<p>The most important influence of this assessment is to analyze some new operational laws based on confidential levels (CLs) for complex Pythagorean fuzzy (CPF) settings. Moreover, to demonstrate the closeness between finite numbers of alternatives, the conception of confidence CPF weighted averaging (CCPFWA), confidence CPF ordered weighted averaging (CCPFOWA), confidence CPF weighted geometric (CCPFWG), and confidence CPF ordered weighted geometric (CCPFOWG) operators are invented. Several significant features of the invented works are also diagnosed. Moreover, to investigate the beneficial optimal from a large number of alternatives, a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) analysis is analyzed based on CPF data. A lot of examples are demonstrated based on invented works to evaluate the supremacy and ability of the initiated works. For massive convenience, the sensitivity analysis and merits of the identified works are also explored with the help of comparative analysis and they're graphical shown.</p>

In this article, we proposed new Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy aggregation information—namely, the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (PTULFEWA) operator, the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging (PTULFEOWA) operator, and the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein hybrid weighted averaging (PTULFEHWA) operator—using the Einstein operational laws. We studied some important properties of the suggested aggregation operators and showed that the PTULFEHWA is more general than the other proposed operators, which simplifies these aggregation operators. Furthermore, we presented a multiple attribute group decision making (MADM) process for the proposed aggregation operators under the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy (PTULF) environment. A numerical example was constructed to determine the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed approach. Lastly, a comparative analysis was performed of the presented approach with existing approaches to show that the proposed method is consistent and provides more information that may be useful for complex problems in the decision-making process.

We develop some new linguistic aggregation operators based on confidence levels. Firstly, we introduce the confidence linguistic weighted averaging (CLWA) operator and the confidence linguistic ordered weighted averaging (CLOWA) operator. These two new linguistic aggregation operators are able to consider the confidence level of the aggregated arguments provided by the information providers. We also study some of their properties. Then, based on the generalized means, we introduce the confidence generalized linguistic ordered weighted averaging (CGLOWA) operator. The main advantage of the CGLOWA operator is that it includes a wide range of special cases such as the CLOWA operator, the confidence linguistic ordered weighted quadratic averaging (CLOWQA) operator, and the confidence linguistic ordered weighted geometric (CLOWG) operator. Finally, we develop an application of the new approach in a multicriteria decision-making under linguistic environment and illustrate it with a numerical example.

Abstract The confidence levels can reduce the influence of the unreasonable evaluation value was given by the decision maker on the decision-making results. The Archimedean t-norm and t-conorm (ATS) also have many advantages for the processing of uncertain data. Under this environment, the confidence q-rung orthopair fuzzy aggregation operators based on ATS is one of the most successful extensions of confidence q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers (Cq-ROFNs) in which decrease the deviation caused by the subjective perspective of the decision maker in the multicriteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems. In this paper, we propose weighted, ordered weighted averaging aggregation operators and weighted, ordered weighted geometric aggregation operators based on ATS, respectively. Moreover, the properties and four specific forms associated with aggregation operators are also investigated. In this study, a novel MCGDM approach is introduced by using the proposed operator. A reasonable example is proposed and compared the results which are obtained by our operators and that in existing literature, so as to verify the rationality and flexible of our method. From the study, we concluded that the proposed method can reduce the impact of extreme data, and makes decision-making results more reasonable by considering the attitudes of decision-makers.

In this paper, triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (TCHFEWA) operator, triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging (TCHFEOWA) operator and triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy Einstein hybrid weighted averaging (TCHFEHWA) operator are proposed. An approach to multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic information is developed based on the TCHFEWA and the TCHFEHWA operators. Furthermore, we establish various properties of these operators and derive the relationship between the proposed operators and the existing aggregation operators. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the application of the established approach.

An m-polar fuzzy set is a powerful mathematical model to analyze multipolar, multiattribute, and multi-index data. The m-polar fuzzy sets have appeared as a useful tool to portray uncertainty in multiattribute decision making. The purpose of this article is to analyze the aggregation operators under the m-polar fuzzy environment with the help of Dombi norm operations. In this article, we develop some averaging and geometric aggregation operators using Dombi t-norm and t-conorm to handle uncertainty in m-polar fuzzy (mF, henceforth) information, which are mF Dombi weighted averaging (mFDWA) operator, mF Dombi ordered weighted averaging (mFDOWA) operator, mF Dombi hybrid averaging (mFDHA) operator, mF Dombi weighted geometric (mFDWG) operator, mF Dombi weighted ordered geometric operator, and mF Dombi hybrid geometric (mFDHG) operator. We investigate properties, namely, idempotency, monotonicity, and boundedness, for the proposed operators. Moreover, we give an algorithm to solve multicriteria decision-making issues which involve mF information with mFDWA and mFDWG operators. To prove the validity and feasibility of the proposed model, we solve two numerical examples with our proposed models and give comparison with mF-ELECTRE-I approach (Akram et al. 2019) and mF Hamacher aggregation operators (Waseem et al. 2019). Finally, we check the effectiveness of the developed operators by a validity test.

The objective of this study was to create a logarithmic decision-making approach to deal with uncertainty in the form of a picture fuzzy set. Firstly, we define the logarithmic picture fuzzy number and define the basic operations. As a generalization of the sets, the picture fuzzy set provides a more profitable method to express the uncertainties in the data to deal with decision making problems. Picture fuzzy aggregation operators have a vital role in fuzzy decision-making problems. In this study, we propose a series of logarithmic aggregation operators: logarithmic picture fuzzy weighted averaging/geometric and logarithmic picture fuzzy ordered weighted averaging/geometric aggregation operators and characterized their desirable properties. Finally, a novel algorithm technique was developed to solve multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems with picture fuzzy information. To show the superiority and the validity of the proposed aggregation operations, we compared it with the existing method, and concluded from the comparison and sensitivity analysis that our proposed technique is more effective and reliable.

This article puts forward an innovative notion of complex picture fuzzy set (CPFS) which is particularly an extension and a generalization of picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) by the addition of phase term in the description of PFSs. The uniqueness of CPFS lies in the capability to manage the uncertainty and periodicity, simultaneously, due to the presence of phase term which broadens the range of CPFS from a real plane to the complex plane of unit disk. We describe and verify the fundamental operations and properties of CPFSs. We introduce the aggregation operators, namely; complex picture fuzzy power averaging and complex picture fuzzy power geometric operators in CPFSs environment, based on weighted and ordered weighted averaging and geometric operators. We construct multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem, using these operators and describe a numerical example to illustrate the validity and competence of this article. Finally, we discuss the advantages of this generalized concept of aggregation technique and analyze a comparative study to demonstrate the superiority and consistency of our model.

In this paper, a new concept of the triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy numbers (TNCFNs), their score and accuracy functions are introduced. Based on TNCFNs, some new Einstein aggregation operators, such as the triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (TNCFEWA), triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging (TNCFEOWA) and triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy Einstein hybrid weighted averaging (TNCFEHWA) operators are developed. Furthermore, their application to multiple-attribute decision-making with triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy (TNCF) information is discussed. Finally, a practical example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
