Topicality. The issue of the environmentalization management diagnostics in the energy sector becomes increasingly topical due to the necessity to define the achievement or vice versa - leveling the management goal which is the reorientation of the energy sector in conformity to the new environmentally oriented goals conditioned by the internal environmental issues, international demands and national interests of the country. Environmentalization of the energy sector became very topical both from the point of view of the national interests in connection with the existing challenges in front of the country, environmental condition, vectors of the ecological strategic development and socio-economic interests. The man-caused load on the environment results in different types of the social, ecological, economic damage, reduction of the enterprises’ efficiency and potential of their competitiveness under the conditions of the world environmentally oriented challenges. Environmentalization management diagnostics in the energy sector is the possibility to see the condition of the environmental transformation process and improvement of the energy sector which will show the results of adopted management steps or determine their weaknesses for further adaptation of the management process to the existing challenges and searching for the methods of satisfaction of the social, ecological, economic interests of the country which defined the topicality of this research. Aim and tasks. The article is aimed at grounding the methodological approach to the environmentalization management diagnostics in the energy sector. Research results. Methodological approach to the environmentalization management diagnostics in the energy sector is based on the concept of the management process formalization, mainly, on the accentuation of the tough interaction of the management subjects involved in the achievement of the goal of the national interests satisfaction with regard to the environmentalization of the energy sector, management objects adapted to the management decisions passed and the related institutional ground necessary to achieve the management goals. Conclusion. The environmentalization management diagnostics in the energy sector shall reflect the interaction between the separate parts of the management process: Coherence of economic and environmental politics concerning the environmentalization of the energy sector with management of the processes of technical and technological insurance, coherence of the social, ecological, economic processes and coherence of the activity of management subjects of the lower level with the management goals of the higher. Such unified interaction shall result in the synergistic effect of national interests achievement in the environmentalization of the energy sector at different management levels: local, regional, national

Abstract Background In the UK, Gypsy, Roma and Traveller (GRT) communities are generally considered to be at risk of low or variable immunisation uptake. Many strategies to increase uptake for the general population are relevant for GRT communities, however additional approaches may also be required, and importantly one cannot assume that “one size fits all”. Robust methods are needed to identify content and methods of delivery that are likely to be acceptable, feasible, effective and cost effective. In this paper, we describe the approach taken to identify potential interventions to increase uptake of immunisations in six GRT communities in four UK cities; and present the list of prioritised interventions that emerged. Methods This work was conducted in three stages: (1) a modified intervention mapping process to identify ideas for potential interventions; (2) a two-step prioritisation activity at workshops with 51 GRTs and 25 Service Providers to agree a prioritised list of potentially feasible and acceptable interventions for each community; (3) cross-community synthesis to produce a final list of interventions. The theoretical framework underpinning the study was the Social Ecological Model. Results Five priority interventions were agreed across communities and Service Providers to improve the uptake of immunisation amongst GRTs who are housed or settled on an authorised site. These interventions are all at the Institutional (e.g. cultural competence training) and Policy (e.g. protected funding) levels of the Social Ecological Model. Conclusions The “upstream” nature of the five interventions reinforces the key role of GP practices, frontline workers and wider NHS systems on improving immunisation uptake. All five interventions have potentially broader applicability than GRTs. We believe that their impact would be enhanced if delivered as a combined package. The robust intervention development and co-production methods described could usefully be applied to other communities where poor uptake of immunisation is a concern. It is now well established in the literature that there is a need to incorporate the concept of sustainability into education at all study levels. However, there is considerable uncertainty expressed concerning how it could best be achieved and how the resilience concept would enhance this idea. This article aims to address this gap. The objective is to explore aspects of socio-ecological resilience, that underlies a university case study. The methodology is exploratory, descriptive, and explanatory. Results demonstrate that civil engagement university activities are an education approach that provides students with experiences that build skills necessary for addressing the challenges of the Anthropocene Epoch. The conclusion of the article emphasizes that the education for the Anthropocene epoch should consider the enhancement of ecosystem services by demonstrating that humans are part of the social-ecological systems; considering interdisciplinarity as a methodological approach; demonstrating the variety of potentials on participation of stakeholders by civil engagement as developing autonomy both on students and stakeholders and developing the ability for proactive attitudes. Is also enhance learning and social learning by civil engagement and participation.

Tittle: Adaptive Cycle, Resilience and Sustainability Issue in Segara Anakan.Segara Anakan Lagoon represents one of the nation's most rapidly changing natural resource base and environments, and where in ecological dynamics interact intensively with the social aspects. This makes the lagoon a perfect case for the scientific communities and development agents to draw lessons and syntesize policy recommendation related to resource and environmental issues, particularly those pertaining to the frequently raised issue of sustaibable development. In line with it, a study which focuses on portraying the social-ecological interactions of the lagoon is carried out. This paper is a part of the study, presenting a result, which draws upon the social-ecological system methodological approach. Data were collected through a series of survey involving side visits to 3 dusuns and interviews with key respondents from the dusuns, carried out in July to December 2009. The dusuns were selected to represent locations in the lagoon inhabited respectively by predominant farming communities (Dusun Bugel), aquaculture communities (Dusun Bondan), and mixed communities (Dusun Lempong Pucung). In general, the study shows that through social-ecological adaptive cycles, social adjustments have been taking place following the existing ecological dynamics. Livelihood types and structure are constantly developing to adjust to the changing environment. Meanwhile, people's visions are no longer the same; part of the communities obviously is transforming from 'maritime people' to 'terrestrial people'. On the other part, the study also shows strong indications that such changes in the social context is starting to impact on the ecological aspect of the lagoon; marine productivity is declining while terrestrial outputs are inreasing. At this stage, we can make it clear that a number of public policy options are available, including some social and physical engineering approaches directed toward stopping further environmental degradation.

