We present a set of methods to improve the automation of the parametric 3D modeling of historic roof structures using terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) point clouds. The final product of the TLS point clouds consist of 3D representation of all objects, which were visible during the scanning, including structural elements, wooden walking ways and rails, roof cover and the ground; thus, a new method was applied to detect and exclude the roof cover points. On the interior roof points, a region-growing segmentation-based beam side face searching approach was extended with an additional method that splits complex segments into linear sub-segments. The presented workflow was conducted on an entire historic roof structure. The main target is to increase the automation of the modeling in the context of completeness. The number of manually counted beams served as reference to define a completeness ratio for results of automatically modeling beams. The analysis shows that this approach could increase the quantitative completeness of the full automatically generated 3D model of the roof structure from 29% to 63%.

In the context of Muslim-friendly tourism, marketers have to pay attention to the needs of their main target, Muslim tourists. This study aimed to examine the influence of destination attributes, including both generic and Islamic attributes, on overall tourist satisfaction to get a more comprehensive view. Likewise, this study investigated the effect of overall tourist satisfaction on its consequences. The moderation effect of Islamic religiosity on the relationship between Islamic attributes and overall tourist satisfaction was also considered. An online survey was conducted, with a sample of 231 Muslims who traveled to Muslim-majority cities, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that both generic and Islamic attributes positively influence overall tourist satisfaction, while its consequences affected their behavioral, attitudinal loyalty, and churn intention. Overall tourist satisfaction was not found to affect complaint intention. Likewise, the moderation effect of Islamic religiosity was insignificant.

Abstract The main target of this work implements new accurate impressive optical solitons for four forms of the nonlinear refractive index cubic-quartic through birefringent fibers which play a vital role in all modern telecommunications process. These four different forms listed under whose profile names which are the cubic-quartic in polarization-preserving fibers with its different forms which are the kerr-law, the quadratic-law, the parabolic-law and the non-local-law NLSE. These new accurate optical solitons for these different forms are extracted in the framework of the solitary wave ansatz method (SWAM) which is powerful technique that achieves accurate results for all problems that are solved in the framework of it. The achieved results will be compared by the previous results which are achieved via other authors.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammalian central nervous system (CNS), activating the inotropic type A receptors (GABAА receptors) to provide fast inhibition. GABAА receptors are the main target for various groups of drugs that are widely used in the treatment of CNS disorders. This review examines the relationship between the physiological effects of GABAА receptor activation and modulation by various substances (including medicinal compounds), the receptor's structure, and the interaction of these substances with specific modulatory sites. Recent advances in cryogenic electron microscopy have led to fundamental improvements in understanding the detailed organization and function of GABAА receptors. This review is based on both the latest structural data obtained from cryogenic electron microscopy and the results of biochemistry and electrophysiology studies, as well as molecular modelling.

Network security is the main of the development of today's technology. The ease in accessing the internet also requires protection on users is required. The ease of accessing the internet by people can also cause the occurrence of cyber crime. Cyber crime can be done by all internet users, without exception, to earn a profit. Security monitoring system server through the app messenger Telegram can help administrators in the work because always be on standby in front of the server computer. Notice of Snort as IDS via Telegram also quicked and can be accepted anywhere. In taking action when the server something happened not too late. Target cyber crime also can attack anyone without exception. A system should be a strength, with the protection of a secure network that will be difficult to hack by hackers. The server is the main target in the conduct of cyber crime. The use of the server must maintain to secure all the data is not misused by persons who are not responsible. Each server is a system that should be an administrator as a guard on duty watching and taking action when something happens on the server. To monitor a server, an administrator should always standby in front of the server computer so as not to late take action when the server is about to happen something.

There are numerous references to Christopher Isherwood’s prejudices against Jews in scholarly literature; however, this subject has not yet been approached in depth. This study aims to fill that void by dissecting the author’s bias against Jews: its origin and nature. The article discusses the references to Jews in the writer’s novels, memoirs and diaries within the frame of reference of Tajfel and Turner’s social identity theory which holds that humans innately derogate those who are perceived as being opposed. A close reading reveals that Isherwood, in a specific social and political context, considered Jews alien to him and —in accordance with social identity theory predictions— he instinctually derogated them. Before his stay in Berlin, Judaism did not interest him and he disliked Jews because he regarded them as ‘exotic’. During the rise and rule of Nazism, the writer felt compelled to support Jews —although reticently— because they had become the main target of persecution of national socialism. Later, once in America, Isherwood distinguished between ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ anti-Semitism and stated that Jewish politics were whining and belligerent. Even though he had Jewish friends, his diaries show a persistent instinctual dislike of Jews. Ironically, the anti-prejudice fighter could not help having his own prejudices.

The combination of two active scaffolds into one molecule represents a proven approach in drug design to overcome microbial drug resistance. We designed and synthesized more lipophilic esters of 2-(2-isonicotinoylhydrazineylidene)propanoic acid, obtained from antitubercular drug isoniazid, with various alcohols, phenols and thiols, including several drugs, using carbodiimide-mediated coupling. Nineteen new esters were evaluated as potential antimycobacterial agents against drug-sensitive Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb.) H37Rv, Mycobacterium avium and Mycobacterium kansasii. Selected derivatives were also tested for inhibition of multidrug-resistant (MDR) Mtb., and their mechanism of action was investigated. The esters exhibited high activity against Mtb. (minimum inhibitory concentrations, MIC, from ≤0.125 μM), M. kansasii, M. avium as well as MDR strains (MIC from 0.25, 32 and 8 µM, respectively). The most active mutual derivatives were derived from 4-chloro/phenoxy-phenols, triclosan, quinolin-8-ol, naphthols and terpene alcohols. The experiments identified enoyl-acyl carrier protein reductase (InhA), and thus mycobacterial cell wall biosynthesis, as the main target of the molecules that are activated by KatG, but for some compounds can also be expected adjunctive mechanism(s). Generally, the mutual esters have also avoided cytotoxicity and are promising hits for the discovery of antimycobacterial drugs with improved properties compared to parent isoniazid.
