Relevance. In children, post-traumatic complications in the teeth with incomplete formation of the root often lead to stopping the development of the root and premature loss of teeth. The instability of the results of endodontic treatment with calcium hydroxide preparations leads to the search for new treatments. Materials based on tricalcium phosphate ceramics attract attention because they contribute to the regeneration of bone tissue. Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of endodontic treatment of post-traumatic periodontitis of permanent teeth with incomplete root formation using bioceramics based on biological hydroxyapatite "Osteopatite ceramic" brand "OK 015". Materials and methods. In children aged 9-15 years, 17 permanent teeth with post-traumatic complications were treated. In 12 cases, this was chronic granulating periodontitis. For a prolonged temporary obturation of root canals, a paste was used, which was prepared by mixing metronidazole and "OK 015" granules. The treatment was monitored every other day, 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Permanent root canal filling was performed after apexification. Results. In the early stages of the observation of complications of treatment was not observed. 3 months after treatment, bone structure regeneration was activated, in 1 tooth – apexification. After 6 months, the positive dynamics of bone regeneration was observed in 100 % of children. X-ray reconstruction of bone tissue was confirmed in 35,3 % of cases, apexification occurred in 41,2 %. After 9 months, bone resection was observed in 59 % of cases, apexification – in 64 % of the teeth. After 12 months, bone tissue recovery occurred in 76,5 % of cases, in 94 % – apexification. Thus, the rate of apexification is ahead of the processes of reparative osteogenesis. The formation of a mineralized barrier is not always accompanied by a complete restoration of the structure of the periapical bone. Conclusion. Material based on biological hydroxyapatite "Osteoapatite ceramic" brand "OK 015" for temporary obturation of the root canal promotes apexification and regeneration of bone tissue in the periapical region in the process of endodontic treatment of permanent teeth with unformed root in children.

Subject. In this article, the problem of integrating the repaid teeth has been studied. Data on the fibroosteointegration of the replanted teeth were obtained on the basis of clinical and additional research methods. Goal. To study the features of the regeneration of bone tissue in the periapical zone of the implantable teeth. Methodology. The patient, C., 41, complained of a partial absence of teeth. As a result of examination of the mouth and analysis of the orthopantomogram, significant destruction of the crown part of the teeth of the upper and lower jaws was revealed. Based on the data obtained, a decision was made to remove them with subsequent replantation. Three months after the implantation, an orthopantomogram was performed. According to the data of roentgenography, uniform filling of the root canal with cement along the entire length was revealed, trabecular bone tissue in the region of the tips of the roots of the resplanted teeth is consistent. With the support of the implantable teeth, non-removable cermet structures were installed. Later, prosthetics was performed with removable orthopedic prostheses. Results. After 2 years as a result of a follow-up examination, there was no pathological mobility in the resplanted teeth, the patient did not present any complaints. On intraoral virological images of the teeth 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 3.4, the trabecular bone tissue in the projection of the apex of the roots is consistent, the inflammatory foci are not revealed. On the whole surface of the roots of the teeth 1.1-1.3 periodontal space can be traced throughout the root. Bone tissue in the region of the roots of these teeth without pathology. This observation may allow us to make an assumption about fibroosteointegration of these teeth. Conclusions. Based on the results of the treatment and analysis of X-ray data from two-year follow-up, we found no abnormal mobility in the resplanted teeth, bone tissue in the apex of these teeth is well-founded, orthopedic structures supported by the resplanted teeth are stable.

Introduction: In recent years, procedures with the use of dental implants have increased worldwide, reaching approximately one million dental implants per year. In recent years, a platelet concentrate called FRP (fibrin-rich plasma) has been the subject of clinical studies. Associated with this, the biomaterial Bio-Oss® (Geistlich), as it is biodegradable, biocompatible, non-toxic, and has low immunogenicity, and bio stimulators can act in the regeneration of bone tissue, as it establishes with the cells the appropriate biological niche (favorable microenvironment) for bone growth. Objective: Therefore, the present study aimed to evaluate, through a brief systematic review, the results that involve bone formation for dental implantation, with the use of biomaterials such as fibrin-rich plasma and Bio-Oss®. Methods: The model used for the review was PRISMA. Was used databases such as Scopus, Scielo, Lilacs, Google Scholar, PubMed. Results: Fibrin-rich plasma (FRP) as an autologous biomaterial for use in oral and maxillofacial surgery presents most leukocytes, platelets, and growth factors, forming a fibrin matrix, with three-dimensional architecture. The Bio-Oss® biomaterial (Geistlich), as it is biodegradable, biocompatible, non-toxic, and has low immunogenicity and bio stimulators can act in the regeneration of bone tissue, since it establishes with the adenomatous mesenchymal stem cells the appropriate biological niche for bone growth and, thus, allowing the dental implant to be as effective as possible. Conclusion: The use of FRP associated with Bio-Oss® seems to illustrate high success rates with minimal costs, which may reduce the amount of bone graft needed to fill the sinus cavity, reducing the costs of the procedure.

