This research is based on the problems that exist in SMPN 13 Padang, namely the learning model that is less varied, students learning abilities are still low, teacher-centered learning. The effort that can be done to apply the scramble learning model with science literacy in the human respiratory system at SMPN 13. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of applying the scramble learning model with scientific literacy on the learning competencies of grade VIII students of SMP 13 Padang. This research was an experimental research with a randomized control group posttest only design. The study population was grade VIII students of SMP 13 Padang in the 2018/2019 academic year which spread to eight classes. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling. The results were selected class VIII.3 as the experimental class and class VIII.2 as the control class. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the t-test. The results of the study using the t-test can be concluded that the competency of students knowledge about the value of tcount 2.83> ttable 1.67, the competency attitudes of tcount 5.77> ttable 1.67, and competency skills of tcount 1.91> ttable 1.67. This point that the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of the scramble learning model with scientific literacy can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of grade VIII students of SMP 13 Padang.

This research is based on the problems that exist in Batusangkar 1 Junior High School, namely the learning model that is less varied, student learning abilities are still low, teacher-centered learning. The effort that can be done is to apply the snowball throwing learning model with scientific literacy in the material of Excretion System at Batusangkar 1 Junior High School. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the snowball throwing learning model containing scientific literacy on the learning competencies of class VIII students of Batusangkar 1 Junior High School. This study was an experimental study with a randomized posttest control group design. The study population was grade VIII students of SMPN 1Batusangkar in the academic year 2018/2019 which spread to nine classes. The research sample was taken using cluster random sampling. The results were selected class VIII.3 as the experimental class and class VIII.4 as the control class. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the t-test. The results of the study using the t-test can be concluded that the competency of student knowledge about the value of tcount 4.31> ttable 1.67, in the attitude of competency the tcount 5.41> ttable 1.67, and competency skills tcount 3.85> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of the snowball throwing model with scientific literacy can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of class VIII Batusangkar 1 Junior High School.

ABSTRACTThis research is based on the problems that exist in SMPN 18 Padang, students learning competencies are still low. Efforts that can be made are applying the learning model Power of Two with scientific literacy on digestive system material at SMPN 18 Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the competency of students through the model The power of twowith scientific literacy in the material of human digestive systems in SMPN 18 Padang.This type of research is experimental research with a randomized control group posttest only design. The population in this study were all class VIII SMPN 18 Padang registered in the 2018/2019. Sampling was done using technique Simple Random Sampling, which was chosen as the sample of the study was class VIII.6 as the experimental and  VIII.7 as the control class. The instruments used were in the form of questions posttest for knowledge competencies, observation sheets for attitude and skills. The hypothesis was tested using the t-test, can be concluded that the competence of learners knowledge tcount 5,72> ttable 1.67, the competence of attitude  value tcount 1,84> ttable 1,67, and the competency of skills value tcount 3.39> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. This research aims to know the positive effect of think talk write model toward students’ learning competencies in grade XI MIPA SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang. The type of this research is quasi experimental with randomized control group posttest only design. Population of this research is all of students grade XI MIPA SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang which is registered in 2018/2019, acounted 158 students from five classes. It’s purposive sampling. The results were selected class XI MIPA 5 as experimental class and class XI MIPA 4 as a control class. The instruments used were in the form of questions posttest for knowledge competency, observation sheets for attitude and skills competency. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the t-test. The results of the study using the t-test it can be concluded that the competency of students' knowledge of the value of tcount 1,82> ttable 1.67, in the competency attitude the value of tcount is 2,30> ttable 1.67, and the competence of value skills tcount 1,80> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of think talk write models with scientific literacy is positively affected toward students’ learning competency in SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang.

Efforts that can be done are applying the learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) with scientific literacy in the  Ecology material at senior high school 10 Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the learning model that Teams Games Tournamen (TGT) contained scientific literacy to the learning competencies of Grade X students of senior high school 10 Padang. This research is an experimental research with randomized control group posttest only design. The study population is the students of Grade X senior high school 10 Padang 2018/ 2019 academic year which spread into eight classes. Sampling research using simple random sampling. The results were selected class X.8 as experimental class and class X.5 as a control class. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the t-test. The results of the study using the t-test it can be concluded that the competency of students' knowledge of the value of tcount 3.34> ttable 1.67, in the competency attitude the value of tcount 2.15> ttable 1.67, the competency attitudes tcount 5.26> ttable 1.67, and the competence of value skills tcount 1.95> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of TGT models with scientific literacy can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of class X students of senior high school 10 Padang.

The results of the study using the t-test it can be concluded that the competency of students' knowledge of the value of tcount 3,34> ttable 1.67, in the competency attitude the value of tcount is 1,84> ttable 1.67, and the competence of value skills tcount 1,85> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of TGT models with scientific literacy can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of class VIII students of junior high school 28 Padang.

