Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Keywords: Internal Office Application Meetings, Frameworks, Laravel, Meeting Information Systems. __________________________ Abstrak Organisasi merupakan suatu kesatuan yang merupakan sarana untuk mencapai berbagai tujuan atau sasaran yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan bersama. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. This writing discusses the creation of a correspondence filing information system with the aim of making it easier for the secretariat to archive letters in incoming and outgoing mail data at the Environmental Service, and minimizing data loss, and speeding up the process of retrieval of archived data at the time needed so as not to repetition of archiving so that it is faster and more precise. The development of information systems uses the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The results of this research can be implemented in the form of a web-based archiving information system.

“Information Systems of Attendance Detection and Media Submission of Lecturer Announcement by Using Engineering Introduction QR Code "is an application that serves to support the process of disseminating information on the campus of Muhammadiyah University of Riau to become more effective and efficient and facilitate students in obtaining information. This application can be used by Lecturers and Students as recipient of information. The results of this study is a web-based application that can support the process of disseminating information on the campus of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. The research was built using the Waterfall software development method, using UML to document, specify, and model the system. Implemented using PHP programming language using Laravel Framework and using MySQL database and other supporting software.

Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. Facilities provided in this information system are charging from ' registration ' fee installment, option packages, and reports data umrah applicants with various details.

The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Additionally, data storage has been using a database that can be accessed easily by users. Keywords        : Information systems, web, PHP, MySQL, MD-5 and session.

The Tawakal Jaya workshop previously used paper for data recording, goods ordering transaction, and promotion. This results in the manual system less efficient in saving time. Therefore it is necessary to design and development of Information Systems Ordering Goods Based Website at Workshop "Tawakal Jaya". The system is designed using context diagrams and data flow diagrams, while system development uses PHP programming language. System development method using Extreme Programming method which is a group of agile methods. The built system can be accessed online and then done the questionnaire so that it can be obtained that the use of the system can be accepted by the user due to time savings in processing data and transact in ordering goods.

The web-based South Pemalang Regency tourism information system is used as a tool in delivering information on tourist and cultural areas in Pemalang Regency to people who want to know tourist areas in Pemalang Regency. The web-based Pemalang Regency tourism information system is one form of regional tourism promotion in Pemalang Regency, in order to attract tourists to visit Pemalang Regency. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. The application development methodology that the author uses is the waterfall model. The programming language used is Sublime Text using mysql as the database. This research is useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in Pemalang Regency, so that people will be more familiar with regional tourism places in Pemalang Regency. The more tourists who visit, the income of the area and the surrounding community will increase.