Managing bone tissue regeneration is a key problem in traumatology and orthopedics. The researches proved that thyroid hormones affect hemostasis and reparative regeneration of bone tissue favorably and promote osteogenesis and bone consolidation. The aim of this research is to study the influence of disturbed reparative regeneration on the concentration of thyroid hormones in blood in the dynamics. Experimental research on rabbits (n=12) with modelling of disturbed reparative regeneration revealed disorder in thyroid hormones synthesis and different directions of T3 and unbound T3 production on the 35th day when the maxi-mum decrease of T3 (2times) and unbound T3 (1.5times) compared to normal values was registered. The analysis of production of T4 and unbound T4 revealed suppression of the values from the 1st to 50th day and gradual increase in unbound T4 from the 50th day. The most significant manifestation of thyroid gland reaction on the disturbed reparative regeneration of shin bones was the decrease in T3 and peripheral conversion of thyroid hormones up to 50th day with formation of false joint in these terms.

The success of restorative surgical treatment of periodontal inflammatory diseases is largely determined by the processes of reparative regeneration of bone tissue of the patient. Analysis of the causes of unsuccessful treatment of such patients suggests that the ways of overcoming them consist both in improving the technology of the surgical intervention itself and in creating optimal conditions for regeneration of bone tissue. One of the most promising directions for correcting the regeneration process is the transplantation of stem cells of various origin. Using the method of directed regeneration of bone tissue of the alveolar process with the addition of autologous stem cells in periodontal surgery in the treatment of generalized periodontitis II and III degree of severity will not only eliminate the inflammatory process, but also anatomically restore the structural components of the periodontal, in particular, the alveolar bone. The purpose of the study was to compare the osteogenic properties of bone marrow and adipose tissue cells. A complex of experimental and clinical research has been carried out. In experimental studies on the effects of rabbit's autologous cells derived from bone marrow and adipose tissue, rabbits-male Chinchilla breeds of 1 year old were used to heal the pustular defects of the alveolar process; the animals were divided into 8 ordinal groups. Under thiopental anesthesia a defect of bone tissue was created at a depth of the cortical plate in the size of 0.027 cm3, which was filled as follows: a defect under the cluster; Defect and Collapan L; defect, 100000 units bone marrow stem cells, Collapan L.; defect, 500000 units Stem cells of adipose tissue, Collapan L, defect, 1 million units. CCMC, Collapan L.; defect, 100000 units SCJT, Collapan L.; defect, 500000 units SCJT, Collapan L.; defect, 1 million units. SCJT, Collapan L., after which the wound was sutured. Animals were brought out from the experiment by air embolism for 42 or 90 days. In the initial survey, the average indexes of periodontal disease in patients of both groups were equal. Radiologically, in patients of the experimental group, an increase in the height of interalveolar septal walls was determined at 1-1.5 mm, in comparison with preoperative orthopantomograms. There was an increase in the density of the spongy bone of the interdental partitions, an increase in its X-ray contrast. The use of autologous stem cells at the surgical stage of complex treatment of periodontal diseases has evident advantages over the traditional surgical methods of treating these diseases, since restoration of the periodontal structure is restored, periodontal pockets are eliminated, long remission is established, which is confirmed by the improvement of the level of oral hygiene, the normalization of the index assessment of the periodontal condition, processes of bone tissue regeneration. Thus, we have proved that the use of autologous stem cells at the surgical stage of complex treatment of periodontal diseases has evident advantages over traditional surgical methods of treatment of these diseases, since restoration of periodontal structure is restored, periodontal pockets are eliminated, long-term remission is established. Аs a result of the evaluation of the dynamics regeneration of bone defects of the mandible in case of the introduction of stem cells with Collapan into the defect zone, we found that the course was most favorable for the administration of bone tissue stem cells comparing to the introduction of adipose tissue stem cells.

Objective: The aim of this study was evaluate radiographically prevalence of apical periodontitis (AP) in endodontically treated teeth (ETT) and relate with demographic factors, quality of endodontic treatment and coronal restoration. Material and methods: Data were collected from dental records wich contained full-mouth radiographic series. In ETT, arch, dental group and presence of AP were evaluated. Quality of root canal filling, presence and quality of coronal restoration and type of restorative material were also collected. Data were evaluated using descriptive statistics and Chi-square Test. Results: Of 70 patients included in the final sample, the majority were female (54.3%) and age ranged from 13 to 77 years (47.14 ± 13.18). Of 1,333 teeth evaluated, 73 (5.4%) had endodontic treatment, being the majority maxillary (74%) and anterior teeth (52.1%). Of teeth without endodontic treatment, 320 (25.4%) had AP. Failure rate was high (52.8%) and quality of root canal filling and coronal restoration were considered inadequate in majority cases (58.3% and 47.7%, respectively). Dental group had a statistically significant relationship with presence of AP in ETT, being more frequent in anterior teeth (p = 0.019). Conclusion: It was concluded that prevalence of AP in ETT was high and dental group was the factor that most influenced prevalence of AP in ETT.KeywordsApical periodontitis; Radiography; Root canal filling.