This research is based on the problems that exist in SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, which have an impact on the low learning outcomes of students. Efforts that can be made are implement the learning model Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) with scientific literacy on respiratory system material at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the competency of students through the model Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) with scientific literacy in the material of human respiratory system in SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam. This type of research is experimental research with a Randomized control group posttest only design. The population in this study were all class XI IPA SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam registered in the 2018/2019. Sampling was done using technique Purposive Sampling, which was chosen as the sample of the study was class XI IPA 4 as the experimental and XI IPA 3 as the control class. The instruments used were in the form of questions posttest for knowledge competency, observation sheets for attitude and skills. The hypothesis was tested using the t-test, can be concluded that the competence of learners knowledge tcount 3,80 > ttable 1.67, the competence of attitude  value tcount 3,61 > ttable 1,67, and the competency of skills value tcount 2,00 > ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. Concluded that the application of model Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) with scientific literacy can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of students class XI IPA of SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the learning model that Problem Based Learning (PBL)contained scientific literacy to the learning competencies of Grade VIII students of 29 SMP Negeri Padang. This research is an experimental research with randomized control group posttest only design. The study population is the students of class VIII Junior high school 29 padang 2018/2019 academic year which spread into nine classes. Sampling research using simple random sampling. The results were selected class VIII.3 as experimental class and class VIII.4 as a control class.The hypothesis in this study was tested using the t-test. The results of the study using the t-test it can be concluded that the competency of students' knowledge of the value of tcount3,34> ttable 1.67, in the competency attitude the value of tcount4.26> ttable 1.67, and the competence of value skills tcount 4.21> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. This research is based on the problems that exist in Padang 33 SMP 33, namely the learning model that is less varied, the learning competency of students is still low. Efforts that can be done are applying the firing line learning model on pests and diseases in plants at 33 SMP Negeri Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the firing line learning model on the learning competencies of Grade VIII students of SMP 33 Padang. This type of research is experimental research with a randomized control group posttest only design. The population in this study were all class VIII SMP 33 Padang which were registered in the 2018/2019 Academic Year totaling six classes. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique, which was chosen as the sample of the study was class VIII.1 as the experimental class and class VIII.2 as the control class. The instruments used were in the form of posttest questions for knowledge competencies, observation sheets for attitude and skills competencies. Based on the results of the study using the t-test, it can be concluded that the knowledge competencies of students t count 3.02> t table 1.67, the competency attitudes tcount 5.38> t table 1.67, and competence skills t count 4.39 > t table 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of the firing line learning model can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of class VIII students of SMP 33 Padang

Understanding the concept of students' material, concepts, reasoning, formulas and problems related to physics for learning and participation, active and motivated students were increasingly low, predictable when explaining a concept, the teacher does not associate the material with student’s real world. Need to create a joyous atmosphere and conducive learning so that students become interested in following the lesson, motivated, active and participating. Therefore, if it were necessary research to see the effect of CTL associated Think-pair-share Technique in improving the understanding of physics concepts. The research hypothesis is that there is a meaningful impact CTL associated Think-pair-share Technique in improving the understanding of physics concepts. This type of research is an experimental research design randomized control group only design. The study population was the whole class. Sampling through random sampling techniques and obtained experimental class (class VIII-1) and the control class (VIII-3). Data analysis techniques in the view of understanding the concept of student t test. The results were obtained understanding of the concepts of physics experiment grade students was higher than the control class. After using the t test obtained t = 6:24 larger than table = 1.99802 on the real level of 0.05 and df = 66. This means that the research hypothesis (H_i) which reads "There Influence Means CTL associated Think-pair-share Technique in improving the understanding of physics concepts "accepted standard of 0:05.

The problem at SMAN 5 Solok Selatan is the low level of student learning competencies which includes aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Efforts that can be done are applying the LC 5E learning model on ecological material at Solok Selatan 5 High School. This type of research is a semi-experimental research design, namely the Randomized Control-Group Posttest Only Design. The population in the study of all students of class X MIPA SMAN 5 Solok Selatan who were enrolled in the 2018/2019 Academic Year amounted to 111 people grouped in four classes. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, class X MIPA 2 as experimental class I and class X MIPA 1 as experimental class II (control). Instruments in the form of posttest questions for knowledge competencies, observation sheets for attitude competencies and product assessment for skills competencies. Based on the results of the study using the t-test on the competency of students' knowledge the value of tcount was 3.012>1.67 t table, and the competency skill was tcount 3.67>1.67 t table. In the attitude competence of the experimental class 83% are good categories while the control class is 72% with sufficient categories. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted in the competence of knowledge, attitudes and skills. The conclusion of the study is that the LC 5E learning model has a positive effect on students' learning competencies in ecological material at SMAN 5 Solok Selatan.
