Blood drives make a perfect health education service learning project for high school and college students, especially college students majoring in health education. It is a true win-win project. Students learn about the gift of life and have a chance to practice valuable organizational, communication, problem-solving, marketing and evaluation skills. The community benefits from additional blood stores and expansion of the community blood donor base.

Today, drug abuse is commonly done such as high school and college students; 65% of them used drugs in 2011. The most effective strategy of preventing from and handling napza in changing adolescents’ behavior is through health education such as peer education and interactive lecture. The objective of the research was to find out the influence of peer education and interactive lecture on students’ knowledge and attitude at SMA PAB 4 Sampali, Percut Sei Tuan. The research used quasi experiment. The population was 160 students and 60 of them were used as the samples with 30 of them were in the peer education and the 30 students in interactive lecture. The data were gathered by using questionnaires and analyzed by using paired t-test, Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney test. The result of the research showed that health education with interactive lecture had the influence on the increase in students’ knowledge (p<0.001) and attitude (p<0.001) toward napza. Health education with peer education had the influence on the increase in students’ knowledge (p<0.001) and attitude (p<0.001) toward napza. Health education with peer education was more effective in knowledge and attitude than interactive lecture. It is recommended that the school management make the policy on any activity in increasing information about napza to adolescents by providing peer education since it is the most appropriate for adolescents. It is also recommended that the management of BNN make ex-napza users participate in health education.

Many high school and college students dislike word or story problems because they have not been very successful in solving them. Teachers have had a difficult time going beyond teaching students specific approaches to certain types of problems. Students tend to memorize a certain way to work each type of problem and then are ill equipped to deal with new situations.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Sidikalang TP. 2017/2018”.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TKJ 1 yang memiliki disiplin belajar dalam kategori rendah yaitu sebanyak 10 orang siswa.  Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Kelompok  (PTBK). Peneliti menggunakan 4 jenis teknik dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok yaitu Problem Solving, Role Playing, Diskusi dan Sosiodrama. Keseluruhan teknik tersebut dapat meningkatkan didiplin belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sidikalang.Peneliti melakukan 2 siklus. Pada siklus I hasil uji disiplin belajar siswa memperlihatkan bahwa 4 orang siswa yang sebelumnya berkategori rendah berubah menjadi kategori tinggi, dan terdapat 6 orang siswa yang awalnya dalam kategori rendah berubah menjadi kategori sedang. Namun peningkatan tersebut belum mencapai ambang batas keberhasilan yaitu 70%, maka peneliti melanjutkan ke  siklus II dengan melakukan beberapa perbaikan atas kekurangan yang penulis temukan saat melakukan siklus I. hasil uji pada pada siklus II sangat memuaskan yaitu seluruh siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian memperoleh kategori tinggi.  Kata Kunci: layanan bimbingan kelompok, disiplin belajar. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the discipline of student learning in class X TKJ Vocational High School Negeri 1 Sidikalang TP. 2017/2018 ". Subjects in this study are students of class X TKJ 1 who have the discipline of learning in the low category as many as 10 students. This type of research is the Group Guidance Action Research (PTBK). Researchers used 4 types of techniques in group guidance services namely Problem Solving, Role Playing, Discussion and Sociodrama. All of these techniques can increase the discipline of learning for students of Vocational High School 1 Sidikalang. Researchers conduct 2 cycles. In the first cycle the results of the student learning discipline test showed that 4 students who were previously categorized low turned into the high category, and there were 6 students who initially in the low category turned into the medium category. But the increase has not reached the threshold of success that is 70%, the researchers proceeded to cycle II by making some improvements to the deficiencies that the authors found during cycle I. The test results in the second cycle were very satisfying that all students who were the subjects of the study received high categories .                                                             Keywords: group guidance service, learning discipline
