Main problem: in the history of mankind there are many examples when the question of national interests remains unresolved. The category of "national interest" has firmly entered the modern political and scientific spheres of all countries of the world. Regardless of the level and nature of development, any country has certain national interests on which it should focus. Undoubtedly, these are economic interests. Future populations, whose state and national goals are not clearly defined, may be unplanned and fragmented. Consequently, it may be violently imposed on a foreign socio-political structure. Historical experience shows that the staging of specific problems can have a negative impact on the application and implementation of the necessary measures to prevent possible mistakes, to strengthen the security of the country. In order to make this article complete and exhaustive, it is necessary to pay attention to the concept of "concept", which reflects the active attitude of people to the surrounding world as the most important category. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to analyze the concept of economic security as a state-legal institution in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Methods: The following methods are used in the article: comparative-legal, system-structural, as well as the method of systematic analysis of needs. Results and their significance: Necessity, personal interests are one of the key links in the study of the essence of the social state. After all, the rule of law in its norms must express the social interests of man in life. These categories are intended to identify the indirect causes of social actions that lead to changes and additions in various spheres of public life. Every country has its own attractions. Interests are different. And the social group, and the team, and the individual combine their actions with their interests. Man interacts with it through its goal, which determines the interests of the environment. Therefore, at the level of common consciousness, a great value of interest is determined by individual actions and actions of people, as well as by mass historical events and phenomena. By looking at this issue in detail and analyzing its basic principles, we define the concept of economic interest. In order to ensure the economic security of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to rely on its own scientific and technological development, human and natural resources, that is, to decide on management in favor of domestic producers and ensure capital investment in priority sectors of the economy.

Membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and participation in free trade agreements (FTAs) are important instruments for governments to realize national economic interests. The Republic of Korea has been particularly successful in doing so. As the experience of Korea shows, a trade policy mix between multilateral liberalization under the WTO and preferential liberalization through FTAs allows the government to optimally balance national interests and strive for higher levels of social welfare and economic effectiveness, while simultaneously protecting national industries. However, such results seem to be possible only if national economic interests are clearly defined and are synchronized with a country’s goals regarding WTO membership and its strategy for FTAs. During recent decades, Korea has practiced an active long-term planning of trade policy so that trade benefits are not excessively concentrated in a narrow range of trade actors and are distributed more evenly in society. This meant appropriate balancing of liberalization and protection measures, reinforced by special support programmes that neutralized the negative impact of higher market openness. In this article, Korea’s strategy regarding trade policy is analyzed, including the reasons Korea pursued an FTA-centric policy and the benefits it obtained in addition to those it obtained from WTO membership.

This article is devoted to one of the most tragic topics in the history of this party and the history of the Spanish Republic as a whole, namely, the trial of the leaders of the Workers’ Party of Marxist Unification. The following unpublished documents stored in the Russian State Archive of Social and Political History were used for the analysis (F. 495. Op. 183): letters, personal files, protocols of interrogations after May Days, lists and reports on the “connection” between Trotskyi and the POUM, reports on the preparation and course of the trial of the POUM. Members of the POUM were accused of participating in a “rebellion”, moving to change the social order of the Republic. The accusation of the POUM connections with Franco did not seem convincing, either in Spain or abroad. The international public’s attention was focused on the trial of the POUM. Despite the fact that Spain failed to organize a show trial in the style of the “Moscow trials” and the “conspiracy between Trotskyi and Fascists” was not confirmed, the verdict had a negative impact on the POUM reputation. Thus, the trial of the POUM remained in history as one of the “black spots” in the interaction between the Spanish Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. However, the prisoners of the POUM resisted pressure, they were supported morally by participants of the campaign of solidarity in Spain and abroad. The struggle for a kind of rehabilitation of the party continued in emigration.

Agriculture is a traditional branch for the Republic of Bulgaria. The favourable agriclimatic and soil conditions further the growth of 145 agricultural crops and the production of various products, many of which have leading positions in the international market. The aim of this paper is to examine the nature and specific features of the reform of the land relationships in the Republic of Bulgaria during the period of transition towards market economy. The development of land relationships in this country reflects the economic interests of its society, which show their specific nature in the relationships between the owners and the leaseholders of the plots. It is typical for this country that during the collectivisation period, which took place in the middle of the last century, the land, being the basic production factor in the agricultural branch, was public property, the private character of which was never abolished. During the transition period, a process for restoring the land ‘within its real borders’ was started. This led to delay in the reform and a significant fragmentation of the land. The completed agricultural reform contributes to the recovery and precipitation in the process of developing of the land relationships in the country. A sign of this is the formation of land market. In the year 2001, 28 878.1 ha changed their owners, and another 280 000 ha were leased. The aim is, through active laws, to achieve synchrony of the social interests with the interests of the owners and leaseholders and to create conditions for optimisation of the production process in agriculture. A favourable economic environment will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the agricultural branch in the Republic of Bulgaria and to the formation of the land relationships, which will facilitate the process.

Russia today is a dynamically developing state that, despite external pressure, continues to strengthen its positions in the world arena, timely preventing external and internal threats to economic security. Social stability is a fundamental prerequisite for the dynamic development of the state. In this regard, the state's task is to prevent destructive processes in social and economic development, using a set of measures and management procedures. The state of the social sphere, trends and forecasts of its formation have always been in the focus of the interests of the leadership of our country, government organizations and the scientific community. This is because the social sphere is of primary importance for the development of society in particular and the state as a whole. In recent years, large-scale changes have begun to take place in the Russian Federation, including the development of new public legislation, the implementation of targeted projects, the formation of a new concept of public protection of the population, and many actions have been taken to provide a decent level of well-being and increase the quality of life of the Russian people. Despite the fact that the Russian government has made great efforts to reduce the scale of unemployment and poverty, improving the quality of life, the social problem remains quite acute. The main factor was the sudden change in the international situation in the last few years, the introduction of financial and restrictive sanctions, the implementation of hostile political activities by certain foreign states against Russia, and as a result, the complication of the social and financial situation within our state. However, successful social and financial development remains the highest value for the Russian state in the near future. The purpose of this activity is to identify the relevance and complexity of problems of economic security and assess indicators that determine threats to security in the public sphere. Observation and diagnosis of the degree of threats to the national interests of the state on the basis of indicators of socio-economic development indicators in the public domain is a priority task in the existing realities of our life. Modeling the threats to economic security, ie, obtaining specific values of economic security indicators depending on their belonging to a particular risk class (level), it is possible to develop an appropriate plan of measures to improve economic security in the social sphere on the basis of the proposed classification. Monitoring and diagnosing the level of threats to the national interests of the country on the basis of indicators of social and economic development in the social sphere is a paramount task in the existing realities of our life. At the same time, the results obtained serve as a good basis for developing development strategies for the future with the preservation of social stability. The aim of the study is to formulate methodological provisions for the development of the theory of economic security based on the definition of threats to the economic security of the social sphere, using the proposed model of the relationship between the key factors that affect the level of security in this area. The research uses a set of general scientific approaches (abstract-logical, deductive, complex and systemic). The realization of the research process was carried out with the help of the dialectical method of cognition, which predetermines the study of economic phenomena in their interconnection and development. To solve individual problems, economic-statistical methods, comparison methods, absolute, relative and average values, graphical and tabular data representation, correlation-regression analysis, Ward clustering were used.
