The Tawakal Jaya workshop previously used paper for data recording, goods ordering transaction, and promotion. This results in the manual system less efficient in saving time. Therefore it is necessary to design and development of Information Systems Ordering Goods Based Website at Workshop "Tawakal Jaya". The system is designed using context diagrams and data flow diagrams, while system development uses PHP programming language. System development method using Extreme Programming method which is a group of agile methods. The built system can be accessed online and then done the questionnaire so that it can be obtained that the use of the system can be accepted by the user due to time savings in processing data and transact in ordering goods.

Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. This writing discusses the creation of a correspondence filing information system with the aim of making it easier for the secretariat to archive letters in incoming and outgoing mail data at the Environmental Service, and minimizing data loss, and speeding up the process of retrieval of archived data at the time needed so as not to repetition of archiving so that it is faster and more precise. The development of information systems uses the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The results of this research can be implemented in the form of a web-based archiving information system.

Abstract:Central Lombok Diskominfo availability of very limited information about towers that have not paid or that have already paid fees causes Central Lombok Dikominfo tends not to have accurate and relevant information so it must check the tower. The research objective is to map 320 towers spread across the Lombok Regency in the form of a Google map. The system development method in this study uses XP (Extreme Programming) and the application testing technique uses the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this study are to make it easier for employees / staff in finding the location of the tower that has not paid and who have paid fees by clicking the tower icon in the application.            Keywords:Geographic Information Systems, XP (Extreme Programming), Central Lombok  Abstrak:Diskominfo Lombok Tengah ketersediaan informasi yang sangat terbatas mengenai menara yang belum membayar atau yang sudah membayar retribusi menyebabkan Dikominfo Lombok Tengah cenderung tidak memiliki informasi yang akurat dan relevan sehingga harus mengecek menara tersebut.Tujuan penelitian untuk memetakan 320 menara yang tersebar di wilayah Lombok bentuk google map. “Information Systems of Attendance Detection and Media Submission of Lecturer Announcement by Using Engineering Introduction QR Code "is an application that serves to support the process of disseminating information on the campus of Muhammadiyah University of Riau to become more effective and efficient and facilitate students in obtaining information. This application can be used by Lecturers and Students as recipient of information. The results of this study is a web-based application that can support the process of disseminating information on the campus of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. The research was built using the Waterfall software development method, using UML to document, specify, and model the system. Implemented using PHP programming language using Laravel Framework and using MySQL database and other supporting software.

Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. The design of expert systems for diagnosis of kidney disease is to build an expert system to diagnose kidney disease that provides information on diseases of the kidney through diagnosis of symptoms felt by sufferers with Web-based programming. Currently, if people want to diagnose with doctors to hospital or other health centers and have to wait their turn or queue to consult with doctors, to facilitate the consultation process needs a system that allows people to consult quickly, precisely and accurately. In designing this system using PHP and mysql programming language. The type of data collection obtained from the place of research, interviews with an expert, books and other literature. The method used in system development is Extreme Programming method which consists of Planning, Design, Coding, Test and Release. And the results of this design is to produce a system that provides information about kidney disease and help diagnose the disease through symptoms experienced.

RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a hospital that provides several classes of inpatient services. This hospital has 22 inpatient rooms, with a capacity of 409 beds. In the business process, there have been problems where there is no information on the display / picture of the room and bed, the facilities provided, room rates, rooms that are st ill empty and rooms that are already in use, this can result in longer service in registering inpatient care until it requires. time for 20 minutes. The research method that the authors do consists of data collection methods and systems development methods . For the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Meanwhile, the system development method that the author uses is the waterfall method with a framework of information systems built using Laravel, the database using MySQL, and for the code editing tool using sublime text. The result of this research is an information system of Dr. Inpatient Bed Room. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is website-based, the system runs according to its function based on the system test using the blacbox method

Technology is created for helping human’s activity to become easier,  including for activities in an office. The growth of the information technology has followed by growth of the computer technology as its proponent. Computer has high grade accuracy in processing data. By an information technology, human can process data become faster and easier. In this research, an employee payroll application system   was created the Ministry of Trade of the Republic  of  Indonesia. The  aim  was  to  simplify  the  payroll  process  and  organize payroll reporting process. The method that was used in this research is grounded research. Software used in this research are Java (Netbeans IDE version 8.0), MySQL 5.5.32, and XAMPP 3.2.1. The system development method to create a payroll information system was the waterfall method. The results of the study is a payroll application system with output in the form of employee reports, attendance reports, detailed salary reports, payroll reports, and pay slip reports.

Abstract - In running a medical equipment Inventory report PT. Bumi Permata Medika can still work conventionally, there are have problems in making reports. The number of stocks, the name of the item that must be recorded, causes data to be mixed and the need for a relatively longer time to do it, it must be done carefully. Lack of accurate information causes companies not to know the minimum storage limits and stages of medical equipment inventory for the next period. To overcome the problem at PT. Bumi Permata Medika in the supply of medical devices, the author makes information system inventory of medical devices using the program. To simplify the work in processing data on medical supplies that are useful.
