Due to various factors, the learning process of business English is mostly autonomous learning. However, the traditional autonomous learning model is difficult to effectively improve the learning effect of business English. In order to improve the business English learning model, based on artificial intelligence and improved BP network model, this paper builds a business intelligence autonomous learning system with certain intelligence. Moreover, this paper designs functional modules for the characteristics of business English learners, and combines the self-learning needs to facilitate the processing of structural functions, so that students can complete the operation independently. The system sets up multiple functional modules, conducts guided recommendation learning according to the characteristics of the self-learning process, and combines the feedback system to correct the shortcomings in students’ autonomous learning. Through this system, teachers can perform a variety of operations offline and eliminate restrictions on location and teaching time. In addition, in order to verify the performance of the model, the experimental study was conducted by setting up a control group and an experimental group. The research results show that the model constructed in this paper has good performance.

The involvement of artificial intelligence in biomedicine promises better support for decision-making both in conventional and research medical practice. Yet two important issues emerge in relation to personal data handling, and the influence of AI on patient/doctor relationships. The development of AI algorithms presupposes extensive processing of big data in biobanks, for which procedures of compliance with data protection need to be ensured. This article addresses this problem in the framework of the EU legislation (GDPR) and explains the legal prerequisites pertinent to various categories of health data. Furthermore, the self-learning systems of AI may affect the fulfillment of medical duties, particularly if the attending physicians rely on unsupervised applications operating beyond their direct control. The article argues that the patient informed consent prerequisite plays a key role here, not only in conventional medical acts but also in clinical research procedures.

In order to further develop the self-learning mode of flash animation course under the open studio mode, it is necessary to reform the courses. Under the open studio mode, the reform of self-learning mode of flash animation course needs to be carried out under the premise of a comprehensive understanding of the purpose and goal of education. Flash animation course, as a course with strong application and operation, focuses on training students’ practical design and operation ability. It is a course suitable for teachers to guide students’ learning process. Under the open studio mode, the reform of self-learning mode of flash animation course must put forward higher requirements for teachers and learners in order to promote the development of education.

<p>Abstract<br />Have we become inspirational teachers? Why should be an inspirational teacher? Have our students answered “Master is inspiration” when someone asks “children, what do you think about your teacher?” Good teachers who inspire teachers for learners, for example, advice, build learners to learn fun not stress and children are not afraid. Professional teachers should be able to educate children to be brave. Learning resources, all sources either in the form of data, people and certain forms that can be driven learners. Inspiration is interpreted with creative ideas that arise from within the self after an external stimulus. Therefore, teachers should be able to become “stimulants” for their students, inspiring for inspiration so that children can always be encouraged to bring up ideas, ideas, thoughts, actions, values, and positive creativity. Learning is the most priority activity in school activities. In the learning activities, the teacher is like a captain who controls the pace of the learning process in the classroom. In this learning process, teachers are required to be able to plan, design and implement approach / learning model using the method until the proper learnin media. The principles of APE are principles of productivity, creativity, activity, effective and efficient, and interesting and fun. From a material perspective, APE must be able to develop thinking power (cognition), rapid power, language, motor and skill aspects. Through tools used as a means of play, so that the child is expected to develop the function of intelligence, emotion and spiritual so that emerging intelligence that skyrocketed.<br />Keywords: My Teacher Inspiration, My Student Source<br />Abstrak<br />Sudahkah kita menjadi guru inspiratif? Mengapa harus menjadi guru inspiratif? Sudahkah siswa kita akan menjawab “Guru adalah inspirasi” ketika ada orang yang bertanya tentang “Nak, bagaimana pendapatmu tentang gurumu?”Guru yang baik guru yang menginspirasi untuk peserta didik, sebagai teladan, contoh, nasehat membangun peserta didik agar belajar menyenangkan tidak tertekan dan anak tidak takut. Guru profesional harus dapat mendidik anak menjadi berani. Sumber belajar, semua sumber baik berupa data, orang dan wujud tertentu yang dapat digerak peserta didik. Inspirasi dimaknai dengan gagasan-gagasan kreatif yang muncul dari dalam diri setelah ada rangsangan dari luar. Maka dari itu, guru harus bisa menjadi “perangsang” bagi siswanya, memberi inspirasi demi inspirasi agar anak senantiasa dapat terdorong untuk memunculkan ide, gagasan, pemikiran, tindakan, nilai, hingga kretifitas yang positif. Belajar merupakan kegiatan paling prioritas dalam aktifitas di sekolah. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, guru bagaikan nahkoda yang mengontrol laju proses pembelajaran di kelas. Dalam proses pembelajaran ini, guru dituntut untuk bisa merencanakan, merancang hingga melaksanakan pendekatan/model pembelajaran menggunakan metode hingga media pembelajaran yang tepat.</p>

Abstract Information fusion is an important part of numerous neural network systems and other machine learning models. However, there exist some problems about fusion in scene understanding and recognition of complex environment, such as difficulty in feature extraction, small sample size and interpretability of the model. Deep reinforcement learning can combine the perception ability of deep learning with the decision-making ability of reinforcement learning to learn control strategies directly from high-dimensional original data. However, It faces these challenges, such as low optimization efficiency, poor generality of network model, small labeled samples, explainable decisions for users without a strong background on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Therefore, at the level of application and theoretical research, this paper aims to solve the above problems,the main contributions include: (1)optimize the feature representation methods based on spatial-temporal feature of the behavior characteristics in the scene, deep metric learning between adjacent layers and cross-layer learning theory, and then propose a lightweight reinforcement learning network model to solve these problems of the complexity of the model to be explained, the difficulty of extracting feature and the difficulty of tuning parameter; (2)construct the self-paced learning strategy of the deep reinforcement learning model, introduce transfer learning mechanism in the optimization process, and solve the problem of low optimization efficiency and small labeled samples; (3)design the behavior recognition framework of the multi-perspective deep knowledge transfer learning model, construct a explainable behavior descriptor, and solve the problems of poor network generality and weak 1explanation of network. Our research is of great theoretical and practical significance in the fields of artificial intelligence and public security.

There are different views on self-regulation in the learning process, how it has to be monitored, controlled, which are the circumstances and external factors that affect independent learning. Dominant are the opinions in which the self-regulation is treated as interaction of processes related to the personality, behavioural and contextual processes. Special attention has been given to motivational strategies and students? desire to focus on goals. By enabling students to make decisions, set their own goals, make a choice, plan and organize activities, the development of self-learning and student autonomy is being encouraged. If students are given the opportunity of independent activities, effect of self-control in the process of learning and self-regulation becomes more pronounced. The paper will explain the factors that influence the process of self-learning that takes place in regular teaching with the help of map as the basic geographic media.
