Developments in science and technology in a rapid growth has pushed people to seek and implement ways or new methods of surveillance and control data processing system to run smoothly. Ability and speed in processing the data repeatedly and with a very large number have no doubt to generate the reports required in the process of strategic decision making. So that at the present moment has a lot of companies and government agencies want receipts of computer technology to assist in solving problems of their data processing. In the Directorate of Prisoners and Evidence (DITTAHTI) of West Sumatra Regional Police, the processing of prisoner data and evidence of goods has been done frequently, but has not obtained optimal results. This is due to the use of information technology is still very less and still implemented offline and manual by city and district police. Optimization of data processing is necessary for integrity, access rights and data availability can be maintained properly. Application System to be proposed later is PHP MYSQL. All data entry will be processed in a Database. Diverse data will be more easily and quickly processed in a well-structured system. This paper presents a layered and integrated approach to the SCC system in TT&C area. The SCC system is developed to encapsulate this approach. A four-layer hierarchy is proposed for the SCC system among the following layers: user agent layer, application process layer, lower layer services and support, and hardware. The SCC system includes nine functional components: monitoring and control, data display, command operation, data processing, data storage and management, orbit calculation and analysis, interface computer software, duplex management and time service. The SCC system is implemented as five functional subsystems: data processing system, database management system, operation and control system, and interface computer system. Details of the overall system architecture and the integration of the above components and subsystems are included in the paper.

Data processing system administration at Ekasakti Padang University of Graduate Program still use manual way in data processing, therefore, the author conducted research at University Graduate Program Ekasakti Padang by collecting information and data to be processed to be made an information system administrative data processing student consists of data entry, data processing and report generation. This information system can generate; Student Data Reports, Payment Data Report, and report graduation data. The system is designed with the needs in Padang Ekasakti University Graduate Program in order to be more effective and efficient, and is expected to administrative data processing can be optimized.

Medical record is a file that contains notes and documents about the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been given to the patient. Based on Minister of Health Regulation No.269 / Menkes / Per / III / 2008 the medical record file can be destroyed (retention) after being stored for a period of 5 (five) years from the last date the patient was treated or returned to avoid the buildup of non-active medical record documents. As one of the private hospitals in the city of Padang that has been operational for 14 years, Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital has carried out the process of destroying medical record documents with imaging methods and storing them to an external hard drive before the medical record file is destroyed to anticipate various needs. relating to medical records, for example, a medical record that is still valuable to be needed can be searched and reprinted. However, the method used is not optimal because of the potential for data loss and the difficulty of the data search process and has not been managed using an information system in the form of a truly computerized program. Optimizing data processing is needed so that integrity, access rights and data availability can be maintained. The application system that will be proposed later uses PHP and Mariadb programming and web-based. The results of the image will be processed in an application and stored in the database. Abstract With the popularization of computer and Internet, software technology, signal processing technology and real-time processing technology have been applied to all aspects of life, which has caused a surge of data. Therefore, big data (hereinafter referred to as BD) has become the focus of attention all over the world, which requires improving data application and processing technology. Through BD, countries can obtain corresponding knowledge, which will improve the software and comprehensive application of BD. With the in-depth study of deep learning algorithm, we can continuously improve the application of BD, which is a Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as DP) method with high precision, fast speed, flexible use and strong scalability. Through the DP system, we can realize the post demodulation and processing of signals in various equipment, which can achieve the state of data availability. In many ways, we can obtain the required knowledge through the DP system, which will improve the processing ability of the computer. Firstly, this paper puts forward the challenges faced by BD. Then, this paper analyzes the algorithms in DP. Finally, this paper designs a DP system.

Abstract:A pharmacokinetic database was constructed that is as free of errors as possible. Pharmacokinetic parameters were derived from the literature using a text-processing system and a database system. A random data sample from each system was compared with the original literature. The estimated error frequencies using statistical methods differed significantly between the two systems. The estimated error frequency in the text-processing system was 7.2%, that in the database system 2.7%. Compared with the original values in the literature, the estimated probability of error for identical pharmacokinetic parameters recorded in both systems is 2.4% and is not significantly different from the error frequency in the database. Parallel data entry with a text-processing system and a database system is, therefore, not significantly better than structured data entry for reducing the error frequency.
