Penggunaan energi pada bangunan berdampak pada lingkungan. Berdasarkan sektor kegiatannya, penggunaan energi pada bangunan didominasi oleh kegiatan operasional bangunan. Dalam mengidentifikasi penggunaan energi listrik pada kegiatan operasional bangunan, aspek yang paling krusial untuk dibahas yaitu dari segi aspek perilaku. Aspek perilaku berkaitan dengan kesadaran penghuni bangunan terhadap pentingnya menggunakan energi dengan optimal. Hal tersebut sering disebut pro-environmental behavior. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku penghuni dalam mengkonsumsi energi jika dilihat dari sisi negatif pengguna, yaitu perilaku boros energi. Penelitian akan mengungkapkan hubungan korelasional antara kategori perilaku boros energi dan kategori alasan berperilaku boros energi. Selain itu penelitian juga mengungkapkan perbedaan antar karakteristik penghuni bangunan terhadap kategori perilaku boros energi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif-kuantitatif yang bersifat eksplanatori yakni mencari hubungan antar variabel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei online yang dibagikan secara snowball-non-random-sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kategori perilaku boros energi yaitu “gawai”, “penerangan”, “elektronik”, “kendaraan”, “air”, “alat rumah tangga”, dan “setrika”. Sementara kategori alasan berperilaku boros energi yaitu “ketidakpedulian”, “kebiasaan”, “keterpaksaan”, dan “kebutuhan”. Kategori “ketidakpedulian” berhubungan dengan kategori “elektronik” dan “air”, kategori “kebiasaan” berhubungan dengan kategori “gawai” dan “setrika”, kategori “keterpaksaan” berhubungan dengan kategori “kendaraan” dan “alat rumah tangga”, sementara kategori “kebutuhan” berhubungan dengan kategori “kendaraan”. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa perbedaan jenis kelamin penghuni memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kategori “setrika”, perbedaan pekerjaan penghuni memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kategori “kendaraan” dan “alat rumah tangga”, sementara perbedaan tingkat penghasilan penghuni memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kategori “air”.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi perilaku ramah lingkungan mahasiswa yang telah selesai menempuh mata kuliah Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup (PLH). Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UNNES angkatan 2016. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling sejumlah 121 mahasiswa. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis deksriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental behavior yang dimiliki mahasiswa dalam kategori cukup, mahasiswa memiliki perilaku yang tinggi dalam hal penghematan dan penggunaan sumber energi, penggunaan alat transportasi yang ramah lingkungan, dan pemakaian barang yang menyebabkan limbah. Namun demikian memiliki kelemahan atas perilaku dalam pengolahan limbah, konsumsi bahan-bahan makanan ramah lingkungan, enggan untuk aktif dalam organisasi lingkungan serta belum dapat memanfaatkan media sosial yang dimiliki untuk kegiatan lingkungan. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya praktik calon wirausaha industri kreatif dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan, dan optimalisasi kinerja kader konservasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya terlibat dalam organisasi lingkungan.

This research aim to find out the effect of knowledge of ecosystem concept in outdoor and indoor environmental learning to responsible environmental students behavior. The research was conducted in SMAN 5 Bekasi using experiment methods. This researh nvolving  70 students chosen by using cluster random sampling. The data analysis and interpretation indicated that: 1.Overall, there is not effect between of the ecosystem concept knowledge to responsible environmental students behavior. 2. Students with high knowledge about ecosystems concept who treated with outdoor environmental learning is higher than indoor in  the responsible environmental behavior of students 3. Students with low knowledge about ecosystems concept who treated with outdoor environmental learning is lower than indoor in  the responsible environmental behavior of students Therefore, indoor and outdoor environmental learning implemented in school must be attentionknowledge of ecosystem concept in order to effect to responsible environmental students behavior.   Key words: outdoor and indoor environmental learning, knowledge of ecosystem concept, responsible environmental students behavior

