Student Perception of Computer Based Testing in Kwara State Nigeria

Computer Based Testing has become a prominent method in student assessment in Nigeria and student perception on this testing technique is paramount. This study examined the perception of undergraduate students towards computer based testing by comparing several modules studied by Undergraduate students in Nigeria which constitutes a major gap in literature. Results showed that majority of students preferred computer based testing to paper based testing but were not will to adopt this technique in all courses. Results further showed majority of students showed preference to paper based tests in Mathematics more than 50% of students had below average grades when the CBT technique was implemented. Similarly, students showed poor grades in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics, results further showed the relationship between computer and anxiety and performance in in Mathematics .This study has implications for university administrators in the creation of policies for Computer based testing

Pengujian Unit Plugin Pemberian Anotasi Efek Secara Semantik pada Proses Bisnis BPMN

Business process model was created to make it easier for business process stakeholders to communicate and discuss the structure of the process more effectively and efficiently. Business process models can also be business artifacts and media that can be analyzed further to improve and maintain organizational competitiveness. To analyze business processes in a structured manner, the effect/results of the execution of business processes will be one of the important information. The effect/result of the execution of certain activities or a business process as a whole are useful for managing business processes, including for improvements related to future business processes. This effect annotation approach needs to be supported by business process modeling tools to assist business analysts in managing business processes properly. In previous research, the author has developed a plugin that supports business analysts to describe the effects semantically attached to activities in the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) business process model. In this paper, the author describes the unit testing process and its results on the plugin of semantic effect annotation that have been developed. Unit testing was carried out using the basic path testing technique and has obtained three test paths. The results of unit test for plugin are also described in this paper.

This study analyzes the impact of capital design, productivity, profit strategy, firm development, also, firm size on the value of assembling organizations. Purposive testing technique was utilized and gotten 47 assembling organizations with 3 years perception, with all out 141 examples. This study aims to determine the effect of training, compensation, and work discipline on job satisfaction that has an impact on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor. This research uses a case study method with a quantitative research methodology that uses 200 respondents from PT. Astra Honda Motor in the Engineering Plant Division 1 to Plant 5, Purchasing Division (P & PC) Plant 2, Procurement Plant 2 Division, PPIC Plant 1 Division to Plant 5. In this study, the Likert scale was used to model the questionnaire. The statistical testing technique in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the SPSS series 22 program. Meanwhile for mahalanobise distance test, path analysis, and trimming use the Amos series 22 program.

Earnings Management is one of the efforts made by companies to manipulate the numbers in the financial statements so that the company's financial statements can be seen in good condition for investors and other stakeholders. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership structure, leverage, bonus compensation and company size on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed in BEI 2017-2019. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling so that the researchers found 55 companies that match the criteria in 2017- 2019, so that this study analyzed as many as 165. The testing technique in this research is in the form of classical assumption test, normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination coefficient test and T test. The results of the study indicate that Managerial Ownership Structure, Leverage, Bonus Compensation and Company Size do not significantly influence earnings management.

Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 96 customers of PT. Prodia Widyahusada Batam Branch. The sampling technique used is the questionnaire method and the reliability test data testing technique with Cronbach's Alpha. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that price, service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the variables of price, service quality and customer satisfaction that have been studied have a significant effect on customer loyalty variables. Then through the F test, it can be seen that the variables of price, service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty together. The Rsquare number of 0.358 indicates that 35.8 percent of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by one independent variable used in the regression equation. While the remaining 64.2 percent is explained by other variables outside the variables used in this study
