This chapter examines the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on university business education within the context of a post-pandemic era which has created the “new global normal.” The speed at which a nation's society and economy will recover in the “new global normal” shall largely determine the degree to which business organizations and university business education in different nations reinvent themselves to meet the new global transitions brought on by the pandemic. This will entail being more innovative with products, services, organizational structure, and business modeling than in the past. The chapter suggests university business education focuses on entrepreneurial leadership to combat post-pandemic uncertainty which is a complex situation requiring a delicate “balancing act” between practice and theory that considers its effect on global income inequality to be successful for all societies.

The process of shaping an entrepreneurial identity is emerging as a focal point in the field of entrepreneurship. Scholarly efforts to date have turned attention to what happens during the process of identity creation, how, and why. In this article, we seek to extend the current literature by examining how entrepreneurs mold their entrepreneurial identities while enacting circular business models. Specifically, identity construction under circular business modeling is proposed as a negotiation process whereby the conflict mechanisms by which entrepreneurs construct their entrepreneurial identities are highly influenced by stakeholders’ interests. Propositions regarding the inherence of stakeholders are presented and discussed.

In today's information era, the ability to do business or carry out activities is reliant on the availability of information technology is needed in most of the business sector. Along with the expansion of information technology, however, it frequently introduces new problems such as data redundancy, technological platforms, and excessive information technology spending. To avoid the problem that frequently happens, organizations require IS planning that may create alignment between IT and the business. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a Zachman Framework-based Enterprise architecture methodology. The first stage is Planning Initialization, which aims to design information technology for the future utilizing the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) process (starting), second, we'll look at business modeling, systems, and present technology (where we are now) , third, data architecture, applications, and technology (recommendations), and fourth, implementation (Achievements). The existence of a recommendation or blueprint given to the Sindangjaya Ward Office is expected to solve in the resolution of problems at the ward office, and it is hoped that the method used can be applied and understood when the need for future development, particularly in the IT field.

Abstract: Roeleven and Broer reveal that more than 66% of EA programs do not live up to expectations due to a failure to demonstrate sufficient value for the business. Business architecture has an important role to help companies achieve the desired business values. An organization also depends on how well the information provided on each artifact especially in the architectural business phase. That way, failure in business modeling can also have an impact on EA implementationw. Modeling artifacts in a good architectural business phase can help to avoid mistakes from the start, because the quality of the business modeling model will have an impact on the quality of information system design. Therefore, it need to test the quality of the model on every artifact in the architectural business, because many business models are not always of high quality. To have a high quality EA, one of them is by identifying a conceptual quality framework approach. There are six principles that must be considered when assessing the quality of a company model, in this study using the quality of the business architecture validity model with six attributes using the formal Petri net method.

The monograph examines the practice of monitoring the sustainability of enterprises that are characterized by a high duration of the production (technological) cycle of manufacturing products. Such enterprises form such industries as ship and aircraft construction, heavy engineering, and radio electronics. Based on the identification of the features of economic behavior associated with the duration of the production cycle, the authors prove that monitoring and evaluation of the sustainability of such enterprises should be carried out using special methods and algorithms based on the use of the concept of business modeling. The monograph is based on the materials of shipbuilding as the most typical industry, which is formed by enterprises with a long production cycle. It can be useful for specialists in the evaluation of companies, accounting employees, managers of organizations, employees of scientific and consulting firms, students of business schools, teachers, graduate students and university students studying in the areas of training "Management" and "Economics", as well as in engineering and technology areas, and all students of the disciplines of economic, organizational and management cycles.