Intention to act and environmental issues knowledge has been assumed as the two variables which affect people’s environmental behavior. This study aimed at determining the correlations between variables (i.e. intention to act, environmental issues knowledge, and environmental behavior) on biology teachers in State High Schools of Pandeglang Regency. This survey research used quantitative approach. The sample was 51 teachers chosen using simple random sampling.  Meanwhile, the population was 61 teachers in State High Schools of Pandeglang Regency. The data gained were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that environmental knowledge gives direct impact on environmental behavior with coefficient value was 0.472. The same phenomena were also occurred in the intention to act towards the teachers’ environmental behavior (0.508). In addition, the intention to act was directly influenced by environmental knowledge (0.364), while the environmental behavior was indirectly affected by environmental knowledge (0.185). Thus, the findings of this study can be basic information to determine the most proper strategy to cultivate a good environmental behavior.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel dan penelitian komparasi untuk mengetahui perbedaan tiap variabel berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Prodi Teknik Lingkungan Fakultas Teknik Unlam sebanyak 50 orang dipilih secara purpossive random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosional dan kuesioner perilaku pro-lingkungan. Analisa data menggunakan analisis korelasi, analisis kovarian, dan uji t melalui SPSS versi 19.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan, tidak ada perbedaan kecerdasan emosional dan perilaku pro-lingkungan di antara berjenis kelamin berbeda, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara mean skor kecerdasan emosional laki-laki dengan perempuan dan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara mean skor perilaku pro-lingkungan laki-laki dengan perempuan Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Perilaku Pro-Lingkungan, Jenis Kelamin. This study is a correlation study to determine the relationship between variables and comparative study to determine the differences of variables base on gender. The subject in this study is students of Environmental Engineering Program Study, Faculty of Engineering, Unlam with 50 subject that chosen by purpossive random sampling. The method to collecting data are using emotional intelligence scale and pro-environmental behavior questionnaire. Data analysis are using correlation analysis, analysis of covariance, and t test with SPSS version 19.0. Based on the results of the correlation analysis is found the relationship between emotional intelligence with pro-environmental behavior, there is found no difference in emotional intelligence and pro-environmental behavior base on gender and there is found no significant difference between the mean each variables score of male and female.  Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Pro-Environmental Behavior.

The objective of this research is to know: 1) the relationship between Ecosystem Knowledge with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community, 2) the relationship between Locus of Control with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community, 3) the relationship between Naturalisttic Intelegence with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community and 4) the relationship between Ecosystem Knowledge, Locus of Control and Natulalisttic Intelegece with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community. The research was conducted at Grogol Petamburan regencies of Jakarta province with 90 of respondets. Sample was taken by multi stageS random sampling technique. The result of the study showed that: (1) there was a positive correlation between Ecosystem Knowledge with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community, (2) there was a positive correlation Locus of Control with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community, (3) there was a positive correlationship between Naturalisttic Intelegence with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community, and (4) there was a positive correlation between Ecosystem Knowledge, Locus of Control and Natulalisttic Intelegence with Pro Environmental Behavior of Grogol Petamburan Community.It can be concluded that Ecosystem Knowledge, Locus of Control and Naturalisttic Intelegence can increase the Pro Environmental Behavior of Community.

Investigations which require electron microscope examination of a few specific areas of non-homogeneous tissues make random sampling of small blocks an inefficient and unrewarding procedure. Therefore, several investigators have devised methods which allow obtaining sample blocks for electron microscopy from region of tissue previously identified by light microscopy of present here techniques which make possible: 1) sampling tissue for electron microscopy from selected areas previously identified by light microscopy of relatively large pieces of tissue; 2) dehydration and embedding large numbers of individually identified blocks while keeping each one separate; 3) a new method of maintaining specific orientation of blocks during embedding; 4) special light microscopic staining or fluorescent procedures and electron microscopy on immediately adjacent small areas of tissue.