Main problem: in the history of mankind there are many examples when the question of national interests remains unresolved. The category of "national interest" has firmly entered the modern political and scientific spheres of all countries of the world. Regardless of the level and nature of development, any country has certain national interests on which it should focus. Undoubtedly, these are economic interests. Future populations, whose state and national goals are not clearly defined, may be unplanned and fragmented. Consequently, it may be violently imposed on a foreign socio-political structure. Historical experience shows that the staging of specific problems can have a negative impact on the application and implementation of the necessary measures to prevent possible mistakes, to strengthen the security of the country. In order to make this article complete and exhaustive, it is necessary to pay attention to the concept of "concept", which reflects the active attitude of people to the surrounding world as the most important category. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to analyze the concept of economic security as a state-legal institution in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Methods: The following methods are used in the article: comparative-legal, system-structural, as well as the method of systematic analysis of needs. Results and their significance: Necessity, personal interests are one of the key links in the study of the essence of the social state. After all, the rule of law in its norms must express the social interests of man in life. These categories are intended to identify the indirect causes of social actions that lead to changes and additions in various spheres of public life. Every country has its own attractions. Interests are different. And the social group, and the team, and the individual combine their actions with their interests. Man interacts with it through its goal, which determines the interests of the environment. Therefore, at the level of common consciousness, a great value of interest is determined by individual actions and actions of people, as well as by mass historical events and phenomena. By looking at this issue in detail and analyzing its basic principles, we define the concept of economic interest. In order to ensure the economic security of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to rely on its own scientific and technological development, human and natural resources, that is, to decide on management in favor of domestic producers and ensure capital investment in priority sectors of the economy.

The article justified on the need to use financial policy to coordinate economic interests, taking into account the limited rationality of the behavior of economic agents and the possibility of their opportunistic behavior to realize their interests. The author provides an aggregated classification of the demands and interests of individuals, organizations and society as a whole, based on the goals of ensuring the coordination of their interests. The necessity of reorienting of the priorities of state regulation in framework of the eastern institutional matrix to harmonize and balance the economic interests of social macrogroups is substantiated. At the same time, none of the social macrogroups should act as the sole representative of national interests, subduing the interests of other social macrogroups.

Scholarship negotiating African folktales and the entire folkloric tradition in Africa has always been constituted as harbouring fundamental lacks. One of these lacks is the supposed incapacity of oral cultures to produce high literature. However, it is true that folktales and other oral forms in Africa can participate actively in the social, political and cultural process. In this paper, we engage folktales told by the Tiv of central Nigeria and situate them within the dynamic of history, culture, modernity and national construction in Nigeria. The paper adopts a historicist and culturalist perspective in its interpretation of the folktales which were collected in particular Tiv communities. This methodological approach helps to crystallize the historical and cultural lineaments embedded in the people’s experiences, values and worldviews. It also constitutes a contextual background for the understanding of the folktales as they offer informed commentaries on social currents and political contingencies in Nigeria. It argues that though folktales belong to a pre-scientific and pre-industrial dispensation, they are part of the people’s intangible cultural heritage and are capable of distilling powerful statements which negotiate Nigerian modernity and postcolonial condition. The paper underscores the dynamism and functionality of folktales even in an increasingly globalised ethos.

Literacy on Islamic social ecology is the human interaction with the natural environment, technology, and social which is based on the basic principles of Islam. Reconstruction of literacy on Islamic social ecology that can be reconstructed is a basic tenet of Islam that affirms the human position as a "leader" by "mandate" to manage "Earth" or "natural environment and natural resources" as well as possible. Reconstruction of ecological literacy is then to be actualized in society. The process of actualization is actual activity in instilling awareness of the social ecology of Islam in the society which is done in the social space of families, communities, and schools organized by the state through policies and regulations. With the process of reconstruction and actualization, then the state will actively build social-ecological awareness of Islam in order to realize a base of awareness, knowledge, and values of Islamic social ecology in society.

Abstract This paper will reflect on key findings from a Summer 2017 initiative entitled The Role of Culture and Land-Based Healing in Addressing and Ending Violence against Indigenous Women and Two-Spirited People. The Indigenist and decolonizing methodological approach of this work ensured that all research was grounded in experiential and reciprocal ways of learning. Two major findings guide the next phase of this research, complicating the premise that traditional economic activities are healing for Indigenous women and Two-Spirit people. First, the complexities of the mainstream labour force were raised numerous times. Traditional economies are pressured in ongoing ways through exploitative labour practices. Secondly, participants emphasized the importance of attending to the responsibility of nurturing, enriching, and sustaining the wellbeing of soil, water, and original seeds in the process of creating renewal gardens as a healing endeavour. In other words, we have an active role to play in healing the environment and not merely using the environment to heal ourselves. Gardening as research and embodied knowledge was stressed by extreme weather changes including hail in June, 2018, which meant that participants spent as much time talking about the healing of the earth and her systems as the healing of Indigenous women in a context of ongoing colonialism.
