The review article reveals the problems of hyperkinetic and anxiety disorders comorbidity. It is shown that these disorders have common etiological and pathogenetic factors, as well as clinical symptoms. In addition, the therapy of both pathological conditions has similar targets, which suggests that the hyperkinetic disorder and anxiety disorders of childhood can be called not only concomitant, but also comorbid.

Context Immunohistochemistry has become an indispensable ancillary technique in anatomic pathology laboratories. Standardization of every step in preanalytic, analytic, and postanalytic phases is crucial to achieve reproducible and reliable immunohistochemistry test results. Objective To standardize immunohistochemistry tests from preanalytic, analytic, to postanalytic phases. Data Sources Literature review and Geisinger (Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Pennsylvania) experience. Conclusions This review article delineates some critical points in preanalytic, analytic, and postanalytic phases; reiterates some important questions, which may or may not have a consensus at this time; and updates the newly proposed guidelines on antibody validation from the College of American Pathologists Pathology and Laboratory Quality Center. Additionally, the article intends to share Geisinger's experience with (1) testing/optimizing a new antibody and troubleshooting; (2) interpreting and reporting immunohistochemistry assay results; (3) improving and implementing a total immunohistochemistry quality management program; and (4) developing best practices in immunohistochemistry.

Cases of neonatal gastrointestinal system (GIS) obstruction are quite complex for pediatric surgery clinics. A rare cause of intestinal obstruction is the duplication cyst (DC). A three-day-old male patient presented at our clinic with a history of abdominal distension and bilious vomiting on the second day following birth. Although pathology had not yet been determined from observation and examination, surgery was performed when the patient could not tolerate oral feeding. An ileal DC forming an incomplete obstruction was observed. Ileoileal anastomosis was performed on the patient. Because DCs can present with different clinical symptoms, it is quite difficult to diagnose them in neonate patients. Lacking an imaging method that can provide an exact diagnosis, the diagnostic laparotomy is a suitable approach for both diagnosis and treatment to avoid delays in treatment.

Abstract: COVID-19 is spreading at an extremely rapid rate and can affect all age groups, albeit, information about clinical symptoms and laboratory examinations of COVID-19 I in neonates is still quite limited. This study was aimed to determine the clinical symptoms, radiographic examinations especially CT-scans, and laboratory tests that could appear in neonates suffering from COVID-19. This was a literature review study using three databases, namely Pubmed, Clinical Key, and Google Scholar. The keywords used were Covid-19 / SARS-CoV-2 AND Neonatus AND sign and symptoms AND laboratory. The selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, obtained 15 case report studies, three retrospective studies, one observational study, and one cohort study. The review revealed that the most frequent clinical features that appeared were fever (54.8%), dyspnoea (35.4%), and cough (29%). Meanwhile, for CT-Scan radiographs, there were 14 of 31 neonates (45.2%) did not show any abnormalities or normal. The most frequent abnormal image was ground glass opacity (GGO) (29%). Among laboratory examinations, lymphopenia was the most common abnormality (32.2%). Moreover, leukocytosis, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, increased PCT, AST, etc. could also occur. Of all the reviewed literatures, there were no death cases of neonates died due to COVID-19. In conclusion, fever, dyspnea, cough, and lymphopenia are the most common findings as well as GGO in the CT-Scan radiograph. Kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu Covid-19/ SARS-CoV-2 AND Neonatus AND sign and symptom AND laboratory.
