategy carried out by Sari Menir MSME as follows: Maintaining product quality by using good quality raw materials; Set the right and appropriate price; Using direct and indirect distribution channels to reach strategic locations; Take part in exhibitions and apply word of mouth as promotional advice.

In Indonesia there are more and more companies engaged in the property and real estate sector, this indicates a growing economy. This reseach  purposes to analyze the effect of intellectual capital and non-performing financing on financial performance. The research was conducted on the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. By using a purposive sampling technique. The population used in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample of this research is 65 data from 13 companies using purpose sampling technique. The data collected in this research is quantitative data. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, determination coefficient test (R2) and hypothesis test with the help of statistical product and service solution (SPSS) software version 24. Based on the results of the t and F test of this study shows that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility have an effect on the company's financial performance. This research can be used as a benchmark for companies to improve their financial performance through the components of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Corporate Social Responsibility

A Student Decision on Choosing a University: Impact of Education Costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of the cost of education on students' decisions to continue their studies in tertiary institutions. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research sample consisted of 380 respondents and statistically processed with the simple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26.0 application. The results showed that the cost of education had an effect on students' decision to choose a university. These findings indicate that higher education institutions must take into account the tuition fees charged to students. This is related to the level of students' ability to complete their studies at a college. Several studies have shown that in general the cost of education is important for universities to attract and retain students who are studying.

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal and external factors in the learning output of D III Accounting students, and what factors have the greatest influence on the output of D III Accounting students at Pamulang University in the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with a sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were students of D III accounting for the 2019/2020 school year. as many as 63 respondents. The data research technique used was a questionnaire method, with a 1-4 Likert scale measurement. The results of research that have been conducted by researchers from the internal factors that affect the learning output are those related to aspects of interest, motivation and physical health and external factors are the environment and infrastructure. The results of these two factors have moderate criteria with the method (Three-box Method), which means that these two factors have an influence on the output / learning outcomes of D3 Accounting students at Pamulang University.

This research was conducted to analyze the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an interverning variable moderated by work motivation. The data collection method used in this research was a census technique using a Likert scale. The instrument test in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software with the value of the validity and reliability of the r table sought at a significance of 0.05 with a 2-tailed. Inferential analysis and path analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools, namely variance-based SEM with SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that hypothesis 1 was accepted, hypothesis 2 was accepted, hypothesis 3 was accepted, hypothesis 4 was rejected, hypothesis 5 was accepted, hypothesis 6 was accepted. This study aims to explain the influence between organizational culture and work discipline variables on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 56 employees and the research sample used was using the slovin formula, namely 36 employees at the Bima City Social Service. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. sig value. F obtained is 0.000. The results of the study partially show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig. t is 2,626. The results of the study partially show that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 4.825.

Consumers are the premiere part of companies' business activities. Therefore, the ability to provide products following their expectations and desires from a good image of the products' country origin, benefits, prices, and honesty is crucial. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of country image, price fairness, and ethical practices on customer satisfaction through customer perceived value. The method used in this research is quantitative with the population of people from Surabaya. The sampling method used in this study is a non-probability sampling method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The measurement scale in this study uses the Likert scale. Data tests were carried out using the structural equation modeling method. From the research results, it can be obtained that the influence between variables, including country image, has a positive and significant effect on customer perceived value and has a positive and insignificant effect directly on customer satisfaction. However, when the effect is on the mediation of customer perceived value, the effect becomes positive and significant. Price fairness has a positive and significant effect directly on customer perceived value and has a positive and insignificant effect directly on customer satisfaction, but when the effect is on the mediation of customer perceived value the effect becomes positive and significant. The ethical practice has a positive and significant effect directly and indirectly on customer satisfaction. Customer perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The advice given by this study is that the TTS Leci Kaleng company can continue to understand consumer behavior in Indonesia, to attract as many consumers as possible.

Supply chain management, especially in manufacturing companies, is very important as the companies rely on the raw materials needed for production. Moreover, the success of a company is also determined by how it could gain competitive advantage to compete in the industry. It is proven that a company with effective supply chain management and competitive advantage would perform better. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of supply chain management and competitive advantage on company performance conducted at PT Ahlindo Perkasa Alam. This research uses quantitative method with Census sampling of 32 employees working in the company. The test results show that Supply Chain Management and Competitive Advantage have a positive significant effect on Company Performance at PT Ahlindo Perkasa Alam as much as 76.1%.

Empowering MSMEs is one of the government's ideals to be able to develop MSMEs and increase the capacity of MSMEs businesses which originally had the characteristics of informal businesses towards formal businesses but some of the main problems that are very often faced by MSME entrepreneurs are the lack of capital so that the lack of business development for MSME entrepreneurs. Several financing alternatives are driving MSMEs to be able to access financial institutions in particular so that it is hoped that business actors will no longer have difficulties in carrying out business activities. One of the financing sectors that can be the answer to financing problems for MSMEs, one of which is the participation of cooperatives that contribute to the continuity of MSME businesses so that cooperatives can support the UMKM financing sector and are able to synergize so that they can support the national economy and become economic support for each region .
