The governance of migratory flows, understood as a system of co-management co-responsibility between institutional and private, political and social actors with respect to their identity and occupational health is addressed in the present non-experimental, exploratory and cross-sectional work with a non-probabilistic sample selection of 100 former migrants from central Mexico. From a structural model seven factors were established regarding framing, demands, resources, risks, opportunities, capabilities and employment. Based on the literature consulted, the limits, scope and lines of research aimed at deepening the effects of the variables and factors in an intercultural scenario are noticed.

Abstract The objective of the present work was to measure the awareness of scarcity, shortage, unhealthiness and scarcity due to conflicts between political and social actors around water services. A cross-sectional, correlational and exploratory study was carried out with a sample of 100 students from a public university in central Mexico. From a structural model, the reliability and validity of the instrument were established, the theoretical relationships between the factors were adjusted to the data obtained, but it is discussed whether the type of study, sample selection and analysis limit the results to the context, as well as the possibility of including other variables in the contrast of the proposed model.

In the framework of policies against the effects of climate change on public health, mobility policies based on zero carbon dioxide emissions have focused their interest on the implementation of bicycle lanes, the bicycle motor subsidy and restriction of automobiles. In this sense, the objective of this paper has been to establish the reliability and validity of an instrument that measures the perceptions of risk and utility, as well as the intentions of voting in favor of electoral proposals and candidates that support the urban sustainability policy in Subject d mobility. A non-experimental, cross-sectional and exploratory study was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of 250 residents of the metropolitan area of Mexico City. From a structural model ?X 2 = 124.35 (22gl) p = 0.006; GFI = 0.990; CFI = 0.995; RMSEA = 0.009? The factors cited were found to correlate positively and significantly, but it is recommended to extend the study to the contrast of the model in other scenarios with local elections and mobility policy based on the use of the bicycle.

Reproductive health policies, centered on the decriminalization of abortion, involve effects on beliefs, attitudes, intentions and behaviors of abortion. As women get older, education and income, rationally choose an abortion, but are far from ideal for procreation is 22 years old. The aim of this study is to establish the factorial structure of scales measuring four factors and 28 indicators (seven per factor) relating to the termination of pregnancy. Consequently, it conducted a non experimental, transversal and exploratory study with a nonrandom selection of 145 students. From a structural model ?? 2 = 346.57 (57gl) p = 0.000; CFI = 0.990; GFI = 0.995; RMSEA = 0.005; R 2 = 0,35?las intentions determined behavior (? = 0.64), but the factor solution was explained by beliefs (alpha = 0.781; 35% of the total variance explained). However, the context, the selection of the sample and the type of analysis prevents data generalize to other areas. It is recommended to perform a confirmatory factor analysis with a probabilistic sample selection in the population of the town.

Objective. Gross mode, the work climate has been studied as an area inherent in leadership. In the case of the one that is distinguished by its communication and vertical motivation, the work environment has been addressed as a determinant of flexibility in terms of conditions, salaries and benefits. In this regard, the objective of this paper has been to explore the dimensions of climate and labor flexibility in order to establish the dependency relationships between its indicators. Methodology. A non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational study was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of 300 employees from central Mexico. Results and conclusions. The labor climate determines the flexibility, although the most recent literature warns that rather the climate mediates the relationship between the flexibility policies on staff turnover, the informal salary and the absence of benefits. Research lines are recommended concerning the incidence of leadership styles in the variables in question.

The treatment adherence is a central hub in the health agenda. In the framework of the SARS CoV-2 pandemic, it is necessary to predict this phenomenon. The objective of the present work was to contrast a model of structural equations. A confirmatory, psychometric and cross-sectional work was carried out with a selection of 100 students, considering their participation in social service and professional practices in public hospitals in central Mexico. A factorial structure was found that explained 62% of the total variance, suggesting the contrast of the model in other scenarios.

Often, the total quality has been instrumented before being weighted. The strategies even precede a diagnosis in Mexican organizations, but in an opposite sense, the present work set out to establish the reliability and validity of an instrument to measure the perception of total quality based on three indicators related to management. , production and transfer of knowledge. A non-uexperimental study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of 124 administrative staff and employees from an organization in central Mexico. From a structural model, it was found that management affects production and this about the total perceived quality, although there are lines of research concerning empathy, commitment, entrepreneurship, satisfaction and happiness in relation to the implementation of continuous improvements to the quality of processes and products.

The entrepreneurial coffee grower habitus, emerging in a context of cultural interrelation, supposes the advent of a local development process focused on the management, production and transfer of knowledge. The objective of this work refers to the establishment of an instrument and a model for the study of the phenomenon. Non-experimental, cross-sectional and exploratory work was carried out with 90 coffee growers. From a structural model ⌠X2= 124.24 (22gl) p = 0.010;GFI = 0.995;CFI = 0.970;RMSEA = 0.008⌡ it was observed that the vertical habitus reflected the entrepreneurial factor of coffee growing (0.41) with respect to the horizontal habitus, inherited and learned. In reference to the type of study, sample selection and statistical analysis, the limits and scope of the work are discussed, suggesting its extension to other contexts and different study samples.

Abstract. Applicant job pursuit intentions impact the composition of an organization’s applicant pool, thereby influencing selection outcomes. An example is the self-selection of women and men into gender-congruent jobs. Such self-selection contributes to a lack of gender diversity across a variety of occupations. We use person-job fit and the role congruity perspective of social role theory to explore job pursuit intentions. We present research from two cross-sectional survey studies (520 students, 174 working adults) indicating that at different points in their careers women and men choose to pursue gender-congruent jobs. For students, the choice was mediated by value placed on the job’s associated gender-congruent outcomes, but for working adults it was not. We offer suggestions for practitioners and researchers.
